Wow just left middlesex st Wendy's had to wait a half hour to find out our hamburgers weren't even cooked damn crap was pink and cold in the middle buyer's beware stay away from middlesex st Wendy's If I was able to give them a 0 stars I would. Very dirty Dining room, so went through drive thru waited at the window almost 30 minutes to find out the hamburgers weren't even cooked, They had made to frostys 1st so they were milk by the time we were give everything. Heads up don't make frosty 1st make hot food then when the food is ready to be handed to customers then you make the frostys very last, and make sure your food is cooked and not still red /pink and cold in the middle. Fast food is not rocket science Damn workers need to stay the hell off their phones stop being loud clowning around with each other and work. WAKE UP!!!!!!! read more

All of the above, 4 customers waiting in line and not one acknowledgement, customers saying hi can some one help us and one employee walked by the counter 3-4 times and did not even make eye contact. Poor ownership and poor management. Spend your time and money elsewhere!! read more

Wendy's - a woman sitting at a table in a fast food restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Lowell, Massachusetts

Lemonade isn't watered down. Burgers are good + fries. Definitely would go again. Also staff is super chill

Stoped in to the Wendy's on Middlesex st in lowell & I ordered a value meal & place is usually good but today place was not very clean and my fry's we're kind of passed the edible stage after eating a few I returned to the counter and asked if I could get a fresh one & the guy working, went over, took my fry and dumped it into the basket with all the other fries & began to make more then another employee scooped up more french fries out of the tray that he just threw my returned fries in that I had already began to eat, and I was not happy with the quality of them I sat down, finished eating my sandwich, and I was disgusted by what I had just seen normally if a customer returns food because it's not quality enough, they get thrown into the barrel, but not here they dumped them back into the tray with all the other fries, and serve them to another customer at the drive-through :( that's just wrong and in many ways I finished my sandwich and told the man I was all set with the replacement french fry and I left, and I will never return to that Wendy's again !!!!! And they weren't very busy. Employees were all just hanging around joking and laughing. I really hope the guy I dealt with that threw those fries back in with all the other fries was not a manager read more

The place with nice people and staffs who really care about their work. Food is beyond excellent.

Went today, was one of the worst Wendy's experiences I've ever had. It was comically bad. Atleast I wasn't in a rush so I could laugh at how bad it was, but several others in line walked out... When I walked in, there were two people ahead of me in line, and it took almost 30 minutes to get to be my turn (fast food?). When I finally to the front, the cash register restarted and then they couldn't accept credit cards. The floor was sticky. There was a stray dog begging for food in line. I noticed NOBODY IN THE KITCHEN HAD GLOVES. Not even the manager who was scooping fries barehanded. The drive thru line must have had issues as well because several customers walked in to complain about their orders being wrong on that side. I really don't know how this is branch is staying afloat. Seemed like it was being run like a kid's lemonade stand. read more

Couldn't even order anything because there were 12 cars in drive thru. Went inside to order thinking it would be quicker. 3 people in line I'm thinking, "sweet should go by fast." 10 minutes later the first guy is still looking around like wtf where is my food? "I've been here 20 mins" he says rolling his eyes. The next person orders and the teller messes something up - requires a manager to scan her back into the system. She takes the order from her, then disappears into the back. Me and another guy are then standing there for another 5 minutes with no one coming back, before we both walk out. Definitely some awful managers and understaffed. read more

So I decided to order this bs off door dash and guess what lucky surprise I got in my loaded potato a freaking whole mushroom I love almost getting laced from Wendy's. Avoid this establishment at all cost! I wish I could give zero stars read more

Says it's open till 2am on maps, got here at 9pm and it was closed. There was a note on the drive-thu speaker that said "closed at 7:00" written in crayon. That's some bs if I've ever seen it. read more

Love it awesome great people love the Dave singles & the spicy chicken sandwich super good always cleaning nice keep up the good work

This Wendy's is horrible during morning/noon , the people there don't understand anything you say and will give you the wrong order and scream at you as if it was your fault that you got the wrong order . It's fine at night and the workers are much nicer . But do not go around 8-3 read more

I have to say I stopped going to Wendy's several years ago because the food was horrible. I have often said Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave over the nose dive his chain took. Well, this location that we only visited due to close proximity and being in a hurry - has restored my faith in the Wendy's chain. The store was clean, dining room large, staff friendly and most importantly the food was fresh and tasted like real food! Now, if we could just get whoever owns this store to whip the RI / SE Mass locations into shape - I might actually consider returning to Wendy's closer to home! read more

I've gone in twice, walked out twice. They are always poorly organized, and very, very slow. Will not return.

Usually I would get my orders right, but today when I asked for three four for fours we ordered crispy chicken sandwich and got three chicken wraps instead . On top of that the fries tasted 2 says old and it wasn't even fresh out the fryer. Not to mention one of the fries had mold in it . I couldn't even enjoy my food no more . At least the nuggets were okay. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to . Took forever and the employees are rude . Completely the wrong order but that's my fault ..... never again. If you don't replace your employees, it's only gonna be a matter of time before this location goes under . read more

This Wendy's location has really nice staff members. I've had a few experiences where they've been slow but I try to be understanding and they are always apologetic about it. Overall for fast food, not bad service read more

Employees are nice but when I asked for fries no salt that's what I expect to get. Now I work at Wendy's and know when cooked fries are out back in the fryer. That's exactly what they did, I wouldn't of minded the 2 1/2 minute wait. A few months back I had gone here also I was pregnant at the time and ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich. I bit into it and it was raw on the inside..my brothers sandwich was the same way. I went up and nicely asked for a new sandwich and I got attitude..like what am I suppose to eat a raw chicken while pregnant read more

I have to give Wendy's on Middlesex st in Lowell 5 stars. The food is good and the restaurant is always clean. But what I love the most about this place is that the staff has always been amazing. I try to avoid going to mcdonalds or burger king in the area because there's no way their customer service is even close to Wendy's and the other places never seem to get our order right. I was trying to find a link on the Wendy's page where I could submit my comments right to the manager but there's no link. Keep up the good work Wendy's on Middlesex st! read more
