Food is delicious as always. It was made quickly and the employees were friendly. My first time there, another customer accidentally walked out without their food and one of the employees ran out to get it to them before they got to the car. I love Five Guys and this is a good location. read more

20 minutes to get a milkshake and only started making it bc I had to ask him to start making mine and my co workers bc we're were both waiting and had already finished our meals.Watched 2 customers coming in and order there food and receive it before they started making the milkshakes and mobile order came and went. no whip cream so I ask why it didn't come with whip cream and he tells me I didn't ask for it and that's my fault since I didn't ask for whip cream bc and walks away . Idk who's hiring these guys working here but they are rude as hell., and buy a belt nobody wants to see your pants around your ass while your sweeping the floors . this isn't the hood it's a food establishment. Just horrible five guys do not recommend. Second guy was walking around sweeping and decided he wants to sweep our table while we're eating pulls all our seats out so I have to wait for him to finish to sit back down. And he swept my co workers boots most rude five guys I have ever been to. No excuse me or sorry or my bad just dirty looks like we were bother him the. Then finishing sweeping and just give us a dirty look like we're the problem. If you don't like your job don't work here. He looked so miserable and was sweeping so slow , it made the whole experience that much worse. I didn't judge bc they both had tattooes and looked like they thought they had to let it be known there tuff guys. I'm judging the poor customer service you both provided. The cook was the only one that didn't throw off the establishment. The burger came out fast and the food was very good . It's was everything else. I hope management see's this comment and runs the tapes back so you can see how ridiculous this whole scene looks on camera bc it really was terrible that I had to go outta my way and write a review and it be this long. read more

Super friendly staff and you get your food very fast! I got a burger with grilled mushrooms and onions, lettuce and Mayo. It comes with two patties. Delicious!! I also always order the Cajun fries, tons of flavor. read more

Try the burger with all the veggies. Great taste! Wish my kid would add more than the burger and mayo to the bun.

This is your typical 5 guys location. Service was adequate and friendly. The atmosphere was clean, well kept, and well lit. The food quality was as expected in comparison to other locations. It's definitely worth a visit. read more

This Five Guys is located in the bustling Drum Hill Shopping Center. We typically go to this location to grab a quick bite before grocery shopping but it can be challenging to find parking because it's on the side near where Walmart is. Even though this is a chain, I find it less chaotic and easy to just have a burger there and then go about my day after without putting a lot of thought into it. Little Bacon Cheeseburger- It's the perfect size for me. I usually get this with onion, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo. Regular Fries- A bit overly salted. Unfortunately, I don't eat often enough to remember to remind to cool it on the salt but it's always very salty. Oreos Cookie Milkshake- I got this once, and it's just as expected, filling, thick and very oreoy. Grab a spoon if you're going to get this or wait 15mins for it to melt to drink it. Overall Service: The folks by the register are upbeat and friendly. They clearly call out customer's number when the food is ready to grab at their pickup counter without any confusion. A solid spot. read more

Maybe it's just me that think their burgers are overpriced... especially if you don't want it "all the way." I ordered a little bacon burger. I'm sorry but a very flimsy patty should not be over $6 and I didn't even get a bun (gluten free). I asked for steak sauce, lite pickles, bacon, and lite mayo. I got no steak sauce, TWO pickles, and two measly pieces of bacon and the mayo on the side. It did not even fill me up. The only good thing about Five Guys is their Cajun fries...... amazing!!!! If they have a great portion for burgers like they do fries, I would come here all the time!!!! But nah I'm all set with your tiny $6 burger. read more

This was my first time coming to this Five Guys location and I was extremely impressed with the way that Terry handled our order. Sometimes, people can have complicated or extensive orders (I'm one of those people haha) and he handled it with such ease! He didn't make me feel bad for getting that many things on my burger read more

I went in there during COVID-19 for takeout few times. Food taste is still good, but people who work there are not that smart. Once I ordered two doubles and one single. I went home and opened, and found all three singles. I checked receipt and order was correct on paper. However it was not correctly delivered in the bag. This happened a couple of times. Not sure this was intentional or not. It just makes me mad. Not going back there again for a while until they get their s**t together. read more

Good food & terrible service. I always order my food online and Five Guys never has it ready. I order online to grab it and go. Half the time you are standing by the pickup window 5 minutes before you even get acknowledged. Then when you do they start making your fries. So I get to wait for a cold burger. This is the stupidest system I have ever seen. Have the damn food ready all at once. What's the point by of a pickup time. Only place that does this and it's the entire chain from what I can tell. If you think this helps with the fries make an option during checkout. What the hell is the point of ASAP. read more

If you want to get five guys go ahead and order from Westford. Each and every time I order from Chelmsford there is an issue or a stall. It's too bad. Westford is 5 stars, Chelmsford a 2.5, Waited 25 minutes for shakes after my food was cooked. Terrible service. Food disappointing being cold! Last time for us. read more

Okay, so what is the deal with all this burger-shaming? All I hear about lately is "don't eat this", "maybe get a small soda" and "skip the fries". The real kicker is "you're going to have a heart attack from all those burgers you eat, Manny." Has it ever occurred to you ignoramuses out there that I LIKE these burgers and I gain a sense of joy from the hot, salty goodness of a warm French fry! I will not be forced into some vegan, health nut lifestyle where all I eat are cabbage leaves and olive pits! Should all these cows be murdered in cold blood only for their carcasses to sit and rot away on some shelf in North Dakota? I think not. No, I will eat this meat and I will not let these cows die in vain! read more

Girl in the kitchen putting together the burgers was super loud and annoying, giving orders to other employees like she's running a stock exchange. I was talking to the guy giving me my food and asked him nicely for a plastic fork, she yells from the kitchen "We are out of forks for the rest of the week, thanks for coming, have a great day, see you later" as in get lost buddy! Umm hello I'm eating here! Anyways, Super rude! Burger was good though and fries were soggy, chocolate milk shake had a weird taste. Not sure I'd go there again, that girl needs to lay off the caffeine though! read more

We went for lunch on a Friday afternoon not long after its grand opening, and were pleased to see that the place wasn't completely packed. It's a Five Guys, so the burgers and fries are outstanding, and with regard to food, is no different than any other location I've visited. If you're already a fan, you won't be disappointed. It has one of those fancy tonic machines that allows you to mix dozens of different combinations. Nifty! The staff is very friendly, and went out of their ways to be helpful (of course, this may have been because the owner was visiting that day.) The only negative is that between the staff, the stereo, and the other ambient sound, this location was extraordinarily loud on the afternoon we visited. read more

Here it is 15 min to close on a rainy dreary night and I just got the best service ever. Everyone working there was smiling, pleasant and polite. I wasn't rushed despite the time. They were out of bananas for shakes. But I actually didn't care. The guys were just so nice. And they weren't stindgy with the whipped cream on the shake! Exceptional service! Love it! read more

Appreciate him!!!! I do!!! read more

I don't come to Five Guys often because I feel like it's one of those things you have every now and then as a treat... tonight was more like a trick. Girl takes out order at the register and I say to her, "she has a mushroom allergy", she says "I couldn't hear you" so I repeat myself - as we're walking away, I look at the receipt and it has "shroom". I ask her, "does this mean allergy?" She says, "oh, I didn't know, I couldn't really hear you"... uh, then say you can't hear me. She goes and scratches it off our order before they make it. Sit down to eat and my wife's bottom bun is soggy. She takes it apart and eat the rest. Start to eat the fries and there is no way they have any Cajun seasoning left because our fries are covered! Maybe it'll be best to get the Cajun on the side. Be sure to check your food before you walk out read more

The best lettuce wrapped burger! All the way bacon cheeseburger ! Get the double stack. Great service

I wouldn't normally review a Five Guys, but what's up with this one at Drum Hill? I went in there the other night and it turned out that they had NO HAMBURGER ROLLS. I mean, isn't this sort of a basic condition of existence for a hamburger restaurant? The clerk at the counter seemed pretty matter of fact about the place's inability to perform the single function that it/she was there to perform (i donno...maybe most of their customers come for the dry roasted peanuts, to gaze upon the bags of raw potatoes, and eat little plastic cups of ketchup?). She offered to sell me a burger "wrapped in lettuce" or "in a bowl". Hummmmmm. So I left for the one in Nashua (clerk seemed somewhat exasperated and insulted by my refusal to take my burger "in a bowl") whereupon I discovered the true informational point of this review; that is, the posted prices in the Drum Hill Five Guys are on average $1 to $2 MORE than those in Nashua! I know that these places are independently operated and can clearly set their own prices...but geeze, no food, surly help, AND higher prices (for your lettuce-wrapped burger in a bowl) really doesn't bode well for anyone wanting to eat at the Drum Hill Road Five Guys. Get thee to Nashua (or Westford, that's a fine one too). And maybe the Drum Hill one can go back to being a shoe store or whatever it was originally. ("Oh, we don't actually have any shoes. How about some chewing gum and this old plastic bag?") read more

This location has the best employees! They are fast and really nice! I have order d in store and online! When u order online they really don't put the fries till u get there. There's a young gentlemen that works there and he is impeccable! Always peppy and making sure my order is correct! The food: Is just delicious! A little more on the pricey side a bacon cheeseburger is about 7.49, so four of those can get pricey. Everything is a la carte. And if your waiting for your food there's free peanuts read more

This place seriously needs to take themselves off Uber Eats. Every time, there's been a massive delay for the food, and it's not because of lack of drivers. I placed an order through Uber Eats and then 30 min later got a text direct from Five Guys saying they were starting to prepare my food. Checked the app and sure enough my delivery time was an hour (AFTER already waiting the 30 min for them to just start making my food, which was only 1 burger and 1 fry). Their burgers are good but definitely not worth the price or the wait. I probably won't be back, at least not to this location. read more

Had never been to a Five Guys before, so I wanted to see if the experience lived up to the hype. Well...the noise level was more than a going-deaf person like me would have liked, but the food more than exceeded expectations. Uncomplicated burgers and fries cooked in peanut oil were quite yummy and the quality of the beef was way better than that of most restaurants. The staff behind the counter (especially the guy working the grill) were friendly, patient, and knowledgable. Extensive soda selection, too. I certainly plan to be back. read more

Placed an online order at 1:30 but for pickup at 4:30. When I arrived I was informed the order was made at 1:30 and it would need to be made again. Absolutely delicious! Food is always 100% fresh and never has it been sitting there in a warmer until someone orders it, it's made per order, which is a little more timely but I'd rather that if it means fresh and hot food. I always get the bacon cheese burger with extra cheese and extra bacon, and it's no extra charge cause the toppings are free! The atmosphere of the place is good, nicely air conditioned and the music they play thru the radio for the dining room is always A1. Staff is always efficient and very friendly, almost like they are proud to serve you your food. Will always be coming back for sure, keep it up! read more

My daughter and I went into your Chelmsford ( Drum Hill Location) on Sunday October 30, 2016 for a mid -afternoon bite. The food was standard, but the restaurant itself was deplorable! Filthy dirty. I had to wipe a table prior to sitting down. There were "ZERO" clean tables. The floor was so dirty. There were peanuts and trash scattered everywhere. Just plain incredible burgers. Can't give 5 stars because I'm not a fast food person. But if you're going to have a guilty pleasure every now and then, this is the place to do it. Inside this restaurant is clean and they have the usual efficient service show. Parking is good. This particular location is annoying as all the businesses on the north side of the street are accessible by a 'jug handle' turn down the road instead of a left turn lane. Awesome fries. Good shakes. read more

Five Guys has finally opened their new long-anticipated Chelmsford Drum Hill location on July 1st, 2013!!! Being a seasoned Five Guys fan, I consider myself a connoisseur of their product and concept, having visited multiple locations. I, however, didn't go in with high expectations because you never know what you're gonna get in the first week when something opens, but I was absolutely blown-away by not only the food, but also the staff! I was extremely pleased with the outstanding meal I got, and completely smitten with the energetic staff, so much so that I've already visited this new location three times in their first week already! (It is the closest 5-G's to my home and work, so it was inevitable). And each visit was very consistent in their quality. Needless to say they are the best burger joint around! Period! (And their coke fountain machine is a soda-mixer/experimenter's dream machine for someone like me!). Don't waste your money anymore at the "Big-3-Chains" which have all gotten pretty expensive for what you get, a paper-thin almost tasteless burger and always-cold-previously-frozen-never-fresh-fries. 5-G's is the way to go! read more

First time ever at a Five Guys. Chose to try it instead of Panera Bread next door. From start to finish everything was perfect. The burger was good and the fries will keep me going back because they were fantastic. It was not too loud in there besides the staff yelling out every now and again. It was a tad hot inside which would be my only complaint. 5 stars for five guys! read more

Totally disappointed in the food I got tonight. Not only was the entire order (two burgers with three toppings) wrong, the small Cajun fries were a solid hour old. You know, the taste of old fries you left sitting on the counter for a while... I go to the Stoneham location often and have never been this disappointed. I do not recommend this location at all. read more

I used to be a Fuddruckers guy as to burgers, but over the past year or so, I've become a Five Guys guy. The burgers are always fully cooked, yet juicy. The hot dog is butterflied and turns out great on the grill. And the fries are fresh and tasty. Can it be a little loud from a music standpoint? I guess. But overall, it's a very quick, clean, and friendly dining experience. One last note -- has anyone who frequents Five Guys ever been to a Five Guys where the workers DON'T enjoy being there? Definitely a few notches above the normal fast food experience read more
