I had a really disappointing experience at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center today. I stopped in to…read moreship a return and asked where I could find a clear plastic pouch for my shipping label. The associate told me I couldn't use the FedEx pak for ground shipping, so I asked what I could use. He handed me a plain white envelope with no explanation. Since it wasn't branded or labeled, I assumed it was complimentary or included--especially since nothing was mentioned about a cost. After I sealed my package, the associate scanned my label and only then told me there was a charge for the envelope. That's not how customer service should work. Basic transparency--especially around pricing--should come before a customer uses a product, not after. When I questioned it, the associate simply shrugged, which made the experience even worse. I don't typically use FedEx, and unfortunately this experience reinforced why. In the future, I'll stick with UPS or United States Postal Service, where communication has been much clearer.

There were three employees doing nothing and the man was still very rude. Edit: thanks for the response, but I do not work at ups. there's never a reason to treat a customer with disrespect like you did. All you had to do was ask nicely and I would have done what you asked. But what you did was say "that's not helpful " and then you got mad when I put the boxes on the wrong side? How would I as a customer possibly know what to do in your store. Every other ups is glad to receive the business and they do it with a nice greeting and willingness to help. Again a little courtesy goes a long way. I have never had any issues with any other ups or mail service, and I drop off many packages weekly so perhaps take this as constructive criticism and improve your attitude.

Recommend: Absolutely based on my experience. Opened door, instantly greeted, surprised by the sheer amount of office 'things' you could do here, from printing MAPS to packaging and scanning. I do NOT see UPS stores this nice anywhere in Tucson, AZ or this well suited to handle professional services. Quickly communicated with by the Staff, took my product, thanked me for stopping in and with a smile, wished me a great day! I don't know if there has been a management changeover from reading all the 1-Star reviews (since 2021) but I saw no indications of substandard service on my visit.

Taking care of business (which I'm pretty sure is now an officially licensed Office Depot song) I…read morestopped in with two simple items on my list. My favorite pen had died this week (broken not empty) and I needed a new steno pad for taking notes. The store is neatly organized, the ceiling signs do all the heavy lifting, and it's the kind of place where you can walk in, hum a little TCB under your breath, and actually feel like you're living the brand. They don't have the usual clearance section tucked in the back, which almost disappointed me until I realized they've scattered the bargains like Easter eggs throughout the aisles. A quick scan told me nothing on those shelves matched what I needed, so I kept moving. I found the two‑pack of pens right away, but the steno pads were priced higher than I wanted to pay, and since I'm not about to overspend on something that basic, I passed and later found one at Walmart for about half the price. Checkout was quick and painless, just a tap at the register and I was out the door, feeling like I'd done my part in Office Depot's ongoing quest to take care of business, one pen at a time. A smooth, positive shopping experience from start to finish. [Review 169 of 2026 - 4557 in North Carolina - 25359 overall]
