We are more than pleased with our purchase with minuteman press printing services. They delivered everything as promised and did a great job working with us and our budget. Do not hesitate hiring them for your printing needs!! Great choice and budget friendly! read more

Dave at Minuteman is my printing fairy godmother. Seriously, this guy is amazing. I've taken four jobs to him in the past six months (small jobs of 20 to medium jobs of 250) - the quality has been great, the price *substantially* lower than what other printers quoted, done in half the time, and even delivered to my office. I now take every printing job to him and always will. read more

My best friend was getting married and as MOH it was my duty to organize her bridal shower. Problem is, she lives in a different state so I was doing all the planning and coordinating states away! She was inviting 80 people(yes, 80) so I didn't really want to purchase invites online at like 2$+ a pop. I had someone on Etsy create a super cute digital invite for me & then I was off to look for a printing company that wasn't going to charge me outrageously. Thanks to you yelpers- seriously, I use this site for everything, because let's be honest.. yelpers don't lie! After reading the numerous awesome reviews, I headed over on my lunch break with the file on a USB and walked out about 20 minutes later with a price quote of 56$(that was for 100 color invites cut to 5x7 and 100 matching envelopes to boot!) SCORE! They called me about 3 days later to let me know I could pick them up. when I arrived, I noticed the color of the invites was way off and so I compared it to the proof they printed me a few days prior. They too noticed it and explained that someone probably just ran them through the wrong printer. They offered to re-do them for me, no charge of course, and they would be ready the next day! Talk about great service. I was pleased with their (finished) work, and will definitely be back. I wish they were open on Saturdays(even if only for a few hours). For someone who works Mon-Fri 8 to 5 its hard to get over there during the week! read more

I have used this company for over 5 years and their service has continued to go downhill for a long time. Finally have to find a new printer. I loved them at first, but their attention to detail just disappeared over the years. Constantly messing up easy orders. Employees and owner of the company lack common sense customer service skills and are horrible to deal with. Our company's orders were never done right, they would constantly confuse many details. Saving a lot of time and frustration and using a different printer. There are just too many printers around to deal with a mess like this company. read more

Such wonderful employees and costumer service. I had to run and make about 5 copies of some legal documents before heading to the courthouse. I went into Minuteman Press and they had me in and out in no time at all and didn't even charge me. read more

I have been consistently impressed with the level of service and quality of product at Minuteman press on Guadalupe. David is personable, informative and willing to go the extra mile. He has printed biz cards, fliers brochures and handouts for me, and they all exceeded my expectations for the quality (not to mention the price - way cheaper than Kinko's, I mean FedEx Office (the change has not increased their staff's intelligence)). The attention to detail at Minuteman is impeccable also - David found a mistake on a card and let me know before he ran it so I could fix it. I would recommend this shop to anyone. The shop is closed on Saturday which can be inconvenient, but they do mainly BSB work so it is understandable. My only real complaint is getting out of the parking lot, but I found back into a spot its much easier to get onto Guadalupe. Keep up the good work! read more

After 4 years I am finally done with MinuteMan in downtown Austin. This business has some real customer service issues. Rarely do I have an experience with this printer that runs smoothly. Lack of communication, lack of taking responsibility when there is an issue, lack of professionalism, you name it. I have worked with Dave, who is a wonderful guy, but he always has an excuse and tends to use the owner or the "system" as the reason for the problem. Too many other printers in town to put up with this level of service, especially when I have given them chance and chance again. read more

No self service scanning options. Seems like basic functionality they should have. Lady offered no alternative solutions so I left.

Looked around for a local rush-order for several thousand flyers. Arthur at Minuteman was very cordial and helpful over the phone, and we will be sending him some digital proofs to get a quote. I'll update this review once we get final product, but compared to a few other places I'd already called, Minuteman seems to have their act together, Arthur was very knowledgeable and willing to accomodate, and I think that alone merits a first-time mention on Yelp. read more

Turnaround time was so-so for my very simple job, they were uncommunicative (I had to call to find out status several times), and the end product wasn't quite what I asked for (not horribly wrong, but off enough that I had to do some re-work on it myself to get it right). Pricing was comparable to other providers. Overall a bit disappointing. read more

I have ordered from here several times. They are fast and their prices are reasonable. BUT if you are looking for a place that uses their brain. Go somewhere else. They do their own design work here, but are in a hurry so be prepared for several revisions and an attitude if you want more. I ordered post cards this past week and asked for a line down the middle on the back (like most post cards duh!) and I got a horizontal line. Wow. That was not smart. They said they sent me a proof, but I did not see it and who needs to proof one line that the entire population of the USofA knows. Long story short, expect good prices, but brainless service and watch everything they do. If not, you will be forced by bickering collage kids to pay full price for something you can't use. I won't go back and I'm here 2x a month. read more

Seriously? I ordered 4 color print brochures this morning and they are already delivered to my door. It just doesn't get any better than that! read more

These guys are amazing at what they do! They printed my juice labels for a last minute project I had come up. When things didn't turn out exactly how I planned due to MY designer's mistake they went above and beyond to fix the labels and made them look wonderful! I highly recommended them for your next project. You will not be disappointed. :) read more

These guys are consistently helpful, friendly, and a great value for what you get. I trust them with all my client work.

Close to town w ample parking! Fax & all kinds of printing services by capable & helpful staff. Very happy w service I received.

I've used them twice now and they've gotten it perfect every time. My last trip there, I accidentally ordered in mm versus cm and they were happy to reprint although it was Friday and near closing time. Sometimes they lack the friendly smile or "Hi there, how can I help you" attitude when you walk in, but they aren't rude or dismissive. For the quality of the work, I don't mind this. Bonus: They have a decent parking lot and paper cutter you can ask to borrow. read more

I can say nothing but good things about this place. Recently got wedding invitations done here and were awesome with last minute printing as well. I spoke with TJ a lot and he was very helpful and went above and beyond to get our order our perfectly and quickly. When I have gone to pick up my order(s) I am out in under two minutes -- very quick! read more

I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to the 6th street location. They are so helpful, and will reformat your images without making you feel like a dick for not knowing how to reformat your images. And they do an amazing job. read more

Minuteman has helped me with two last minute print jobs. Both times they were fast, efficient, friendly and definitely the most cost effective option in town. I'm very pleased with the quality and the customer service they provided. Thanks! read more

I started using Minuteman Press back in November 2011 at the old company I worked for. I had a pretty anal boss who wanted everything to be perfect, and Minuteman Press always delivered. The only time something was printed incorrectly the reprinted it right away, free of charge. Now that I've switched jobs i've stuck with them, and they've helped me out of a pickle multiple times. They're always super friendly, they have better prices than Kinkos, and they remember me every time I come in (Hi, Dave!). I would recommend them to all! read more

I have been using Minuteman Press for about a year now and can't say enough about how helpful and courteous this business is with their customers. They are not only prompt and efficient with orders; their staff's customer service skills are off the charts. Everyone is always so polite and helpful when I visit or call. Kerry, especially, goes above and beyond every time I place an order. She is always communicating with me via email or phone to keep me up-to-date on my orders. She even hand-delivered a print job to me one day when I had extenuating circumstances that prevented me from picking it up. I live in Dripping Springs and happily drive to downtown Austin to do business with this company because of their helpful staff. read more

I volunteer with several busy, high-profile organizations in Austin and Minuteman always comes through. Their work is highly professional, their central location is convenient from any part of the city, and they go the extra mile with their customer service - Kerry just worked her magic today to save a major project that is due TOMORROW! Singing their praises to thank them for yet another job well done. read more

Sure was surprised (when i went to use YOUR product 3 months later, when my usual stock was depleted) that you didn't actually print my letterhead on Classic Crest like I had paid for and you had promised. Remember me? I'm the guy who came in after you "lost" my printing for 2 weeks. What are you doing over there? Why did you charge me 100$, again? EDIT: Must agree with Chris R., Below. Dave is the worst! He told me that "their entire mainframe went down", and that is why my printing was 'lost' for 2 weeks. It is, of course, a farce, but hey, whatever keeps the dollars rolling in. Great communication and beautiful banner. Thank you so much! Can't wait to use your services again!

Truly exceptional service, with quick turnaround time and top-quality color copies. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone is friendly, customer oriented and professional. Don't bother to call anyone else. Minuteman on 6th is the BEST! read more

Our office needed a banner made for a career fair that was two days away and Minuteman Press got the job done! I let them take the creativity wheel and they definitely surpassed my expectations. Our banner not only looks great but is high quality that we will be able to use for years! If you are in need of printing needs I highly recommend them not only for the fast, friendly service, but for the price and quality as well! read more

The Minuteman Press on 6th Street did an AMAZING JOB with my order. I ordered 100 brochures, then added 25 more, and they still had the order ready 2 days early. A day after picking them up, I realized that I needed to make a change to one of the pages and needed the reprint done that same day & they not only reprinted the updated brochures in one day, they only charged for labor and the rush fee. They went above and beyond and I REALLY appreciate it!!!! read more

Amazing. I am part of a university organization and I came to minuteman to get flyers and quartersheets printed. I got a phenomenal deal, less than 30% of what other area copy centers were charging. The store owner was extremely helpful and helped me rezied y flyers to make them look better. Highly, highly recommended. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this shop. I wanted to print out a photograph to frame so I looked up printing shops in Austin and found this one. I drove over without checking the hours of operation. It turns out that I arrived on a day it was closed, but the owner happened to be standing outside and opened up shop just to help me out (on his day off!). My project ended up taking nearly 45 minutes, but he kindly and patiently sorted through all the paper, sizing, and color options with me until I found a few that I liked. Then he gave me everything we printed out to take home and choose among at my leisure, and charged me a nominal price (something like $5). I was so impressed. In the end I got exactly what I needed, and it was a very pleasant experience to work with him. Good work and good company. Highly recommended. read more

Although I can not rate their product, I can rate their customer service - which is outstanding! Fast quote and patient! I will definitely look to them in the future! read more

I was in a last minute bind. Dave came through for me in under 2 hours and even helped me stuff the envelopes right there in the shop so I could make the overnight shipment. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. It's nice to feel like the priority, especially as a new customer. There's no question I'll be calling them back when I need something. read more

They did a fantastic job printing my catalogs. Everyone was really nice and easy to work with, even when it was after hours. They quickly printed samples for me to view and gave me all of my options. All of my catalogs were printed in time for my show. I am going to be using them again and would recommend them to anyone (and have already been telling friends about them). read more

I'm really impressed with the customer service and quality of Minuteman Press! I randomly found their services on Google, read some good reviews and decided to give them a shot. I needed 100 postcards ASAP and they had them to me in less than 24 hours! Amazing. Amazing. Completely happy and will use them again read more

These guys are awesome! They are super understanding and flexible. I'm always down to the wire with my print jobs, but they respond quickly, resend invoices and proofs, or willing to change my order amount. Their prices are also much better than the chains out there, like Office Depot. They have great customer service, and will do what they can to lower prices even more for you. I use them regularly! read more

I was very pleased with the quality service I received at Minuteman. My son needed printing done for his Eagle scout project. It was very important that the job be completed accurately, quickly, and at a price he could afford. The printing job involved detailed graphics that needed to be reproduced perfectly so that his Eagle presentation would look very professional. Minuteman did a great job despite being understaffed that day. I appreciated that they gave me several suggestions that improved the appearance of his project. My son's presentation was very successful and well received due in part to a great printing job. I will definitely use Minuteman for all my future printing needs. read more

Before I tell the story let me just say,DAVID WAS AMAZING. If David isn't the mananger/owner of this location then they need to make that happen. He was polite and professional the whole time, often staying late to ensure the job got and this morning he even walked the merchandise out to my car because my hands were full. Amazing service, great pricing, epic turn around time. David literally saved the day. I needed 3 stand up banners with customer artwork and 300 trifolds printed by today (10/26/2015). I originally called the Georgetown location of Minuteman and was told that for all this printing there is typically a 3 day turn around time. Great! I took a week and made the banners and the trifold, put all the files together and called the Georgetown location again to give them some money. They laughed (actually laughed) and said no, there was a 14 day turn around time and that no one there would have told me 3 days. I asked about expediting the job and they told me that I could do all my own design work and they could get it down to 10 days. This is 4 days before I have a flight to the conference at which I will display the banners and trifolds. I kindly informed them that they wouldn't be getting out business and I'd call around. The woman on the phone was nice and said she'd talk to her team about speeding it further. Meanwhile, I called this location on W 6th. They told me they could have it done in 2 days, no extra fees and no need to rush. I verified this with them probably 30 times and they were confident that they could get it done in time and they did. As of this morning I have 300 beautiful trifolds and 3 epic 7 foot banners displaying company name and information in some slick graphics and customer pictures. P.S. The Georgetown emailed me two days after saying they would check on speeding things up and told me that my time frame was impossible and they couldn't do it. They told me this on Friday for a job I had told them multiple times I needed on the following Monday. The austin location was already a day into production and had sent me two versions of proofs for my sign off. read more

I have found my permanent printer! Minuteman Press has saved me 3 times in the last month. My business requires doing things on a whim everyday. Typically, this involves something I am not capable of producing. All I have to do is to pick up the phone and call Tom and he gets it done in a flash! They could have charged me rush fees several times and never have. If you are looking for a great printer...this is the place! read more
