BOMB!!!! flavors were so delicious , refreshing and as well as the toppings . I was referred to Miniicebergs from a long time friend. Finally had the chance to book them for my son Jullian's Birthday in which was 90 degrees or higher that day which was PERFECT for all the kids and their families to enjoy. Yovanna and Anthony were very Sweet, reliable and fast in responding to emails (which is always amazing especially planning a kids party). They're HIGHLY recommended and I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much for making our sons birthday a HIT!!!

We hired Miniicebergs for an anniversary party and they were amazing! I found them via Instagram and requested information and Yovanna replied fast and explained everything to me. She followed up with me after a few days to see if I had any questions. She was extremely professional and a pleasure to talk to. After that we decided to hire them! She asks for details about the event so they can better prepare for the day. They also make a personalized menu for the party. Her and her husband arrived on time, set up and started serving. Our guests LOVED them! The shave ice is delicious and the texture is to die for! My favorite was the pineapple, coconut and condensed milk aka Pina colada! Yovanna and Anthony are amazing and we cant wait to have miniicebergs again!

Miniicebergs catered dessert for our daughter's first birthday party and they were a great hit! From the start, they were super responsive, professional, and friendly, answering all my questions within a few hours! Their prices are stellar and they are an all-in-one package. They only needed access to an electric outlet, which made it easy for me in the party planning department. The day of, they were punctual and set up and clean up was quick and easy, and not at all obtrusive. Our guests enjoyed their variety of flavors - I appreciated that their shave ice isn't overly sweet or artificial. Their strawberry syrup really tastes like fruit! Thank you, miniicebergs, for putting a smile on our guests' faces!

Since we couldn't bring ourselves to Kauaʻi, we decided to bring a little aloha home instead! We started with a delicious dinner from L&L Hawaiian Barbecue. Then I called Aloha Spirit Shave Ice, and they were kind enough to make a house call. Nate from Aloha Spirit showed up with his equipment in the back of his pickup, and before long, we--and several of our neighbors--were enjoying some delicious Hawaiian-style shave ice. They bake them fresh multiple times throughout the day, and you can definitely tell. I also love that they have several different flavors, so there's something for everyone. I really enjoyed their Matcha Frappuccino too! Just know that it's more like a matcha smoothie than a traditional matcha latte. Don't expect a super strong or intense matcha flavor--it's creamy, refreshing, and still really good! My teenage daughter really liked it too, and she normally doesn't like matcha when the flavor is too strong. And surprisingly, one of my favorite things was the pineapple soft serve! It totally satisfied my Dole Whip craving without having to make a trip to Disneyland. Between the fresh coffee buns, drinks, soft serve, bingsu, and scones, there's a lot to choose from. Definitely a fun little spot to check out in Rowland Heights!

It's tucked away toward the back part of Shanghai Plaza, so it can be easy to miss if you don't know where you're going. Once we finally found it, we walked in and were greeted right away. The place is small, but it's very clean, cozy, and inviting. I could definitely see this being a nice spot to meet up with someone to catch up, or even somewhere to stop by after dinner for a dessert. I ordered the Taro Bingsoo, and if you're a taro fan, this is definitely worth trying. The taro flavor was very noticeable without being overwhelming, with a nutty and slightly floral sweetness that made it really enjoyable. The shaved ice itself was incredibly fluffy and light, and there was enough taro throughout the entire dessert that you got a good amount in almost every bite. The nuts were also a great addition because they gave it a nice crunch and texture against the soft shaved ice. I would definitely recommend sharing the Bingsoo rather than ordering one for yourself. The portion is generous, and there's plenty to go around, especially if you're already coming in after a meal. For the price, I thought it was very reasonable considering the portion and quality. Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit to Sul & Bean. The location was a little tricky to find, but once you get there, it's a nice little dessert spot with a relaxed atmosphere. I'd definitely come back and try another flavor of their Bingsoo next time.

I especially love their strawberry cheesecake bingsoo, mango bingsoo, and green tea bingsoo. The portions are generous and are great for sharing. My husband and I always share one flavor per visit. Strawberry cheesecake bingsoo: is a great combination of sweet and tangy, with freshness from the strawberries and richness from the cheesecake bites. Mango bingsoo: tastes delicious, refreshing, and fruity with natural sweetness from the fresh, juicy mango pieces. Green tea bingsoo: has a nice earthy matcha flavor that pairs really well with the sweetness of the red beans and condensed milk. This location in Diamond Plaza has a cozy, casual, and welcoming vibe that makes it a great place to enjoy their desserts. There is a good amount of indoor seating, and the place feels clean.

The Midnight Harmony bowl was the mochi topped with black sesame puree, taro paste, and red bean. If you're a fan of nutty flavors, this would be good for you which I am. It was earthy and not too sweet. The Summer Serenade Bowl was the mochi topped with coconut and grass jelly and fresh fruit. This one was also not too sweet and refreshing. The bowls were a nice contrast to each other. As for the mochi itself, it was super soft and satisfying to eat. Overall, the desserts gave a healthy feel which I liked. They were also pretty filling on their own. The prices were pretty solid relative to the amount of food you get. They have some interior seating and tables as well as a complimentary water station. They also have a bathroom I believe, but it was not working at the time I went. This spot is located in a food shopping area, so there was a good amount of free parking around it.

It's very connected with the larger, local food landscape and is a solid option for a light, soft dessert after a big hearty meal. My friends and I actually came here after eating at DOOKKI Korean restaurant, only 5 mins away, and it was a great call! We ordered the yogurt berry bingsoo and Oreo bingsoo; We loved both! Good thing is, the service is great but paying $13.95 after tip and tax total of $17.45 for this stingy size of shaved ice I would not consider my return.
