I went to get an exterior and interior cleaning on my small SUV and was sold an unlimited car wash package for $22 a month. The job they did on the interior was not good at all, hardly wiped the dashboard down and tires weren't done at all. Since the carwash was mediocre and is far away from my house, I decided to cancel. When I called I was told the only way to cancel was to come into the lobby. When I did, the lady at the counter was rude and questioned me like I was being interogated. My advice is to avoid Pro-clean for a full service car wash. I have been a holder of cards for multiple full service washes for several years, but in my opinion service has really declined. Today, I approached for a full service wash (now over $40). After waiting on the line of express wash clients (including several who arrived after me) the attendant scanned my card and told me to proceed to the full service line. The door was closed and I waited several minutes while more express washes were processed through the open express door. Even when all express washes were processed, no one came to the full service door. As I got out of the car to inquire, more express cars came through. When I finally got the attention of an attendant indoors, he did come back to open the full service door and allow me to enter. However, they continued to process express vehicles that arrived after me. I asked a woman entering the "Management" door about full service and was told they don't do many, but would tell the guys to watch the door better. No apology for any inconvenience or significant delay. The wash itself was satisfactory and the finish guys were very polite and thorough, but don't think that a full service wash gives you any premium or expedited service, especially at current pricing. I paid $135 to have my car's interior cleaned. I got a call that the car was done in only an hour, which made me suspicious. When I went to get the car, the trunk was still dirty, the seats weren't cleaned/conditioned at all, and there was visible dirt on surfaces. I'm currently waiting for them to redo the interior, but I'm angry. For that amount of money, I should be able to eat off the seats! read more

Have been to pro-clean before and thought it was okay for a car wash. The last time I was there I pulled in at 10:20am. The young guy at the booth suggested getting the inside door panels cleaned and that they would "do a better job" for $65. I didn't have to be to work until 11, so went for it assuming it would take up to a half hour. The half hour passes and I haven't even spotted My car. I asked the lady at the front desk and she went and check on the car. She said Someone was working on it. I let her know I needed to go to work, so she said they would get another person to help. 11am rolls but and the manager walks by and I ask him for an update. And he says they are working on it! I ask how long I should have planned for this service. He said 45 minutes. I just let him know that was not discussed with me and assumed It would just be slightly longer than a car wash. After an hour sitting and waiting ( rescheduling a couple of my appointments) let was told my car would be ready soon and I could stand outside and wait for it. It did come out in a couple minutes. So after 1 hour and 5 minutes the car was clean. We overall it looked good. Some spots felt a little (greasy) but wiped them down more and looks good. This was my second visit, both a detail service. I was disappointed the first time but they fixed my concerns immediately. This time I was happy with the service and the touch ups they did. What I realized is that it's good to communicate any concerns, and they are happy to touch up. When they drive the car up they ask you and have towel in hand. - I suggest having a realistic expectation- and communicating what you would like especially towards the end. This is hard work (that's why we are not doing it ourselves right?), and each person sees things differently when it comes to detail. This car wash location is by far the worst I've ever experienced. If they were in Chicago, they'd be out of business in 2 days. I've home back several times hoping they'd get better and continue to disappoint. They don't dry cars off well; they don't even try hard to get dirt spots off your car. I just used them for a detail job because other places were booked and you wouldn't believe how mediocre of a job they did. Had called & was told that I could drop my vehicle off anytime without an appointment & it would take approximately 2 hours. Dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM for an interior detail & was quoted 1.5 hours. At 1 PM still hadn't heard back. Called to check & they stated that they had just started. I spoke to a several people until eventually speaking to a Manager at that time. I advised I would just come get the vehicle then & the manager then stated he would start my jeep personally & it would be done by 3 PM. The blame was placed from the cashier to the sales associate even though they BOTH ( separately) stated it would be 90 minutes & it chalked up to a miscommunication within the agency. At 4:15 PM my jeep was FINALLY finished. After waiting for 7 hours they took 10$ off our 135$ total & 1 free car wash only AFTER speaking to the manager again. Extremely displeased with EVERY SINGLE aspect of this agency. I will not be taking my car back for ANY type of service. read more

I went here for the sole reason of getting an undercarriage wash on my truck because I don't have a power washer at home, otherwise I would never go to a car wash, let alone a non touchless wash. Well I got home and the underside of my truck was bone dry and there was still a dusty handprint from my hand when I was working under it a few days prior. Not only this but my tailgate was basically still dirty and there were fibers all over my truck from the brushes. I know you get what you pay for but I did pay for an undercarriage wash. Spent $125 on auto detail downtown and seats/carpets were barely touched. Shared my frustration with Jared who listened, was irritated with what wasn't done with other detailer, and he worked out a deal to just do these 2 things. Paid $18 to watch the employees take things out of my car and joke around with the items as they were vacuuming and washing my mats! When I complained to Adam he didn't seem to care much at all. Stopped in looking for a quick interior detail cleaning and to get a front seat shampooing. They gave me a deal on 1/2 shampooing and they had the car done in 30 minutes. Looks like a new car again. Great value and service! read more

I am from out of town and the staff was so helpful getting me through the wash after I made a mistake entering before paying. They really took care of me and went the extra mile by taking all the luggage out of the trunk and vacuuming. My car is the cleanest it's ever been! So had you asked me on Friday I probably would have given this car wash a 2 or maybe 3 tops. I like to take care of my car and usually wash it and clean it myself but sometimes I'm way to busy for that so I decided to come here. After paying almost $30 I figured that it would be almost close to spotless, right? Wrong. There was crumbs left in the center console, which wee supposed to be wiped out. As usual I figured a call to the manager would work. It did! After apologizing for everything he sent me through with his best wash and even threw in a $10 wax.
