The Mac & Cheese resting below the pork was top-notch as well, with a creamy consistency and a solid, mildly cheesy flavor that complemented the pork nicely -- a sharper cheese would have overpowered the meat, so they've made very good choices here. Why am I not giving them 5 stars? Because I need to taste the rest of what they've got to give. I know they're at Smorgasburg on Sundays, so I'll be visiting them there soon to check out the brisket and sausage. It's already marked on my calendar -- how about yours?
