It looks like they have new tools to work on the cars which may make the cars cleaner. The woman who is the cashier explains it all. You can no longer play with Cash however tips are only accepted in cash. The young men are polite and friendly as you navigate the outdoor part as well. Thy really take their time to make sure your car is clean. You can also purchase monthly plans which is a bonus.

The Yelp assistant helped me locate a few places near me and I quickly found one which had several options for car washes. I was able to get gas and get a $10 car wash, which was all I needed to get my car clean. I like using this assistant. It helped me find something relatively quick with the needs I was looking for. Car wash turned out great. It was easy to use easy to get in and out.

Getting home I read the fine print and it said that my credit card would be charged automatically forever, probably once a month. I drove back and insisted that they cancel this. In my mind this was clearly an intentional SCAM to ding my credit card without my knowing on a continuing basis. The fellow was an older gentleman, not one of the kids so he clearly knew what he was doing -- which was purposely NOT warning me that my credit card was now in their hands. The other older fellow did cancel this, but I also need to watch my credit card summaries as I would not trust them at all.

The lady who helped me on the phone was so sweet and calming. She got me exactly what I needed. Once I stopped by she remembered speaking with me and ensured I received what we spoke about. She had a very calming effect to what could have been a stressful situation. The price she' quoted me was much lower than where u was originally going to attend which is one of the reasons why I came here. They replaced my tire in a timely manner. AW kind of checked all the boxes for me to return in the future. Overall great experience.

But now the business is under new ownership and management and I must say that coming into the place was such a Delightful change of scenery. Upgrades and improvements abound and there is more to come with expanded seating in the customer waiting area and new touches to the decor. The wonderful Lady at the counter, Alicia, was very nice and accommodating. I went in to get my tire serviced because I had a slow leak the night before. I used fix a flat to get home from work but ,the gentleman who looked at my tire, discovered that the fix a flat had literally plugged the hole from inside (it tends to do that sometimes but I had to make sure). He gave me a complementary air pressure check for all four tires and charged me nothing for his service which I thought was very, very nice because he did put in a lot of effort to find any possible leaks and pressurize my tires. I thoroughly recommend this business because of the hospitality, the cleanliness, the obvious improvements and the quality of service.

No appointment is necessary - you can just drive up and the attendant will ask for your registration, and then will take your car into the garage for an inspection. I've been to other places that take 30-60 minutes, even with an appointment (most of which is waiting). I've always been finished in less than 15 minutes here (if I have to wait behind someone else) - but usually less than 10 minutes. The $30 fee is standard for an NC inspection, but I'm glad to report that I haven't been upcharged for a simple fix like replacing a light. I've come here twice during COVID - the attendants wore masks and sanitized their hands between cars. They didn't wear gloves, but I wiped down my steering wheel, etc. afterwards anyways. It's also all outdoors - the indoor seating area is closed off due to COVID. Thankfully, I found some shade to stand in while waiting, and since it only took less than 10 minutes, it was not a big inconvenience at all. Since I found this place out a few years ago, I've been coming here exclusively for my car inspections and have been very happy with their service.

They are my regular mechanic and I won't go anywhere else. Phil knows his cars. He knew what my car needed based on make, model, and year off the top of his head and why. He warned us what type of repair we would need down the road because he knows what cars will need what type of repair. While he assured us that we did not need the repair at the time, he turned out to be right eventually. When we bought a new (to us) car, I brought it in for him to inspect and he was able to advise me on whether I needed an extended warranty or not (I didn't because it was a Honda with fewer than 20k miles). There is no high pressure sales tactics here.

After that initial week, I did not return or use their services again. I recently discovered that I have nevertheless been charged $35 per month for the past six months. I brought this to management's attention and requested a refund. They refused, asserting that I authorized a subscription, despite their own records confirming that I have not used the service since the initial promotional period. These charges were unauthorized, and I am concerned that other customers may be experiencing similar billing practices without their knowledge.
