received online quote with QR code to pay. very efficient system. the real problem is that the quote they give you is not in fact the TOTAL price you pay. if you look down on the bottom right it says "50% deposit, COD." is it at all clear that you owe more money when you pick up the prints? why would they not tell you up on the top of the page in bold letters the TOTAL amount you owe? Isn't that what a quote is? i think this was very misleading. i have never received a quote that doesn't give me a TOTAL price and a clear break-down of the cost if there is a deposit or balance due. i will not be using their services again. read more

I am actually baffled how i was treated by Brian. The first set of new business cards they delivered to me were wrong, half our logo was cut off so they had to re-do them. Then I sent them over an EXACT picture of how i would like my letterhead to look and they sent it back 3 different times incorrectly then wanted to charge me for the proof?! When i called to discuss this with Brian he had a horrible attitude from the bat and when i asked him "Is this how you treat your customers?" he replied back with "You!" I have been in customer service for years and have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. I will pray for this guys happiness cause clearly he needs it. Stay away from here!!! read more

These ladies saved our whole event! I was driving around frantically looking for somewhere still open and saw they were about to close. I called and asked if they could still help us and both the manager and the lovely lady at the front desk (I believe her name started with an M but I am a horrible person and can't remember) said it was no problem. We got in and they were nothing but helpful. We got there 10 minutes before closing and they had no problem helping us print our papers. They were happy to stay after closing, and still ask us what kind of paper, what weight, what color, etc. They were not rushing us out at all and were the most kind and helpful people. I will come here for my organization again! They also sell promotional materials like bags and pens and stickers. They are slow, confused, poorly informed and provide BAD SERVICE at Minuteman Press. I have no idea why they named themselves that. It took them 6 days and 3 back and forth emails to tell me that I didn't give them what they needed to start the job. I'd already completely designed a postcard on my own last month and was hoping to have some printed by Nov. 1st. Today on Nov. 6, got Brian on the phone after a lot of effort to do so and he is passing the buck blaming Jacob (who works there) and me for not even starting the print job. He gave me several confusing and overpriced quotes too. I asked them to call me several times after trying to call myself. I am a student and don't have a copier at home, so I called in advance to see if I could get my essay copied. Brian ok'd it w/o hesitation. Once he copied it, he didn't want anything for it- I left some money on the counter for his service. While I was there, I scoped out his business, and I am impressed with shop. He has lots of new large expensive copier machines that are capable of doing any size jobs. His shop is also well organized and clean. In short, I got what I wanted for a considerably less price compared to staples ($0.65/1 side of a page). He took the time to answer all my questions even printed out 2 samples of my document in different thicknesses so I can compare. They also accept credit cards. I found this place on Yelp and walked-in around 4:30pm to see if they could get a fairly large black and white print job done for me (2,500+ prints). By 5:00pm, my print job was not only complete, but organized with blue sheets separating each copy, placed in a large box, and walked out to my car. VistaPrint charged me $67 and they turned out AWFUL!! the color was faded, the cuts of the postcards were off and the size was wrong. I found minuteman on Yelp and they did it in a day for only $30 for EXACTLY what i wanted!!! I got so many compliments on them and saved a ton of money. They were so nice and helpful. I just want to say thank you to the team for making it happen. We were at the convention center at the franchise expo (Minuteman is a franchise!) and realized I needed business cards. I walked over to the Minuteman Press booth the day before the event started and struck up a conversation with the guys. I would totally give this business less then a 1 star if I could. Brian was super rude and really didn't seem like he wanted to help me. I needed some items to be printed (Christmas cards and thank you cards) and called to found out some information. I had emailed them and got some quote but wanted to know more about specifics (paper weight, ink, etc.) I guess asking questions was a bad idea because he told that their avg. orders are $500+ and since my order wasn't that much he told me to take my business elsewere. Thanks to Yelp I found this amazing printer. I needed about 120 color prints on heavy card stock (wedding invitations). Brian got the job done in about 15 minutes (I gave him 4 different layouts to print). He was sure I was happy with the results, and he cut them to size. The final result was pure perfection. His price can't be beat. I saved more than half compared to Kinko's, Staples, etc. I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to use them again. Million dollar service for a $23 order!! It was nearing 5:00pm on Thursday when I first called and Chris had me email her the text I needed for a small pre-inked stamp. She told me that it was a 3-day turn-around, but she'd try to get the order placed that evening and maybe we could save a day. Within minutes a proof was sent, revised and approved - all after 5:00pm. Chris called on Monday afternoon to let me know my stamp was ready and that she could stay late if I wanted to pick it up that day, but I opted for Tuesday instead. The stamp was exactly what I needed. The service was way beyond professional and friendly. I will not only recommend everyone go to Minuteman Anaheim, but will steer our company's business there when possible.
