So you can't see what you need to order until you're at the register. Meanwhile there's a huge empty wall against where the line is that could have the menu posted to it. They couldn't of made the layout and therefore function to this place worse if they tried. It's almost comical. Too bad because the macaroons are sooo good and the ice cream is a perfect match. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the brown butter ice cream. Literally tasted like eating butter. But everything else was delicious. Churro macaroon and toffee macaroon were incredible. Snow Monster Is A Must ! I really enjoyed their ice cream. Try the brown butter ice cream if you like butter pecan. They have long lines but it goes pretty fast. Its worth the wait. This place is soooo cute! The customer service is great. I let the cashier know it was my first time there and she was very helpful. She gave us an idea of what the different drinks tasted like and let me sample an ice cream. The fruity pebble macaroon was delish!! I would definitely recommend coming here. Snow Monster has been on my radar for so many years, but I finally decided to drive to the Long Beach location on a whim. *I went at 5:45 PM on Sunday, so I luckily avoided the long lines it's known for. LOCATION: It's located on 2nd Street that is always full no matter what time of day it is. The street parking is hell, but the compacted stores are made for tourists. INSIDE: The place is super clean and every Instagram's nirvana. It has stairs that lead it to the famous grass backdrop. SERVICE: Luckily, it was pretty empty so the service was quick and easy. DRINKS: I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade & the Thai Tea with a Monster Cloud. They tasted amazing, and the ice to drink ratio is perfect. The contrast between the drink and boba is so heavenly; the boba is still warm when you get it. The warmth lasts for a good 15 minutes. OVERALL: I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, and it's my new favorite boba place. read more

Rated this place 5-stars for all things cute. C'mon, look at their logo! But seriously, get the big jar of thai tea boba. I was visiting the area and had to enjoy mine after an hour drive back to LA. But, if this is near you, apparently you get a discount when you bring back the jar to refill. You Long Beach people are so lucky (please open this in the San Fernando Valley!). This is Snow Monster's newest location in Long Beach. It's a great addition to the wonderful 2nd street areas. There's two levels and it's a really trendy looking spot but it hasn't lost any of the low-key charm I've come to love about it. They still have a bunch of games (including Jenga!) that you can play while you enjoy one of the many icey treats. My girlfriend and I went with the milk snow, topped with a hefty scoop of mocha almond fudge ice cream and some Oreo and strawberry toppings. If you have big sweet tooth (like us) then don't forget the condensed milk to take it to the next level. The snow is so light and creamy which works well with the rich flavors of the ice cream and toppings. It's a great spin on the normal ice cream you might be used to. Parking can get really tricky around these parts if you come at a busy hour. Your best bet is to go down one of the side streets and rub your lucky charm. When we went there was quite the line that was only due to the fact that they were a bit understaffed at the time. There was one guy up front and more than three in the back. This place is big and nice. I've been to their KTOWN store as this space is huge compared to that one lol. Seasonal milk tea is a nice hot drink, ask for less sugar if you're not a fan of sweetness.
