A little over a couple of months ago I went to this merchant to get some printing done for my small business. When I tried to ask for a lower price, owner Josh appeared uneasy and immediately got short with me. When I called him out on his demeanor, he told me to take my business elsewhere. This is the kind of behavior that turn people off. I got the work done at another place for half what he had quoted me. Very poor customer service and rip off prices. Customer beware read more

Hi, I would recommend going to staples. I went in to get a small print job of about 15 pages on card stock and he told me it would take a week. I tried asking follow up question such as "do you guys laminate" or "do you do posters" just hoping they might give me more information such as what would be best for what I needed and he just said "yeah". When I pointing out I needed the red ice cards for undocumented citizens, he got even more rude. I walked out feeling dumb and disappointed and my white mother in law even pointed out his rudeness and his change of demeanor when I showed him what I was printing. Please just go to staples. read more

Unfortunately I've had to use this business twice for memorial cards, but they made the process so easy and had the best customer service when dealing with a sensitive order. They helped me resize my file and tweaked it for me so I wouldn't have to spend extra time on trying to figure it all out. They printed amazing quality cards and were able to get them done quickly. I appreciate you guys greatly! read more

These guys do all of our invoices for my job. When I ordered a template for my wedding invitations and customized them to send to the same people I got the template from I had no answer. I called Minuteman and sent them the AI files and how many I needed and the team there was able to print my invitations, RSVP cards and assemble them for 1/3 of the cost I was quoted by the other place and did them in half the time! I am so please with how they turned out. Thanks again guys read more

Prompt, efficient, and on point. Originally I started working with Tom & the minuteman team at my old job. He was always pleasant to deal with. So naturally when I started my own business I turned to him for my printing needs. 3 years into my business and we are still rolling strong. I highly recommend them. You'll be satisfied with their quality work as well as their impeccable customer service. read more

Ricks first words when we walk in was his " joke", why do why do women wear perfume and make up? because they're ugly and they smell. that said everything I should've turned around and walked out the door, Rick was rude and condescending. Fake and phony, did not help me organize the labels as I needed. I went 3 times to supply everything he needed and he couldn't get together. I brought in my own designs I product and I brought the verbiage. After I made the deposit he tells me there's a long list of people ahead of me and that I would have to wait which is fine, but he said it after he got paid. Shitty experience all the way around read more

Tom and team did a fantastic job printing a couple hundred double-sided, color programs for my Dad's funeral. The work product was fast, highly professional and they also went the extra mile to make a few touchups. The team was very nice...much better customer service than what we've come to expect from Staples or FedEx Kinkos. Great value and service. Thanks again! read more

Great service! 1st class all the way. Local BSF admin set up the main job; as items are needed, we call to have the lessons printed. I have heard nothing but good things from fellow group members. read more

Came to this place for my son's birthday cards and the customer service was exceptional not to mention the prices were very reasonable. I asked FedEx and UPS if they could print out a copied color print and they charged over $0.50 which is really ridiculous. I talked to a guy named Rick and his customer service was exceptional not to mention they have the cards done in about 10 minutes I would recommend them to anyone and I'll definitely be back read more

By far the Best place to go for your printing needs. Tom and his staff are amazing! They not only handle all of our business printing needs, but are my first stop for our personal and organizational needs as well. You won't find a product that will compare and their prices you can't beat them. I have taken them some truly off the wall ideas and they have always seemed to find a way. Their finished products are top notch and you know they care! Thank you Tom and your staff for never backing down from a challenge and always coming through. read more

I was in the market for some car signs and a parade banner for Riverside's A Salute to Veterans Parade. I asked around an was referred to Minuteman Press by a friend who had used them on a number of occasions. I went in and spoke with Jeremy & Tom asking for some help finding a product that would stick to and not damage the paint on a 65 Chevy. I did not want to use a magnet or a banner that I would have to tie down. They did an outstanding job meeting my needs, they came up with a product, a sort of "static cling" (reminded me of the old Colorforms that I played with as a child). They even provided me with a couple samples of this product so I could try it out at home to make sure that it would work for me. Well it worked great! It was easy to apply, stayed on, and best of all it did not damage my friends car in any way. They also made a beautiful banner for the parade that was exactly what I needed; the family of the man it was honoring loved it so much they asked if they could buy it off me, but I just gave it to them. Minuteman Press had everything printed and ready for me to pick up a couple days before the parade, and their prices are extremely reasonable. I considered ordering these things online, but I am so glad I didn't. I never would have gotten the "try before you buy" quality of service and it was so nice to have an actual person to work with me on the design layouts. I definitely will use them again in the future and recommend them highly. Thanks again guys! read more

I am so grateful for this place. Rick who answered the phone was very helpful and he was the first person who assisted me when I got there. I came to them on a short notice with a business card that I created but the lettering was too small, but Jeremy was able to help fix it for me. Needless to say, they were able to help me place an order and printed out temporary cards for me. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Will definitely be a returning customer. read more

These guys are the best! They saved me! I had ordered business cards through an expensive online company, and they failed to meet the deadline I had for an event. I ran into Minuteman Press on a Thursday afternoon, and Jeremy and his colleagues were so attentive to my needs. They looked at pictures of what I had ordered and immediately set to work crafting beautiful business cards that they had ready for pickup the very next day. These guys are professional, give top quality, And genuinely work to meet the customer's needs. Their prices crush the online companies. They are also wonderfully fun to talk to you and have a great sense of humor. I learned my lesson - no more online companies. These are my go-to guys from now on. I enthusiastically recommend their service. Thank you Minuteman Press! read more

We are very happy with the beautiful printing of our invitations, and the fast turnaround. They worked hard to get them done quickly for us, and we greatly appreciate it. Also, we had an artist create pictures for us, and they happily worked with us to incorporate them into the invitations. They maintained excellent communication, customer service, produced a great quality product, and they clearly take pride in the work they do. Our friends and family are still talking about how AWESOME our invitations turned out! Oh! Their prices are more than fair and can't be beat! We will most definitely be using them in the future, and highly recommend them. read more
