When I tried to ask for a lower price, owner Josh appeared uneasy and immediately got short with me. When I called him out on his demeanor, he told me to take my business elsewhere. Hi, I would recommend going to staples. I went in to get a small print job of about 15 pages on card stock and he told me it would take a week. I tried asking follow up question such as "do you guys laminate" or "do you do posters" just hoping they might give me more information such as what would be best for what I needed and he just said "yeah". When I pointing out I needed the red ice cards for undocumented citizens, he got even more rude. I walked out feeling dumb and disappointed and my white mother in law even pointed out his rudeness and his change of demeanor when I showed him what I was printing. These guys do all of our invoices for my job. When I ordered a template for my wedding invitations and customized them to send to the same people I got the template from I had no answer. I called Minuteman and sent them the AI files and how many I needed and the team there was able to print my invitations, RSVP cards and assemble them for 1/3 of the cost I was quoted by the other place and did them in half the time! Ricks first words when we walk in was his " joke", why do why do women wear perfume and make up? because they're ugly and they smell. that said everything I should've turned around and walked out the door, Rick was rude and condescending. Fake and phony, did not help me organize the labels as I needed. I went 3 times to supply everything he needed and he couldn't get together. I brought in my own designs I product and I brought the verbiage. After I made the deposit he tells me there's a long list of people ahead of me and that I would have to wait which is fine, but he said it after he got paid. Came to this place for my son's birthday cards and the customer service was exceptional not to mention the prices were very reasonable. I asked FedEx and UPS if they could print out a copied color print and they charged over $0.50 which is really ridiculous. I was in the market for some car signs and a parade banner for Riverside's A Salute to Veterans Parade. I asked around an was referred to Minuteman Press by a friend who had used them on a number of occasions. I went in and spoke with Jeremy & Tom asking for some help finding a product that would stick to and not damage the paint on a 65 Chevy. I did not want to use a magnet or a banner that I would have to tie down. They did an outstanding job meeting my needs, they came up with a product, a sort of "static cling" (reminded me of the old Colorforms that I played with as a child). They even provided me with a couple samples of this product so I could try it out at home to make sure that it would work for me. Well it worked great! It was easy to apply, stayed on, and best of all it did not damage my friends car in any way. They also made a beautiful banner for the parade that was exactly what I needed; the family of the man it was honoring loved it so much they asked if they could buy it off me, but I just gave it to them. Minuteman Press had everything printed and ready for me to pick up a couple days before the parade, and their prices are extremely reasonable. I considered ordering these things online, but I am so glad I didn't. I never would have gotten the "try before you buy" quality of service and it was so nice to have an actual person to work with me on the design layouts.
