We've had the pleasure of dining at many of his current and former venues where he has left a mark, and earned some Michelin stars along the way, Mirabella serves Italian (leaning Italian American) high end, high quality comfort food that I think most people would be very pleased with in an elegant setting with comfortable spacious tables. Here's what we had and all was excellent: Hamachi Crudo, menu says with smoked prosciutto, chive and lemon but I remember the well balanced lemon citrus flavors. $25 Tomato and Olive Foccacia with whipped ricotta and EVOO $10 a very nice focaccia served warm Casarecce with blue crab, Calabrian Chili, basil $35. Not spicy, delicious fresh pasta and very good quality crab meat in a red sauce that worked better than I would have expected. $37 Cavatelli with duck confit, peas and morel mushrooms $35. Another hit, served in a white sauce. Polpette $22, Tomato sauce braised beef meatballs with a splash of ricotta. Mango Sorbet This next section is just for oenophiles: The 44 page wine list carries an extensive selection of wines from around the world, not just Italy. The on premise selection is supplemented by access to a Fontainebleau collective shared by the other restaurants. The Sommelier and restaurant manager are wonderful hospitality veterans. Most impressive is the fact that you can order over 40 wines by the glass, including around 12 Coravin selections, although you may not love the pricing, i.e. $125 for a glass of Krug Grand Cuvee, $140 for a glass of Sassicaia. There are about 14 half bottles on offer. Wine markups average about three times retail. Serious wine collectors may be permitted to bring a wine from their cellar for a $60 corkage fee. read more

I always gravitate toward the terrace, where the ocean breeze and sunset views pair effortlessly with a Negroni or Aperol Spritz... la dolce vita at its finest. The hospitality is immediate and genuine. The hostess welcomed me each time with a warm smile, semplice ma importante. And then came Vivi, our waiter, who didn't just serve us, but guided us through a true Italian culinary journey. We began with their house focaccia, served warm (thankfully), soft, and ready to melt the butter instantly. That detail alone matters more than most people think. The second round arrived just in time with the burrata, allowing every bite to become the perfect scarpetta moment. One of the absolute highlights was the crudo di salmone. The citrus-kissed sauce brought a creamy brightness, while the peppers added that subtle sweet spark that makes you pause and appreciate every bite. The Caesar salad was decent, nothing to write home about, but it held its place. Now, the pasta, qui si gioca tutto. As someone half Italian, I don't say this lightly: the lumache with vodka sauce completely stole the show. Rich, balanced, and impossible to leave unfinished, scarpetta obbligatoria. The rigatoni with parmesan and basil, however, leaned a bit too salty for my taste. By the time the secondi arrived, I was already full, but curiosity always wins. The meat was cooked to a gentle medium-rare, tender and flavorful. The snapper, dressed in a brown butter piccata, stood out for enhancing the fish without overpowering its freshness. And then, the real knockout, the truffle purée. Creamy, aromatic, perfectly balanced... every plate around the table was wiped clean. The charred broccolini with parmesan fonduta followed closely behind, giving us yet another excuse to not leave a single piece of focaccia behind. No Italian experience is complete without dolci. The tiramisù was everything it should be, creamy, coffee-soaked, and indulgent, elevated with a dusting that leaned into cappuccino and cinnamon notes. The bomboloni, soft ricotta-filled doughnuts, came with amaretto or chocolate sauce for dipping. peccato di gola at its best. I love a good pre-fix five course menu. And when I say this one did not disappoint! My sis and I had a little Galentines outing and loved every minute of it. The vibes and ambiance with beach views is always stunning. The hospitality and service was impeccable. And the food was chefs kiss. I don't eat raw oysters but she enjoyed those. This entire experience was a 10/10. We were here at the Fountainbleu to celebrate our honeymoon, and Mirabella was one of the restaurants that looked amazing. Our high expectations were met. Brock was our server, and he was fantastic!!!!! They gave us a complimentary glass of champagne to start. Dinner service was coursed perfectly, and all steps of service were met. When you enter this restaurant, it is chic and sophisticated. We came here for Friday night dinner. It was not busy. We sat in the booth. We ordered Vesuvius and Lady Rosa cocktails. We enjoyed it. I ordered lumache (spicy vodka sauce). It was delicious. It is exactly what I wanted to eat. My boyfriend got the gnochetti. He really liked it it. Great dinner at Mirabella last night with my family while staying at the hotel for the weekend. Their happy hour goes until 7, and includes drinks and appetizers. We ended up going a little early for a happy hour drink and shared app. And then moved to the main dining room for dinner. We had made a reservation on open table the week of. Service was great, very nice and attentive. My sister got the Bella to drink, it was really good, very refreshing. I got the halibut which I really enjoyed and was a pretty large portion. We also got a pasta to share and that was delicious and I sort of wish I had just gotten pasta for my dinner. They also put down some free tasty chocolates for dessert. read more

Ate here July 9. Was very good. Service was prompt and attentive. The food was good. Caesar salad was nice with a touch of lemon in the dressing. The regular basil spaghetti was delicious. Bread and oil was fresh, soft. It was dark inside, the music was weird (60's hits like Lollipop by the Chordettes) and chairs were close together but I would be happy to eat here again. This place has tthe vibes! My group sat outside since were a little rowdy and the view to the whole out entire Fontainebleau was definitely giving. Our server was Michael, super attentive and cordial, him a their sommelier Gil kept our glasses full and the laughs on deck. The food was exquisite! My husband complained that the olives in his 22$ Martini were small and tasted old. My cocktail was great. My husband had the swordfish entree which was the favorite entree for him of our entire trip. However he ordered the rosemary potatoes which were really weird small pieces of potato with an odd flavor and they looked and tasted awful to him. The serving was huge. I ordered the Dover sole in brown butter the portion was huge but it was the best fish I've ever had ($90). I ordered the side of pasta with red sauce which was generous and. Delicious. The pasta was fresh. The service was good. If I went again I would split an entree or just order a side of pasta and salad. They charge a foot loaded service fee there of 15-18% so you have to be careful or you will tip twice on your meal. Also I appreciate when a server tells me that an entree is of generous size. Wow, I had an amazing experience at Mirabella during a girls' trip to Miami! We were staying at the Fontainebleau and decided to give it a try for dinner on our last night. This was one of the best food decisions of our trip! The food was phenomenal! The restaurant is gorgeously decorated and was great for our group. The service was excellent and the sommelier gave excellent wine recommendations to pair with our meal. We tried the fritto misto, shrimp gratinati and lobster & burrata as our shared appetizers. Everything was divine but I am partial to the shrimp gratinati. We decided to split some pastas and try a little bit of everything. The branzino and lumache were the hit of the night. They don't offer a 2.5 star but that is what this place is. The food is not an issue if you read the other complaints, which I did after the first time we were here today. They all seemed to be around service or lack there of and our visit was no different. You have can have great food but if your service is not up to par, then who cares. We showed up and decided to have appetizers before going out. No reservations, so we sat in the bar area at a table. We ordered stone crab and two orders of oysters. Our appetizers were 225 dollars. No big issue but the waitress (Alysa) was not good. She said she would check on MP for me and never came back. I had to reminder again. I also had no water for 20 mins after she said she would come back and bring it to me. She never asked if we wanted horse radish or hot sauce with the oysters. I had to ask the food runner. She walked by our table and took care of the two young good looking guys beside us, as if they were the only ones in the place. I counted at least 5 visits to their table during the time I couldn't get water, after she said "I'll be right back with your water". I had to flag down a food runner again for another glass of water, who eventually found her, then she didn't even come and say, sorry I forgot. She sent a manager over who finally gave us water. I had to ask her again later before we left because again, no drink. She also either forgot to put in our second order of oysters because they took forever. The second order, while having great taste had a ton of shell pieces in them. 5 dollars an oyster (twice the market price) and you can't shuck them correctly? Anyways, we visit Fountainebleau all the time and we frequented Scarpetta before it closed but I do not think we will be back here. I like the service at the steak house and Hakasan so much more! We will be at the Fountainebleau in Vegas next week, I hope this isn't their Italian restaurant! Again, food is good but service is AWFUL for premium prices! read more

Stopped into Mirabella on a Tuesday around 8pm and sat at the bar. The service was fantastic. I was immediately greeted by multiple bartenders. The restaurant is small and quiet with only a few tables inside. Their bread is made in house fresh and it is fantastic!
