The interior design of all my previous homes were very "pieced together"; it was never a cohesive theme. If anything...the theme would be cluttered. But my boyfriend is completely opposite. He has that stylistic eye and hates clutter, so I rely on him when it comes to furnishing our home. As we talked about how we want to decorate our future home, we knew we had to find unique pieces that would match the color scheme of the condo and something we would like. On a whim, we checked out Red Knot and stumbled upon the couch that met all of our criteria: 1. Gray 2. Unique look with the white stitching, not so boxy design and it came with two little stools that would be stored in the armrest 3. Had a chaise Plus it had a matching ottoman with storage and can turn into a bed. We loved it. But of course we had questions. And, it's like the furniture gods heard our prayer and sent us Derek. He saw us looking around and stopped by us to see how we were doing and if we had questions. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us with the transaction. When learning that we were in the process of buying a place, he helped us to figure out the timing of when we would receive couch as well as the payment options available. Besides from the great service we received, I loved the wide selection of items available and the prices are competitive. I know we will be back for the other pieces.

I purchased the Sofa and scheduled a delivery was super quick and easy! A month later we decided to replace some appliances in our kitchen since we redid the kitchen countertop and added a vent. Decided to take a look and met Chason again. He helped us find the right refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Again great process nice fast and easy! The refrigerator was supposed to be delivered upstairs into my home, and the stairs were clearly disclosed in the delivery instructions ahead of time. One of the delivery workers stated that the refrigerator could potentially be brought upstairs, but the driver refused to even attempt the delivery. The refrigerator was never removed from the dolly, lifted, repositioned, or properly assessed for delivery. The driver repeatedly stated he was not going to move it at all and left the refrigerator sitting in my garage. During the delivery, I contacted Island Movers customer service and spoke with an employee named Cece. I found her behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, as she laughed during the phone call while I was trying to resolve the situation. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and concern shown throughout the entire ordeal. In an effort to help complete the delivery and eliminate liability concerns, I even offered to sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any possible damage to the refrigerator, floors, or property. Despite this, the driver still refused to make any attempt whatsoever to complete the delivery. I had to take time off work for this appointment, only for the delivery crew to essentially refuse service after arriving. The refrigerator is still sitting unusable in my garage due to their refusal to complete the delivery. I am extremely disappointed that Costco contracts with a company that operates in this manner.

It's July and no one has responded or followed up. I'm not ever going to recommend this place to anyone. May as well stick to the more reliable Red Knot/Ashley company which have been around forever. Unfortunately they are failing in the area of customer service and will be the demise of any business in the long run.

I liked how he didn't follow us around but was close by when we had questions. I walked the entire second floor and hadn't seen anything then found my Ashley furniture dining table with 4 chairs on the first floor. Mauro worked with me to get the best discount which was a combination of the presidents' day sale and all cash payment saves an additional %.. The dining table that I wanted was out of stock so he helped me put a hold and downpayment on the next delivery. Everything went smoothly. I saved even more money like $160 on the delivery by picking it up from their warehouse which is located across the Salt Lake Target. Assembly was easy and glad i did it myself than pay for that, Higher end furniture is on the second floor, cheaper lower end on the first floor I like that they had a huge variety to choose from. Great experience overall.

This has nothing to do with him. In February of this year I purchased a sofa and two chairs and in January a large sofa for my family room. The sofa purchase from February seat cushions started to sag 4 months in. I'm still in the one year warranty period. I called ,someone came out to assess and yes said cushions need to be replaced. The frustrating part is that I have to wait 6-8 weeks for the cushions to arrive. It's only a cushion insert !?!?! Communication has been spotty at best I guess I was to assume no news is good news. I get it we live on an island but man you would hope something would last longer than just a few months. FYI I was going to replace inserts myself as we have a local company that can do that in about 2 weeks. At my cost because it's so uncomfortable to sit on. I was told my extended warranty and existing warranty would be void. I need to amend this review the replacement cushions have been back ordered until October. They have offered to replace my sofa. I was puzzled because I go to a gym in the area an never noticed a furniture store. I was wrong. It is right next to the gym I go and I noticed the building ever time except, based on the sign, I always thought it was a mattress warehouse only. The parking lot is shared with the other businesses. It looks like it would be challenging to navigate if it were full, especially since there were two large delivery trucks parked outside. There is also street parking available too. The exterior of the building isn't too appealing. It is a warehouse style building crammed between a church and what looks like a woodworking shop (maybe that's where they repair furniture?). That made it a bit confusing to find the entrance. Once we found a door, we poked our heads inside to verify we were in the right place. An employee at the desk (she looked like the owner/manager by he demeanor) was on the phone but welcomed us in. After walking past the desk, we noticed all the furniture. It is a big facility but all the furniture was packed in there. The showroom had furniture for ever room in the house. I even noticed a sleeper (I have been thinking of getting one) but it was a floral colour and I want something plain with a solid colour. We saw three chest of drawers that we liked. They were simple and each was a different shade of brown. Each were approximately $900. I think the price is on par for Hawaii. Delivery to Ewa Beach would be $95. Another female employee was helpful with showing us all the different pieces and answering any questions we had. We were not committed yet so we took a business card and left. I believe we will be back.
