He made everything simple and stress-free, answering questions promptly and making sure every detail was handled. On the day of the wedding, the Goodheart Coffee setup was such a fantastic addition to the celebration. The presentation looked beautiful and inviting, and it added a unique and fun element that our guests absolutely loved. My friend recently just got married and had Goodhart Coffee at his reception. To say they were a hit was an understatement, because my girlfriend and I first arrived. We say this line that was mad long in the corner of the room, and it people waiting in line to get one of their drinks. Near the end of the reception, we ended up going over and order 2 whole milk Vanilla Latte's. Both were good, and super hot, to which we had to hold them carefully. Once in the line and a little closer to the front we realized why the line was so long and why it was slow to move. Which was because the coffee's were made fresh with an actual espresso machine. So each drink had to habe beans grinded and tamped, and each shot pulled. Then the standard clean up and related process of making a drink. Thankfully we weren't in a rush obviously, and while waiting in line, we made conversation with our friends who were waiting as well. Amazing quality drinks and amazing customer service! While waiting for a drink took a little bit of time, since there's only one person making each drink, our barista was so friendly, making small talk while still being efficient. They also put a lot of care into making the drinks beautiful, making foam art even when a lid was going to be placed on it. I love that the menu is so customizable too. We hired Goodhart Coffee a few months ago for my daughter's birthday party. I thought it would be a fun and unique touch since the venue didn't allow alcohol onsite. Goodhart Coffee was so easy to work with leading up to the event, very professional and quick to respond (especially when my venue kept asking for changes to the COI). As an event manager, that's a big green flag for me. The day of the event however was disappointing. The individual that was working our event wasn't friendly. When I was showing him the area to setup onsite, he seemed really put off that we had him outside (in the shade I might add) which was something I had been up front with when I initially hired them. I checked in with him a few times throughout the party and he was generally standoffish to guests; no smiles, no hello, no customer service. No one said anything to me, but as I've worked with many vendors, this is not the level of service I'd expect. They also didn't bring enough ice. So the last hour of service everyone was only able to order hot drinks (which isn't ideal for a party in May). I also thought it was odd when they just up and left within 10 minutes of the party ending without letting the host know they were heading out or whatever. Chau was our barista. We had an event for a little under 50 attendees at the hospital and we wanted to serve something special for our guests. The site where I booked from was very simple and easy and payment was a breeze. I just input details like expected serving, time bracket and location - thats pretty much it. to make things even simpler, the menu they posted in their site is already the default menu, so you dont even have to pick what to serve anymore. The day prior, I spoke with Brit and had everything finalized and ready to go. The day of the event, i get a text from our barista introducing herself and giving me a heads up of the time she will be arriving. Chau was our first barista and I received nothing but positive feedback. I watched them set up and its pretty much build the cart- roll it in, and youre set. I was more surprised that everything they had from water, ice, disposal - theyre all self-contained and only needed a single outlet. Zero worries. For the price, service and peace of mine, its super worth it. My team that organized the event liked them very much that we went with them again two weeks later. The second time, we got Pia. Since I was already pretty much familliar with the process- set up again was a breeze and their perfomance was consistent. They were both very professional, presentable and the quality of their service is top-notch. Definetly going with them again in the next one for the third time. read more

Goodhart Coffee was a great vendor for my son's first birthday. Pia was fantastic! It was a total hit and all of my family and friends loved it! What was even better was they they do custom laser so I was able to send them an image of my son's logo and they printed it on the foam! Literally the best detail added! I have to say, I'm an avid coffee/espresso drinker and their beans were great! They roast their own beans and ship it to California. The added variety of milk choices also helped since many of my friends/family were lactose intolerant. The only feedback is to advertise their seasonal flavor (which was lavender).
