Within the Packing House. Upper level. Order at the register and they call your name at the pickup table. While service was fast, it wasn't friendly. I have a sailors mouth myself, but the girls working together were hurling expletives as part of their convos to each other. Strike one. Not the best look for a business! Strike two was their teas don't even come with boba - you have to pay extra for that. Strike three was the boba balls seemed to come in a string. Most were connected to one another and got wedged in the straw half the time. Taro was good, but mediocre overall experience at best. read more

This matcha place is in the packing house which is beautiful. My friend and I got the matcha flight which was pretty good, but not the best matcha I have had. I enjoyed the experience. The flavours were lavender, strawberry and regular matcha. The presentation of the matcha was absolutely amazing. The barista told us the matchas would be small, but we found their sizes to actually be quite large! I am happy with the experience, especially the ambiance. Would visit again. read more

Boba crave just came on after munching around the packing district. Mini Monster stared us in the eyes and we had to give it a whirl. It was... okay. Love the mini monster theme, but what we really wanted to love was their drinks. That didn't really happen... We just got a standard honey milk tea with boba. Couldn't really taste the tea part and the boba wasn't cooked right. Super mushy actually. Made better blow gun ammo than edible balls of joy. Sadly, mini monster did not satisfy. Maybe an off day? This place is inside a big wear house type, with a bunch of restaurants that you can think of. This place is very spacious and can walk around and kill time just walking and exploring the place. Went to check this boba house at the packing house, the staff are really nice and helpful with all our questions. The presentation of their drink is awesome And the taste is actually good. Service was pretty slow so expect to wait a while for your drinks. * Thai Milk Tea 3/5 - The drink was not very sweet. It tasted like homemade Thai tea leaves bought online mixed with milk and sugar. * Strawberry Matcha Milk Tea 3.5/5 - Good sweet matcha milk tea (oat milk) but it did taste powdery. Not what I expected though. Usually this is a matcha drink mixed with strawberry juice/puree. The one they have here is just powdered matcha milk tea with floating strawberry pieces. Decided to get a Strawberry Milk - Oat Milk & was offered non-dairy whipped cream (thanks) This review is more for the service. The line was long, I realized it's because Greg (asked for his name), was running a one man show on a Friday afternoon. Even though he had to work the register and make the drinks he had a smile on his face :) everything went smoothly and the drink was good! As always, it's a cute place with lots of seats. Came here on a Sunday evening and ordered a Taro Coconut Milk Smoothie with 1/4 sweet and lychee jelly. I have never had such bad smoothie before. It's still very icy and I have to break all the ice cubes. I can only taste Taro and no coconut. There are some coconut strips that have no taste at all. The only good thing is the lychee jelly but it's in it's own layer at the bottom with lots of water. Not going back. read more

Got the Vietnamese iced coffee which was made fresh. The drink was delicious but there was only one person making drinks so the wait was much longer than you would expect even though there was only one person in line before me. If you're a coconut fan, I would highly recommend the Haupia Coffee! That lovely hint of coconut just oozes in your mouth and hits all the right taste buds. Their reusable cups are super cute! Aesthetic is super cute. The whole stall was clean and pretty with the plants and little stickers/pins/stuffed boba plushies up for purchase. The reusable cup they offer is $5 extra, and something I didn't really need so I didn't get it. Can't say I wasn't tempted though In terms of the drink itself, it was subpar. I got the taro milk tea, which mostly tasted like just milk. I got fresh coconut in it for an additional $0.75 and it was just a huge piece of coconut instead of small chunks. There was really no way to eat it with the drink. It was good for a hot day, but on a regular day there are other places I'd rather go to. read more

Their milk teas are made with half and half, which has a lot of dairy. I believe they have an option for soy or almond milk instead of dairy, but I have never asked for that modification so I am not 100% confident on the almond/soy option.

GUYS this girl is GOOD at small talk. It felt like we had been friends for years. She didn't judge my order at all (I just wanted a 1/4 cup of boba... it was just one of those days, haha). She did not make me feel shame because I was just in that moooood lol. On top of that, I asked her to give me numbers for my lotto ticket, and spoiler alert, won 10k. Mic drop. So literally the second I finish writing this review, I'm going over to bring her her tithing to this glorious being, Megan Cruz. Don't forget that name, guys. Seriously. Anyways, moral of the story: the boba was magnificent, the best I've had in years. And you know how things just taste better when you've had good customer service? Yeah. That was me. It was just one of those days LOL. She changed my life. I LOVE SIMPLEE BOBAAAA WOOOOHOOO!!! This interaction led me to tip her $100, it was just one of those days, you know what I mean. And I know this woman has a good soul because when my other wad of cash fell out of my pocket, she ran into the parking lot to return it to me. This woman is a living saint. Mini Monster at the Anaheim Packing House absolutely understands the assignment. The menu is HUGE in the best way possible -- classic milk teas, matchas, coffees, fruit teas, fresh coconuts, blended drinks literally served in coconut shells... every time I looked up, I found something else I wanted to try. My partner was immediately obsessed with their gift package that comes with a drink and a flower bouquet, which is honestly so cute and dangerously effective because now I know exactly what I'm coming back to surprise him with later. I got the Jasmine Milk Tea with pandan cream and the famous cotton candy cloud because I kept seeing it online and simply had to experience the drama for myself. And honestly? Worth it. The cotton candy is such a good complement because the drink itself isn't overwhelmingly sweet. The flavors actually balance each other instead of trying to knock me unconscious with sugar. But the real standout was the team member who took my order and made my drink. He was so kind, patient, and genuinely excited about the menu. We had questions about toppings and he gave thoughtful recommendations instead of the usual "uhhh they're all good." Watching him make the cotton candy cloud was weirdly delightful, and I asked if he liked making them as much as I liked watching. He smiled and said yes -- he genuinely has fun doing it. That energy made the whole experience feel extra special because you could tell he actually enjoyed what he was creating. We visited the Anaheim Packing House to try some different food and stumbled upon Mini Monster. As boba lovers, we had to check it out! Parking is free, but it can be a bit of a hassle on weekends since the lot is small and always full. Thankfully, they offer valet service if you don't feel like circling around for street parking. We went on a Saturday, and as expected, the line was a bit long, but it was worth the wait. We ordered a variety of drinks--some coffee, milk teas, and fruit teas--and they were all delicious! Each drink had its own unique flavor, and nothing disappointed. The cashier was super nice and gave us great recommendations on what to try. The space is small, which is understandable since it's part of a food eatery. It can get a little crowded, but the vibe is fun. We also noticed they sell some cute bookmarks and charms, which add a nice touch to the experience. If you're in the Anaheim Packing House and need a refreshing drink, Mini Monster is definitely worth stopping by! read more

Not going to lie we originally came here after seeing all the photos on IG about their Boba in light bulb containers. We were in the Anaheim Packing District and went up to the second floor to pick some up. They have several different sizes and containers to pick from. They are known for their light bulb and mason jar containers. These do cost extra but are worth it. A plus is that the mason jars are reusable if you plan on coming back anytime soon. My group ended up buying a bunch of different things in a variety of containers. The tea was delicious, and the Boba was perfect. We loved the presentation. I would definitely come back here for a late-night pick me up next time I am in Anaheim. read more

The honey boba is amazing, I always order the Creamy Lemonade (16 oz) with Honey Boba wherever I go to the packing district with my friends/family. Most of the time, there is a band that plays music which really adds on to the experience. Moreover, the employees are always really kind and helpful.
