Food was amazing, we got 8 different rolls and 3 tapas shared between the 5 of us. Our favorite tapas was the Wagyu Crostini and the Jalapeño Hamachi. Both recommended by our waiter. Some of our favorite rolls were Saturn, Comet, and Luna. Service was great. Our waiter (Tanner) was 10/10, very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. Cool vibe inside and fit our group of 10 people no problem.

I LOVE Mint and I'm so happy there's a new location in Draper. This place never disappoints (minus last night when they were out of edamame)! I recommend the Apollo Roll and the Wagyu Crostini. Both are incredible and very flavorful. The service was excellent, and the ambiance is moody, classy, and perfect for a night out. Excited to keep coming back!

Salmon truffle and jalapeño hamachi are amazing. Prices are a bit high for the portion size but the quality is good and the restaurants are always clean and consistent.

Jarrett and Tanner again!

Love Tanner! He's the GOAT! Beautiful live performer sung beautiful songs. The food was delish, Tanner was super nice even though Jerry Beary ordered more than the average male. Silly big boy. Anyways, love you Mint Tapas and Sushi! Delish!

Wagyu lunch special. It was good just didn't have salt at all.

I was the first costumer 11:32am I walked in. 3 stars bc my jalapeño hamachi was still ok. Service is not good but again it was only 1 girl doing everything! They need more servers. Ambience it's nice but the floor super dirty tho' Jalapeño hamachi (is my go to always) it was still good but Sandy location is way better They don't have toro anymore (best product they got and took it away) I was told they get small portions and people will get mad when they ran out so that's why the discontinued it, but as a regular costumer from day one at Sandy location I never got mad I got really happy when they had it 1 time my party and I ate all the toro they got that day lol Pork belly was ok had not salt and I would've fried it a little longer. Again Sandy location wins I always ask for real wasabi and big portion of ginger. Tuna tataki was good but no avocado (u should charge less if u ain't gonna put avocado) The wagyu was cook really well but not salt at all so lacking of flavor. Shishitos were really good! Overall ok; nothing compare with the original experience so I'll drive longer but I'll stick to the original location. The End.

Grilled Scallops (we already ate most of them haha)

Came for a birthday dinner and was so impressed!! so so delicious!! the wagyu, the Vulcan, and tiramisu are must haves!! Service was great and the vibe in the restaurant was awesome. We want to try the sushi making class or the tasting menu sometime. Thank you!!

Vulcan 5/5

Loved the inside look & feel of the restaurant, kinda moody. The service was great; everyone was friendly with yummy recommendations. The food was delicious. Aurora & Vulcan were our 2 favorite rolls, & will definitely be getting the Wagyu crostini again!

Love the Tapas in all their variety. We usually get the muscles, crispy rice, and pork belly. The sushi rolls are great!

The vibes are nice and quiet (unless you're like us and go with a loud group of women), and the staff was amazing. Jordan was patient and the right amount of attentive. We had 6 or 7 tapas, 6 or 7 rolls, and 3 types of sake. Every single thing we had was delicious. My favorite tapas were the spicy tuna tartare and the jalapeño hamachi. They are a must try!! I really wish I took pictures of the food because it really was spectacular. This will be the sushi spot I take everyone to, and I can't wait!

Throughout the years I have heard great things about Mint so for our wedding anniversary my husband and I decided to finally try it out! I am so glad we did. Not only was it nice to skip the hassle of parking downtown but the food was great. Our server was amazing, with it being our first time she gave us a rundown of the menu and highlighted some favorites. The atmosphere of the restaurant was dim and chill. We ordered miso soups, the jalapeño hamachi, the beef tataki, the moonlight roll, and the apollo roll. I also ordered their sparkling sake which was a special and I loved it. The miso soups were delicious and priced well. The jalapeño hamachi is an award winning dish and I can see why. It was SO good. My husband actually saved the vinaigrette to try with other dishes. We also enjoyed the beef tataki, I did feel like it was a little on the chewy side but overall good. We loved the moonlight roll, the flavors and sweetness were good, I did feel like it was missing heat from the spicy tuna. The apollo roll was good, this roll also had spicy tuna and it was definitely hotter. Mint met our expectations and will definitely be a contender for our next sushi date night.

I feel like the hostess must have unexpectedly been out because the folks managing seating and reservations seemed a little lost. This was our first time here and I was pretty concerned about what the rest of our experience would be. We got to our table and then sat there for 10 minutes without any kind of greeting. Following the disorganization of getting seated, we weren't sure what was happening and almost left. I'm so glad we stayed. Once our server greeted us, it was smooth the rest of the evening. We ordered drinks (Old Fashioned and wine), both were excellent. Someone brought delicious soft rolls with olive oil and balsamic vinegar-excellent. We stuck with tapas and the portions were bigger than expected. We had a whole lineup of items we wanted, but filled up after three. We ordered a charcuterie plate that was an off menu special. Iberico and a truffle manchego cheese and a rosemary manchego cheese served with toasted baguette and grapes. It was delicious! We also ordered the Gambas Al ajillo salsa Roja (shrimp in a red sauce) and the Pulpo à la gallega (octopus). The shrimp were incredible. I could have eaten the sauce with a spoon. Okay, I DID eat the sauce with a spoon and then asked for more bread to sop it up. The octopus was a surprise. My husband ordered it and I was prepared to try a small bite. It was fantastic. The octopus was nicely chewy without being rubbery at all. And it was served with potatoes in a thin sauce that tasted like olive oil and paprika and onion. So good. We looked at the desserts and my heart said yes while my full stomach said no. I almost ordered the crème brûlée cake to go, but decided to come back another day. Our server (Zack) was great! I really think something happened with the hostess because the rest of the evening was so smooth. Very interesting interior. We sat at a small cafe table that felt strangely intimate despite how crowded it was. We'll be back!

I don't know if it's the gyoza filling or because it was pan fried. But it had a taste that just wasn't for me. Hamachi Kama was good. It sat on a bed of salad and seasoned well. I got a side salad and salmon with yuzu gravy. When I say the yuzu was good...I mean it was GOOD. The citrus, sweetness, buttery blended so well and perfectly paired with the salmon. Chef's kiss. The service was so good that it was too good. They were ready to remove the plate as soon as the last bite went into your mouth. The wine list is long, though there is not much by the glass. The reds we tried were good. The Crianza was my favorite, young and light but still flavorful, with a subtle dry finish. We ordered tortilla española, torta de cecina, patatas bravas, mejillones, and pinchos morunos. Everything had great flavor. There was some inconsistency with temperature. The patatas came out just warm, while other dishes were very hot. The pinchos morunos turned out to be more like a meatball on a stick. That may have been my misunderstanding, but when I see lamb pincho I expect grilled pieces of lamb. They were tasty, just more basic than I expected. For dessert we had churros. This may be personal preference, but I like to pick up a churro and dip it in chocolate without it breaking apart. These were more like a fried cake in the shape of a churro and required a spoon. They also have what looks like a very nice patio for good weather. I would be a bit concerned about speed of service if the patio is full, since the kitchen seems quite small.
