Love Miracle Car wash! So impressed with the young people working on the salt/slush and dirty cars (inside and out) during the Arctic Blast no less! This is Covid Convenience at its best! Very helpful selecting protective floor mats for my SUV. Had a small chip in my windshield last summer and they were able to recommend a place to fix it! Worst car wash did not dry my truck thoroughly and the cup holders where wet and dirty and the floor mats were wet

Overall unimpressed. The exterior is clean but the interior work was shoddy. I was impressed with the speed of cleaning the car until I looked inside. Make sure you inspect your car before you leave. I brought my car home and had to vacuum it myself and wipe down the interior surfaces again. I would not recommend this car wash. read more

I drove down to the Locust Street location. I checked to see if there was a line and there wasn't anyone so I pulled behind the truck waiting. Some guy comes out and chastises me for "cutting in line". I told him there was no line. He told me I needed to get in line. Again, I told him there was no line across the street. He insisted I leave. I gladly did and will NEVER return!!! read more

This place does a lot of philanthropy work in the area and is a locally owned business so I like to support them but I'm done with going to Miracle Car Wash on Holliday Road. I paid $26.00 to have a small car (that was already extremely clean because I keep it that way) for a car wash (exterior/interior) and had to spend an hour at home cleaning what they didn't get yet AGAIN, which happens EVERY single time. From start to finish it takes maybe 15 minutes to run the car thru the wash, drive it inside to the garage and then they supposedly do the interior. One time I talked to the manager about it and he didn't care at all. I said I'm not asking them to take tweezers to the carpet but could they get the streaks off the windows, wipe down inside the door frame, clean the cup holders? All they EVER do is wash the floor mats, vacuum and do the windows but barely. The never vacuum between the seat abd the door or the seat and console. They use dirty cloths to clean the interior so everything shiny is all greasy and looked worse than it did when I took it in. They never clean between the seats, the cup holders or the little cubbie area. I would bet that 90% of the customers take their cars in there JUST to have those small areas cleaned. Those are the only places I CARE about them cleaning bc they have the tools to do it or I would do it myself but they are areas hard to get into. For $26.00 and 15 minutes work, I'd think that's the least they could do. It's so frustrating that I have to come home and clean my car after spending $26.00 on it an hour before. The car wash does such a crappy job that it doesn't even clean the mud flaps and god forbid they should hose them off before I drive it thru. Honestly, I've never gotten a car wash there that I've ever been satisfied with and I've been going there for YEARS. It is NOT worth $25-30.00 and I'm not even picky. My car is always clean when I take it in so they barely have to touch it. That's a lot of money. I don't like to complain because I'm sure it's not a fun job, it's either hot or cold weather and a lot of the employees are young but this last experience totally ticked me off. Someone is building two more car washes in town so I'll be going there instead. It'll be some stiff competition for Miracle. read more

The Best Car Wash experience. The staff at this location is an inspiration. My experience here is the reason I keep coming back. Having been in the service business for over 40+ years, I come here as much to experience the enthusiasm of the staff as much as getting my car washed. Every employee I have had interaction with has made my day better and given my one more reason the return again. I had gift cards for car washes. Since it was on special that day I accepted an offer for a deluxe wash at $28 dollars. After receiving my DELUXE wash I asked if I could apply my certificate to the cost. I was informed that the was today was on them. Every 11'th wash is free, even if it is deluxe. WOW! When leaving three employees wished me a good day and a good week. It is a cold and gloomy day but each employee was smiling and made my day. Congrats to management and staff at this location for going the 'extra mile' to make their employee and customer experience the best! A rare experience. read more

They do a good job, but the outside seems a little bit rushed, I like the results better at the other location downtown.

Got an Ultimate car wash coupon for Christmas. My husband took my car in to your establishment on Saturday while I was home sick. Brought it home, parked it in the garage with no one using it until I did today...Tuesday. WTF?! The outside was fine, the inside...not so much. It looked like a blind person attempted to clean it. The front dash still had a fair amount of dust on it. You could see where the rag just went over it, hit and miss style. There were STILL numerous dog nose prints on the passenger side window, the front window and one of the back windows. The center console was still dusty, the center cup holders were still dirty and sticky, the back seat floors still had a fair amount of debris left in/on them and there were STILL crumbs and God only knows what else in the back seat crevices where the seat and back meet. This was NOT a $20 worth clean by ANY stretch of the imagination!! If I didn't know any better, I'd say our 16 y/o son did the cleaning! And that's not saying too much...definitely not a compliment in the least!!! Miracle has REALLY gone down hill. Relying on there past reputation I'd say. They USED to be the best in town...not so much any more. Not by a long shot. Guess I'll have to go to the complete car wash on the west end of town by Walgreens. They CERTAINLY COULDN'T DO ANY WORSE OF A JOB!!! read more

Twice I had the $30.00 car wash and my car was not clean. the first time I was disappointed but thought I would give them another try. It was a big disappointment. Years ago Miracle did a very good job . Think the owners should inspect car after it is finished and they would see what I am talking about. I do not like to post a negative review but am doing so because owners may not know that their employees are not doing a very good job. read more

These guys were great. It was a Saturday and the detail shop was closed. We had a new rental car and had driven 1200 miles with a dog and a smoker in the car. The manager took our car aside and did an extra detailed clean up inside..."Gratis". Made it look new again. Best deal in town!!!!! Thanks guys. read more

I usually buy the Ultimate wash package. Nice job on exteriors. Interior cleaning is consistently poor. Didn't vacuum floor in back seat area; Floor mats not wiped or cleaned, trays and cup holders not wiped out. For $23+ I should at least get a cleaned interior. read more

Absolute fricking best car wash I have ever been to! The car wash itself gets a 4/5 but the interior service gets a 6/5! The car wash does a decent job at removing road grime and has both touchless and brush features; underbody wash was not the best but they make up for it by presoaking/hand washing heavy build up spots like grill and wheel areas. The interior cleaning was awesome as they remove any rubber floor mats and wash those, wipe down all windows and dash areas, give the car a thorough vacuum, and spray really good but not overpowering air freshener on the upholstery. The best part is they use clean towels and have a lot of high school/college kids working, which is better than someone just working a dead end job. I like that they are willing to pay to have multiple crews running so that they can run multiple bays for the interior service, avoiding the bottleneck most full service car washes have which causes them to rush the interior service so the car wash does not get backed up. All that and a bag of chips for just $12.50!!! This review is provided from someone who frequents the chain of Octopus Car Washes in Madison, who do a terrific job, but please Miracle, open in Madison and show them how it is done!
