Really enjoyed the service and atmosphere at the spot. The folks were getting behind the counter were plenty cheerful and everything was super easy to pick when it came to your food options. I would say the sandwich came out under 5 minutes even though there was about 8 seats filled with customers. Plenty of parking out front and it's a well dining area. Definitely glad I came out to grab a sandwich and some juice here. read more

Always notice how people are in & out of this place. So I finally gave it a try one early Sunday morning after doing laundry. I called my order in & the lady on the phone was very friendly & helpful. She asked if I wanted my sandwiches on a bagel or roll as well as if I wanted them toasted. When I arrived I was greeted by the lovely staff. There is plenty of seats & tables to dine in. Prices are reasonable. My order was ready when I arrived. The food was prepared fresh & was delicious!!I will definitely be back again!! read more

Ordered a BLT on a plain bagel and really enjoyed the crispness of the bacon. Since the bagels were thick, I felt like it needed more lettuce or extra tomato to help with the thickness of the bagel and maybe adding some type of sauce to help balance the bacon and bagel. I did ask for a pickle and wish I asked for 2 because they were so delicious. The service was great and had a nice atmosphere that just made us feel welcomed. read more

Bagels have no taste and breakfast sandwiches are mediocre at best. Walk-in to order is not organized and takes too long to get your order. Hope they try to get things organized and better quality food for the prices that are charged. read more

Great service and the bagels are the best! Would definitely recommend. Im in there every morning

We came here on two separate occasions and both times the food was fire. The first time we ordered a breakfast sandwich (Bacon Egg and Cheese) and the second time, a sausage, egg and cheese. One was on a bagel, the other on a roll. It was beyond delicious. I believe I paid about $5 and something for the Sausage E&C on a roll. The sausage was good and not too salty and the roll was soft. I'd come here again. read more

I think this might be 1 egg....maybe. I also have to explain what a scrambled egg is. If I didn't show them a picture they would make an omelet. Pretty disappointing from a solid bagel spot. I'd say definitely go here but be very specific what you want and include how many eggs you want. read more

Miracle Bagels - Bacon Egg and Cheese - Bagels Near Me - New Windsor, New York

These are the best bagels to take home, slice and freeze - they come out perfect when toasted - taste fresh even after being frozen for a week! Great service too, very nice folks. Wish they wouldn't run out of bagels so often, but that just shows they are doing something right in the kitchen!! read more

Service is fine. Bagels are tasty. But an up-charge for a cinnamon raisin bagel? Since when is that a fancy expensive bagel to make? $4.25 for a bagel and cream cheese since apparently it was a specialty bagel and specialty cream cheese. Same bagel, same cream cheese at Blazing Bagels for $2.79. Also Miracle bagels seems to be a miracle if any bagels are there at 10:00. Always sold out or only a handful left. You're a bagel store that's always out of bagels. read more

I love the food here and the customer service is great, but charging extra for condiments is a little ridiculous. I got a sausage egg and cheese and they charged me extra for mayo. This is literally the first time I've been to any deli and was charged for putting condiments on my sandwich. read more

Great bagels super nice staff Stopped here with my dad after picking him up at the airport in Newburgh for some breakfast. The bagels were delicious and the chive cream cheese was amazing. The staff was super nice and the service great. If your looking for great bagels and related breakfast items check it out. Date of visit: May 2021 read more

Fast service and consistent! Family has definitely made improvements since taking over.

IT'S SO BAD. I cannot believe I drove 40 mins this morning only to get the worst bagel sandwich Ive ever had. Not only was my bagel burnt, I literally think there was a half a piece of bacon and the eggs were powder? OOOF. I had two bites and I had to throw it away (I really hate wasting food). I didn't realize you could mess up an egg and bacon bagel sandwich?!?! Silver lining.. I learned something new today. It might take some effort... but you can someway, somehow really mess up a bagel sandwich. read more

Gross - don't get the bagels here.... I'm pretty sure these guys are selling leftover/old bagels or they don't know how to make them. Picked it up at 9am this morning and they're either stale/old or not properly made.... There are outer parts that are dry, tough to eat and discolored. read more

Used to be the best bagels around. Haven't been here in about 2 months. The place looks run down. It's 830am on a weekday and they are already out of Asiago and Cheddar bagels. Ordered sandwiches and they were made wrong. The girl caught it and asked if I wanted them remade. I said yes please. They were remade within seconds. I opened them and they were wrong again. I showed the girl at the counter and the older woman making them got nasty and said they were right. Then said, I'll refund you (again nasty), as if I was wrong for wanting what I asked and paid for. I don't mind paying $11 for 2 egg sandwiches but don't get nasty when you make a mistake. Place is going downhill fast. We were hoping it would remain the same after thebsale...no such luck read more

Based off what I've eaten here I would rate this place 5 stars. They have the best western omelette I've ever had. The homemade bagels are very good. The only problem is that I cannot even count at this point how many times I've had a problem with my order. It has happened so often I'm starting to think, maybe it's me. Maybe I'm saying something wrong. The last 2 times here they've not gotten it wrong, but instead just flat out forgot me as I wait at a table. I come here probably more often than I should. Guess I'm a sucker for punishment. You're lucky you make great bagels and western omelettes Spiro! If they weren't so good, I'd absolutely be searching for somewhere else to go. Fix the issues I've mention and it's worth 5 stars! read more

Delicious bagels. Chewy but not too chewy with a nice crispy crust. Will be coming back.

Follow up visits require a new review! I've been back to miracle bagels several times since the mediocre review. As I reported in the original review the staff are very personable, great and always make you feel welcome when you come in. I'm happy to say that everything bagels anything else that we got in there since have been excellent. I was apparently a one time incident and things do happen. I regret initially making any kind of a negative comment because they are really nice in there and they have quality products! I highly recommend them now that I regularly eat there. read more

DO NOT COME HERE ON NEW YEARS DAY!!! For a New Year's Day brunch my family wanted a dozen bagels. I wanted to go to hot bagels but they were closed so miracle bagels it was. I had a nice drive on the empty roads and was feeling good... until I walked in the store. The one lady at the counter either woke up on the wrong side of the bed or really was not pleased to be working on New Years. She asked me in a menacing tone "WhaT wOUlD YoU liKE" I replied back saying I'd like a dozen bagels. I told her what kind I wanted and about halfway through I asked her how many we were at, but no response. It was if she forgot she was serving me. We continued my order but when I got home it was not to my surprise that she only gave me 11 instead of 12 bagels... Service with a smile did not apply to this place... half of the bagels weren't fresh and their blueberry bagels tasted like a normal plain bagel, nothing special.... would not recommend, GO TO HOT BAGELS!! read more

The food in here is good, the owner is very friendly but the two women at the front counter older women one with blonde-ish hair and the other one dark hair or not friendly at all. Every time I say I'm never going to come in to the restaurant again but I do because of the convenience to my home. Those two women should not work there at all if they don't know how to give good customer service and put a smile on their face read more

I have very mixed feelings about miracle bagels. Popped in today bc the deli i originally wanted to go to was closed. First impression - pure chaos. Line is disorganized, phone constantly ringing, kinda tough to even place your order. Employees are very clearly disgruntled and arguing with each other. Only redemption is they have the small personal cartons of orange juice and my bacon egg and cheese was pretty good. read more

By far the best bagels (and service) in the area!! I'm currently pregnant with twins and we just can't get enough!!! So, so yummy!!!

Seriously some of the best bagels in orange county 10/10 would recommend, love the speciality cream cheeses too!

What a fabulous place! The bagels are the best I have ever had and the owner is so friendly and nice. The girls are always nice. I am a regular for the bagels! Now with the virus they are only doing pick up but you can order just bagels or anything from their menu! Support them!! read more

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS They gave me wrong sandwiches. I drive 15 minutes homeand find out. Call back, tell them, and drive back, just for them to inform me an ingredient from my order is missing so they didn't make them. Employees are arguing with each other In the back. Observed multiple other orders get the wrong thing / have missing items. Got in my car and MY SECOND ORDER IS NOW MISSING EGG AND THE AVOCADO WAS SO INEDIBLE I HAD TO TAKE IT OFF . Absolute chaos. DON'T EVER GO HERE !!! My mom ordered eggs turned over medium with bacon well done and whole wheat toast. Unfortunately, we waited more than half an hour for our food. Yes it was very busy when we got in there but, when everyone else gets there food and people that got here AFTER US get there food before us, then there's an issue. They forgot about our food. So once we asked where it was they claimed it was being cooked now. She received well done eggs, bacon not well done and burnt toast. They attempted to redo her eggs and they were worst than the first eggs and her bacon was burnt to the crisp. She continued to wait and about time she received their 3rd attempt it was an hour and some change. Worst service ever. The owner (an older gentleman) told her she wouldn't get charged for her platter but then when my mom went up to pay they tried to over charge her and put the platter back on her bill sneakily! He got very ugly with her, violent and LOUD! He straight up told my mother he's now "charging her because she complained to MUCH"! Like what ?! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNFAIR TREATMENT. HORRIBLE OWNER AND SERVICE!!!! read more

Went here today and bought three amazing jersey style bagels. They were amazing. They were out of many types of bagels but what they had was fantastic. The service sucked. I stood there at the counter for five minutes before anyone talked to me and then I could not even hear or understand her. Every time I said something she would talk lower. The woman who got my ticket took forever to cut and butter three bagels. Normally when I go to a bagel place when I place my order I'm in and out in two minutes. There was no line. There was nothing else going on just really slow workers which I assume are family. Cause ya can't fire family. I wanted to give this place 5 stars because of the bagels and I'll give the bagels 5 stars but not the staff. You need to be warm and inviting, pleasant to talk too. Get to know your customers. Total time at register by myself from the moment I got there until the time I walked out with bagels was 28 minutes. Who has 28 minutes in the morning to waste. They need to fix it, staff it with people who can move quickly otherwise just doing the math here there is no way possible to keep this store open and it's a real shame as the bagels are perfection. Btw the lady cutting and buttering my three bagels took over 10 minutes to accomplish that feat. In Paramus NJ I order a dozen buttered and a dozen cream cheese and have it in my hands in five minutes they really have got it down, this place needs help. I hope they get it cause I love their bagels. read more

New bagel and lunch spot in the Vails Gate area. It's located in the K-Mart shopping center. Great to see small businesses opening and doing well. I have been here on a few occasions and the bagels are good, the inside is very clean which is a big plus. My only suggestion would be the staff could be a little more outgoing, not that they have been rude at all just as a new business it helps to be overly nice. People remember the small things among food. With that said I recommend this place over any other bagels places nearby, and some of those are filthy, not here! Oh btw the receipt said kentro bagels, must be the corp name. The actual name is Miracle Bagels. read more

As a past worker, the boss is rude and very ungrateful to his workers. He has little to no respect to anyone. Even when it gets over the top busy and you're trying your best to actually get orders done, he gets mad at you for doing that instead of cleaning the tables. It`s also favoritism too. Someone can also arrive on time and maybe come a minute or two late and he gets made, meanwhile someone else arrives an hour or two LATE and don`t get told anything. Its a terrible first job experience unless you want to get yelled at ever five seconds and also treated like an object over a person. read more

Only giving them 1 star because even though the food is good, they seem to be incapable of ever getting a single order right. My husband and I order from the frequently because the food is good but our order is consistently wrong. My husband gets a breakfast platter with sausage with an extra egg and it's either missing the toast, the sausage, or the egg, I order a toasted bagel with butter and a side of bacon. They frequently forget the bacon or put it in the breakfast platter. My cousin gets a sausage egg and cheese with extra sausage and the mess that up by not giving the extra sausage and giving extra egg or just not even giving extra anything. And they constantly charge differently every single time even if though the order is the same every single time. If there was another deli around where the food was decent I would never come back to miracle bagel again. They have no Organization and no consistency. read more
