We had a bath tub refinished by Miracle method. They cleaned the tub, but did not remove the plumbers putty around the drain. When the job was complete, I was able to wipe off the new coating as easily as removing playdoh. They removed the overflow drain cover during the prep / etching process. Then put it back on and masked it off during the glazing process, so the area behind the overflow was not glazed. When I went to put my new overflow cover on, I found they just glued the old one one. When I removed it, it took the brand new glazing finish off with it. The bolt was broken that holds this cover on, they just glued the bolt head on to mask the problem. This bolt also holds the drain pipe to the tub, without it, water will leak behind the tub, cause mold and possible flooding to the downstairs neighbor. Update, about a week later. I extracted the broken bolt from the drain pipe using a little PB Blaster, heat and working back and forth. MM sent a more experienced tech to re-do the previous job. Looks fine now. Considering the mistakes that were made, and the cover up to hide the broken bolt, I'm not changing my review rating. The first tech clearly had no common sense, not what I would expect from a $1k paint job. read more

I would not recommend this business first off Zoë who says she is the owner is very condescending. I used Miracle Method out of Santa Rosa before and was very happy. I could be there at the end of the job in Vallejo and I didnt even get a phone call or photos, just a bill they wanted paid immediatly. Most companies that do work for a remodel give you a few days. Well, I looked a the job and the tile spray looks a little thin. Long story short, Robert the experienced tech is going out tomorrow and checking out the job. I would steer clear this franchise. Needed our bathtub refinished after flaking enamel. Called a number of places and got quotes, Miracle Method was not the cheapest (in fact, they were the most expensive at $1200), but they explained everything thoroughly, have a great warranty, and a proprietary binding system. I just paid for the THIRD TIME for this failing job. The original bath tub was working just fine but it was a dusty pink color. So I had it changed to white. It failed. They can back to do repairs. It failed in other places. They came back. Then they started charging me more to effect repairs. It was a bad mistake to do this at all as the only 'miracle' here is that I hafta keep paying more and more. So my only recourse is social media. This just does not work read more

Great concept and the price is very reasonable. I was happy with the work, but if you look close the job was very rushed and starte peeling days after refinishing. They came back to correct the work. Another issue I had with this place is that they don't clean up the spray paint that gets on other parts of the floor. Update. So after I posted this review about the overspray, the owner Dave called me and said this wasn't accurate and the technician said this flooring was put down after his work. He later realized that was a lie and then retracted his statement and came to clean up the overspray. I also noticed one bathroom was rushed and began to peel within a week. Another technician came two times after my request to make these changes and finally got it done nicely. Since then the Owner has been harassing me by calling, texting, and emailing me to change my review or remove it. Amazing work! We hired Miracle Method after my SIL used them for a bathtub reglaze that turned out beautifully. We had a dated pink and green tile bathroom, with Ming Green tub and sink. We planned to sell our house and wanted to update the look to be more appealing to buyers. We decided to leave the sink and tub green, and paint over the pink and green tiles with a classic glossy white to brighten everything up and give a simple clean look. The estimate was very reasonable given the amount of surface that needed to be treated, the tile was around the whole room, up the walls and the sink countertop. The team was very professional, and handled a very scary roof leak resulting in an electrical problem very gracefully. The technician got an electrical shock while trying to prep the room.
