I paid $25 for a full service wash which was supposed to include exterior, interior, vacuum, windows and freshener. Needless to say all they did was a crappy vacuum of the carpets in the front and back, nothing else except run it through their wash and dry. When I brought it to their attention they told me that because it was an SUV it would cost more. I didn't even get the air freshener. There is still bug splat on the windows, dirty cup holder, sand in the gears. It all comes with travel, but hey that's why I was paying them?

I had 50 miles of range remaining because the last 2 stations I stopped at were doing the same thing. All we needed was fuel so we could stay out in front of the storm front and evade the hail and high winds. We chanced it and drove on. Lucky to make it to a different fuel stop that didn't turn the pumps off. Kwik Star, do better. Don't strand people and lock them outside during a tornado.

The job they did on the interior was not good at all, hardly wiped the dashboard down and tires weren't done at all. Since the carwash was mediocre and is far away from my house, I decided to cancel. When I called I was told the only way to cancel was to come into the lobby. When I did, the lady at the counter was rude and questioned me like I was being interogated. There are much better places to go where you are treated like your business matters.

Today, I approached for a full service wash (now over $40). After waiting on the line of express wash clients (including several who arrived after me) the attendant scanned my card and told me to proceed to the full service line. The door was closed and I waited several minutes while more express washes were processed through the open express door. Even when all express washes were processed, no one came to the full service door. As I got out of the car to inquire, more express cars came through. When I finally got the attention of an attendant indoors, he did come back to open the full service door and allow me to enter. However, they continued to process express vehicles that arrived after me. I asked a woman entering the "Management" door about full service and was told they don't do many, but would tell the guys to watch the door better. No apology for any inconvenience or significant delay. The wash itself was satisfactory and the finish guys were very polite and thorough, but don't think that a full service wash gives you any premium or expedited service, especially at current pricing. It is much more like do it yourself!

On the day of the scheduled visit, I attempted to call to confirm the appointment and location. Never received a call back; no one showed for the setvice. After a little more research, it appears the Facebook hours differ from info on Yelp or the business website. I purchased my last two Silverado's there since 2018 and I guess the keyword is last. I'm done. I put quite a few miles on vehicles and I have to turn them over every 3 to 5 years. I do most all the recommended services and oil changes every 5000 miles. They lost my business. The management team there must be pretty awful because the service advisors have been turning over quite often lately. I'm there for an oil change about every six weeks and there's always someone different at the service counter and there's always different car sales people.
