Plus they have a payment setup that has been so convenient for my family the past few years. No buzzing, stinging insects near our home which is so great because we like to cook out exactly where they try to create their nests. I can't say enough great things about them! I'll never try a different pest control company again. I've never witnessed faster response time (on anything I ask for).

Our household includes someone with a wasp allergy, so while I try to live peacefully with all of nature, we sometimes need professional help. This year we found a yellow jacket nest in our exterior wall right next to our door. Arterix was incredibly fast and responsive, and scheduling was easy: just a few text messages and everything was set. Our technician, Chance, was friendly, efficient, and polite, and the whole visit took only a few minutes. He showed up within the scheduled time window and let us know when he was 15 minutes away. That's been my experience every time. Whenever we've had a pest issue, they respond and schedule within minutes. We've also appreciated their guarantee, which we used last year with a European hornet nest. When needed, they came out again without issue. Highly recommend, especially if you have a safety concern like a stinging insect allergy and need quick, reliable service.

The inspection and pest identification were free and the technician that came (Eric) was super helpful in explaining where our pests came from and what types of household pest control were useful. Ultimately, we did decide to purchase a one-time spray. I expected this to take place on another day, but Eric went to his vehicle and immediately sprayed! 24 hrs later, we have seen a significant reduction in pests. I am impressed with the communication and speed at which this company resolves issues. Additionally, I was told that there was a 30-day "guarantee" that if the infestation was not resolved, Key Pest would return to spray again. This is a great benefit if you have a persistent pest issue!

Inspectors spend less than 5 minutes onsite, going through the motions. Barely spraying, not even making an attempt to understand the problem. To boot, their customer service is terrible and due to an error on their own payment system they sent a $100 bill to collections (thankfully I resolved it after days of waiting for a response). When I emailed to cancel my quarterly service I got a very straightforward response, they didn't even attempt to correct the problem or at the very least understand why I was cancelling. Do not use them. If you don't believe me, read the other reviews. I went with another local company for half the price and they have actually made it a point to understand and treat the problem.

My favorite experience involved a pesky mouse problem we had in our kitchen...a lesser exterminator probably would have just kept putting down more traps and more poison. BioTech explained that you can and should seal off your kitchen so there are no holes large enough for a mouse to enter. They did this, but we kept seeing the mouse. They kept coming back (probably 5-6 times) at no extra charge, each time searching and finding an additional entry point. Eventually, they got them all, and we've never had a mouse since! Thanks, BioTech!

I think they may have canceled or rescheduled more appointments than they actually showed up for. Today was typical: a few months ago they told me they would come today between 10 and 12. I texted them around 4:30 and about 20 minutes later they called and said that their technician would be late (yes: obviously, since he was already late). So now I went on ChatGPT and it looked at their invoice and explained exactly what DIY stuff I would need every 3-4 months to easily do exactly what I was paying BioTech to do, at one-tenth the price.
