They sent us ingredients to their cotton candy dyes and even reserved a new popcorn machine so there would be no butter remnants. The ice cream choices were about a dozen, all individually wrapped ice-cream-on-a-stick of the "old school" variety. It's similar to the ice cream trucks that chime through neighborhoods and around parks. Nothing fancy, just good ol' fashioned ice cream bars and ice cream sandwiches. I got a vanilla crunch (vanilla ice cream with a chocolate shell with little "krispies" within the coating). It was just fine for what it is. While their business card and this listing is for Ice Cream Ian, the truck sports a nice play on the name: Icecreamians ("Ice Cream Ian" all run together...which sounds like some sort of ice-cream-loving alien species). Maybe you'll run into them at an event you attend or consider them for an event you're sponsoring; either way, you'll be pleased but not wow'd. Apparently Ian has a lot of good friends who don't agree that I can have an opinion of "A-OK" and would prefer I rate it higher as seen in multiple private messages full of hateful threats I am receiving.

But after working with them, I want anyone who sees this to know that this is a legit company run by great people that really care about their customers. They are a newer company, so I have no doubt the reviews will come. I can already confidently say they will deliver an incredible experience and go above and beyond to take care of you. We got their white bounce house with the ball pit and slide, and it was the highlight of our 2 year old daughter's birthday party. Every kid had a blast, and the parents had so many great things to say about it. It was perfect for the 2-3 year old age range, and even I had a lot of fun in it too. To illustrate their level of care, before our party, I was concerned that the bounce house seemed to have lost a little air, and they drove out (over an hour to our place), brought a backup blower just in case, and fixed the issue. It ended up being something very simple, but the fact they happily came out and were super kind about it was extremely impressive to me. Most businesses would not do that.
