Really enjoyed the service and atmosphere at the spot. The folks were getting behind the counter were plenty cheerful and everything was super easy to pick when it came to your food options. I would say the sandwich came out under 5 minutes even though there was about 8 seats filled with customers. Plenty of parking out front and it's a well dining area. Ordered a BLT on a plain bagel and really enjoyed the crispness of the bacon. Since the bagels were thick, I felt like it needed more lettuce or extra tomato to help with the thickness of the bagel and maybe adding some type of sauce to help balance the bacon and bagel. We came here on two separate occasions and both times the food was fire. The first time we ordered a breakfast sandwich (Bacon Egg and Cheese) and the second time, a sausage, egg and cheese. One was on a bagel, the other on a roll. It was beyond delicious. I believe I paid about $5 and something for the Sausage E&C on a roll. The sausage was good and not too salty and the roll was soft. I love the food here and the customer service is great, but charging extra for condiments is a little ridiculous. I got a sausage egg and cheese and they charged me extra for mayo. Used to be the best bagels around. Haven't been here in about 2 months. The place looks run down. It's 830am on a weekday and they are already out of Asiago and Cheddar bagels. Ordered sandwiches and they were made wrong. The girl caught it and asked if I wanted them remade. I said yes please. They were remade within seconds. I opened them and they were wrong again. I showed the girl at the counter and the older woman making them got nasty and said they were right. Then said, I'll refund you (again nasty), as if I was wrong for wanting what I asked and paid for. I don't mind paying $11 for 2 egg sandwiches but don't get nasty when you make a mistake. Place is going downhill fast. Based off what I've eaten here I would rate this place 5 stars. They have the best western omelette I've ever had. The homemade bagels are very good. The only problem is that I cannot even count at this point how many times I've had a problem with my order. It has happened so often I'm starting to think, maybe it's me. Maybe I'm saying something wrong. The last 2 times here they've not gotten it wrong, but instead just flat out forgot me as I wait at a table. I come here probably more often than I should. Guess I'm a sucker for punishment. You're lucky you make great bagels and western omelettes Spiro! If they weren't so good, I'd absolutely be searching for somewhere else to go. Follow up visits require a new review! I've been back to miracle bagels several times since the mediocre review. As I reported in the original review the staff are very personable, great and always make you feel welcome when you come in. I'm happy to say that everything bagels anything else that we got in there since have been excellent. I was apparently a one time incident and things do happen. I regret initially making any kind of a negative comment because they are really nice in there and they have quality products! I highly recommend them now that I regularly eat there. read more

DO NOT COME HERE ON NEW YEARS DAY!!! For a New Year's Day brunch my family wanted a dozen bagels. I wanted to go to hot bagels but they were closed so miracle bagels it was. I had a nice drive on the empty roads and was feeling good... until I walked in the store. The one lady at the counter either woke up on the wrong side of the bed or really was not pleased to be working on New Years. She asked me in a menacing tone "WhaT wOUlD YoU liKE" I replied back saying I'd like a dozen bagels. I told her what kind I wanted and about halfway through I asked her how many we were at, but no response. It was if she forgot she was serving me. We continued my order but when I got home it was not to my surprise that she only gave me 11 instead of 12 bagels... DON'T EVER GO HERE !!! My mom ordered eggs turned over medium with bacon well done and whole wheat toast. Unfortunately, we waited more than half an hour for our food. Yes it was very busy when we got in there but, when everyone else gets there food and people that got here AFTER US get there food before us, then there's an issue. They forgot about our food. So once we asked where it was they claimed it was being cooked now. She received well done eggs, bacon not well done and burnt toast. They attempted to redo her eggs and they were worst than the first eggs and her bacon was burnt to the crisp. She continued to wait and about time she received their 3rd attempt it was an hour and some change. Worst service ever. The owner (an older gentleman) told her she wouldn't get charged for her platter but then when my mom went up to pay they tried to over charge her and put the platter back on her bill sneakily! Went here today and bought three amazing jersey style bagels. They were amazing. They were out of many types of bagels but what they had was fantastic. The service sucked. I stood there at the counter for five minutes before anyone talked to me and then I could not even hear or understand her. Every time I said something she would talk lower. The woman who got my ticket took forever to cut and butter three bagels. Normally when I go to a bagel place when I place my order I'm in and out in two minutes. There was no line. There was nothing else going on just really slow workers which I assume are family. Cause ya can't fire family. I wanted to give this place 5 stars because of the bagels and I'll give the bagels 5 stars but not the staff. You need to be warm and inviting, pleasant to talk too. Get to know your customers. Total time at register by myself from the moment I got there until the time I walked out with bagels was 28 minutes. Who has 28 minutes in the morning to waste. They need to fix it, staff it with people who can move quickly otherwise just doing the math here there is no way possible to keep this store open and it's a real shame as the bagels are perfection. Btw the lady cutting and buttering my three bagels took over 10 minutes to accomplish that feat. New bagel and lunch spot in the Vails Gate area. It's located in the K-Mart shopping center. Great to see small businesses opening and doing well. I have been here on a few occasions and the bagels are good, the inside is very clean which is a big plus. My only suggestion would be the staff could be a little more outgoing, not that they have been rude at all just as a new business it helps to be overly nice. People remember the small things among food. With that said I recommend this place over any other bagels places nearby, and some of those are filthy, not here! As a past worker, the boss is rude and very ungrateful to his workers. He has little to no respect to anyone. Even when it gets over the top busy and you're trying your best to actually get orders done, he gets mad at you for doing that instead of cleaning the tables. It`s also favoritism too. Someone can also arrive on time and maybe come a minute or two late and he gets made, meanwhile someone else arrives an hour or two LATE and don`t get told anything. Only giving them 1 star because even though the food is good, they seem to be incapable of ever getting a single order right. My husband and I order from the frequently because the food is good but our order is consistently wrong. My husband gets a breakfast platter with sausage with an extra egg and it's either missing the toast, the sausage, or the egg, I order a toasted bagel with butter and a side of bacon. They frequently forget the bacon or put it in the breakfast platter. My cousin gets a sausage egg and cheese with extra sausage and the mess that up by not giving the extra sausage and giving extra egg or just not even giving extra anything. And they constantly charge differently every single time even if though the order is the same every single time. If there was another deli around where the food was decent I would never come back to miracle bagel again. They have no Organization and no consistency. read more
