They offer a selection of classic & signature burgers (beef, chicken, turkey, veggie options), sandwiches, chicken fingers, fries, meals (steak, chicken parm), Italian sodas, signature milkshakes, Pepsi fountain drinks. The pricing is moderate. However, the online pricing (eg. DoorDash) is significantly higher than in-store pricing, solidifying my decision to go and order in person. For takeout, I ordered the Chicken Parm Meal ($16 plus tax) which was all set to go in about 12 minutes after ordering. I drove over to my usual coffee spot afterwards to enjoy my takeout food. The chicken parm dinner was comprised of a large breaded chicken cutlet topped with melted cheese over white rice, side of golden fries, and a small green salad with a small packet of oil dressing. Though not the conventional chicken parm (with pasta, rice instead), I actually enjoyed this meal. I promised myself I would get a Biscoff milkshake and X-Chicken sandwich on the next visit.

I stopped by Seoul Bunsik on a rainy afternoon at 5pm for early dinner. The establishment looked…read morefairly spartan - a few tables for counter service dine-in and optimized for take out. I ordered the jjampong / spicy seafood noodle soup ($16.99). The spiciness here was a tangy spice reminiscent of budae jigae - utilizing kimichi instead of purely red pepper flakes and gochujaru. The stock itself had heavy amounts of seafood and garlic flavor. Disappointingly, the amount of seafood itself (shrimp, mussels, etc). seemed low, and the vegetables did not have much wok hei / 鍋氣. Otherwise, the establishment seemed authentically Korean. Each table had a box for metal utensils with the viewing glass on top. The lady who took my order at the counter relayed instructions to the kitchen by shouting to the chef in Korean.

Idk who's hiring these guys working here but they are rude as hell., and buy a belt nobody wants to see your pants around your ass while your sweeping the floors . this isn't the hood it's a food establishment. Just horrible five guys do not recommend. Second guy was walking around sweeping and decided he wants to sweep our table while we're eating pulls all our seats out so I have to wait for him to finish to sit back down. And he swept my co workers boots most rude five guys I have ever been to. No excuse me or sorry or my bad just dirty looks like we were bother him the. Then finishing sweeping and just give us a dirty look like we're the problem. If you don't like your job don't work here. He looked so miserable and was sweeping so slow , it made the whole experience that much worse. I didn't judge bc they both had tattooes and looked like they thought they had to let it be known there tuff guys. I'm judging the poor customer service you both provided. The cook was the only one that didn't throw off the establishment. The burger came out fast and the food was very good . It's was everything else. I hope management see's this comment and runs the tapes back so you can see how ridiculous this whole scene looks on camera bc it really was terrible that I had to go outta my way and write a review and it be this long.

For what you get, the prices are ridiculous. The fried chicken was dry and chewy, and the sauce had little flavor. The Japchae was also pretty flavorless as was the Korean street corn. Quality of the food was mediocre as well. The server was pleasant, but speed of service was mediocre too. Honestly, for what these people charge, just not worth it. I get that costs have gone up for things, but it makes one think hard about each time you eat out, you want it to be worth the cost and be good food and a good experience. This place just isn't doing that. Seems to be a trend with a lot of restaurants lately. Doubtful we will ever return to this location.
