Frank did a very thorough inspection of my bedroom, couch, chair covers, and anywhere he thought they might be hiding. I got a great education about bedbugs from Frank and it felt good to understand what to look for. Thankfully Frank didn't find any trace of bedbugs and it gave me the peace of mind I needed to sleep peacefully in my house again. I went to my dermatologist and it turns out that I had a type of heat rash that looked like bedbug bites. I can't say enough about how prompt, knowledgeable, and nice Frank is. Also, he did not charge me for the thorough inspection, and was very honest and helpful. Frank is a good guy and I will call him in the future if I need to. Great customer service!

After spending $550 for bed bug treatments with Hampden Exterminating, I switched to AllPest. Both…read morecompanies were way too expensive, but AllPest was honest with me about how carefully I needed to prepare my house, and their treatments were more thorough. No exterminator can get rid of bed bugs for you - the key is how carefully you prepare for the treatment (all frames off your walls, removing electric outlet covers, drying and tightly bagging all fabric and clothes in the entire house, etc. etc.) At first I used Hampden Ex. because they gave me a cheaper quote ($325 for initial treatment, plus $75 for follow-up treatments). Bad idea. I spent $550 on them (the first treatment plus 3 follow-ups), then another $1,025 for AllPest ($85 for inspection then $385 for initial treatment, then $185/ea for three follow-up treatments). If you have bed bugs - do not cut corners. It will bite you in the ass. Prepare your house thoroughly, and spend the money on good treatment up front. I finally got rid of the bugs after I used Diatomaceous earth (bought it at Home Depot) and the services of AllPest.

We have had such great experiences with Bug Squashers! We were unfortunately faced with termite…read moredamage (inactive) when we bought our house in 2021. We decided at the time to do a treatment out of precaution and proceed with annual services. Our provider we previously worked with retired and turned his business over to Chris. Chris offered us the same fair rate we previously had and graciously set us up for automatic appointments. I love that I get reminders as it's approaching. Furthermore, they make it super easy to pay our bill online. Recently, we unfortunately had some bees that had stung our little one in our backyard. I was able to leave a voicemail and get a return call and an appointment quickly. The admin was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a strong understanding of the process and a starting point on what we could expect for pricing. Chris arrived on-time and had an automated text sent to me to say he was 30 minutes away. This is so helpful for someone like me who works from home but is always in meetings. We reviewed the area together, told me what his approach was going to be, provided a price and we quickly agreed to service it immediately so my daughter could get back to playing in our backyard. He gave me advice on how long to keep the dog and toddler out of the yard as well as things to look for in the next few days. I am so thankful that we have a partner in removing pests with Bug Squashers and Chris. I am thoroughly impressed with the service, quality, and can't recommend him enough!

Of course we were skeptical at getting services given the fact that we had never done business with Best Pest Control at the time yet it was the best decision we have ever made. Based on the reviews, I was sold especially after reading a lot of rave reviews about Jay. We literally just purchased our home in Burtonsville in January 2020. Apparently, our neighbors, we believe, introduced a very, very small infestation of bugs. To me, as the woman of the house, ONE roach is way too many roaches. Upon me first contacting Jay, he provided a thorough extermination of our home. And one week later came back for a second application. Prior to his second arrival, we only saw traces of one or two bugs. After 12 months of living in our new home, we have seen no bugs after having services completed by this company. I would highly recommend! On top of the great service, reliability, dependability, transparency, consistency, honesty, we were very impressed by the fact that there is a 90 day warranty. Jay impressed me and overall, he made us very happy. I no longer fear walking around, sleeping in my bed at night, going into my kitchen, watching TV in the dark, or having guest in our home with the thought of bugs anymore. The thing I love most about this company and in working with Jay is his earnest approach to solving a problem. He offered for us to reach out to him even after the 90 day warranty if we have any issues. Superb customer service!
