Drew came out to my condo last Saturday to spray for spiders. He also searched for bedbugs, in which there was no sign of them on my mattresses. He assured me that it was safe to stay there that same night. I got bit on the forehead on Saturday night and on my ankle Sunday night while I was sleeping. Due to the intense swelling of the spider bite on my ankle, I was admitted to the hospital. While in the hospital I called to reschedule my second appointment to have them come and spray AGAIN. The woman on the phone was less than pleasant and had a slight attitude when I was unsure as to what she was saying. I am hesitant to recommend this company since customers must deal with her unprofessionalism as well as the fact that I need a second treatment since the first one was not successful. I live in an old historical part of Baltimore and came home to the lovely surprise of a thick swarm of flying ant-like insects all over the property. They were congregating around the old wood piles, so I was certain they were eating it and called up in a panic. (I had never dealt with a pest issue before and I was terrified at the thought of something possibly eating my recent purchase). So I called and he asked me to text him a few pictures. Turns out it was just citronella ants. (Generally harmless and definitely don't eat wood.) He could have easily taken me for a ride in my naivety, but he didn't.
