It was a near perfect day.. sun shining with low humidity and we noticed barely anyone there. I have no idea how the summer has been for them.... whether they've been busy. Or not? I hate to complain because obviously this has been a Spring & Summer like no other. But for the very 1st time I found ice crystals in my ice cream.... To me that spells not so fresh..... I usually end up not adding any additional toppings as it's sweet enough already so just to show you they're not skimping on the shaved snow by watering it down. Really hope they eventually venture out to Boston area but for now will have to settle the occasional 40 min drive out here for some delicious shaved snow :)
