Ordered lunch at 11am in drive thru. Burger and chili were both cold. Iced tea watered down. Very disappointed for almost $20.

Says open until 3 AM however when I got there at 2:20AM I was told they are closed tonight. I get that it's slow but at the same time if a delivery truck is also being brought in and your time day closed at 3AM why even bother if your going to have you employees close at 220 AM. Literally drove to this Wendy's to just be told it closed when online it says open to 3 AM. read more

I'm trying to understand how you place an online order for delivery and they have the order on a screen to look at and still get the order completely wrong! I ordered 2 baconator combos and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with onions NO tomatoes and Powerade orange zero. I received 2 hamburgers 2 chicken sandwiches with tomatoes and a cherry drink. I had to go down to the store and get the right items even though I paid for delivery a service fee and tipping of the driver! They just don't pay attention to details!!! They need to be trained better especially for how they are paid now!!! I won't buy food from this location again! They should have minus stars on here for ratings! - 2 stars! But unfortunately I have to touch a star to finish my review. This is the third time I've had issues at this location! No more! read more

Let's start with the food. First my husband's sandwich was made wrong and when he informed the staff they stated "another wrong order". I ordered two chicken wraps and one had very dry, cold, OLD chicken, while the other had no chicken at all. At least the fries seemed to be fresh. But I unfortunately lost my appetite after seeing who was handling my food. The worker at the drive through window who was handling our food seemed to not have the basic personal hygiene it is required to work in a fast food place. The gentleman had very long nails with black gunk under it. Picture doing yard work without gloves, then proceeding to handle food. I don't expect the staff to be perfect at a fast food restaurant, but they need to improve the quality of service and food! read more

Wendy's - Burgers Near Me - Lowell, Massachusetts

Ordered 2 sandwiches, combos. And 1 5$ biggie bag. Two sandwiches asked no tomato, but came with. They forgot fries for all orders and nggests for the 5$ biggie bag. Had to go up and ask. Not a large order but waited 20 minutes for the food. One worker I attempted to ask for assistance, didn't hear me because he had drive thru headset on one ear and an earbud in the other. Don't plan to go back to this location for a long time. read more

Always. Without fail. 100% of the time. Eight times over a one year period, EVERY single order was missing at least one item. The staff literally cannot count to ten, or even check the order for accuracy. ALWAYS. 100% failure rate. read more

Figures Wendy's would hire someone who can't count. $6 Biggie bag includes 6 nuggets right so why 4? You can't be that retarded

Went through the drive thru and at the front window, the cashier took payment and handed payment without a word. Customer service has gone way down hill. read more

They had no trouble charging for a double cheeseburger but instead gave me a single with two slices of cheese of course in the drive through so who really goes back to complain read more

Zero stars . Worst customer service ever. This location (Chelmsford st, Lowell) only hires crackheads and miserable people who can't get a job anywhere else. As a result they treat the customers like shit. I work as a doordash driver and I entered the store a few minutes after 10pm tonight and then was ignored for 10 minutes. When the lady saw me she said "how did you get in here im not taking any more orders" I proceeded to tell her I was there for a doordash and she DID NOT need to take my order. She says "I don't care you need to go through the drive through " after the disrespect I encountered I asked her what her name was and she says "my name doesn't matter , get out" I am pretty sure this piece of trash is a sad excuse for that they call a "manager". read more

Wendy's - Horrible management - Burgers Near Me - Lowell, Massachusetts

The absolute worst service and food at this Wendy's!!!! I got a small chili and chicken nugget and cheese burger deluxe that was horrible my made. You are better off at Burger King or Mcds around the corner. When I pulled around from the drive through and tried to walk in and talk the order all the doors were locked with people sitting in there. read more

I agree with everyone saying how rude the employees are. They are so understaffed the drive thru wait can be up to 30 minutes. I came here twice in one week and both times took super long. It took a good ten minutes for the car in front of me to order, and when it was my turn he told me it would be a bit of a wait. I ordered the 4 for 4 and I should have checked the bag before I left because it didn't even have the nuggets! Awful service. read more

This is disgusting and not exceptable, check your food before you eat it. This place did not even care when shown this, they tried to make us a new batch of food but why would we even want anymore food from this place! and the fact that it was placed at the bottom of the chicken nuggets is horrible. read more

Employee had a nasty attitude with me for literally no reason. I don't trust them with handling my food and I think people should think twice before coming to this Wendy's read more

Ok I have no choice but I have to turn a negative into a negative. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was beyound awful. The chicken breast itself was over cooked and the lettuce was vicariously taken over by spinich and other greens. I love spinich and other vegetables, but the taste did not flow together with the sandwich. I was passive aggresive about it and ate it all because I never waste food. Oh and the fries were also hard and semi raw. It seemed the staff put no effort at all to my order. Next time it will be no more Mr Nice Guy. read more

One of the worst fast food store in Lowell area , if not the worst. I deliver with Doordash and every single time here I have to spend 45 minutes minimum to have the food. read more

Order salad and these clowns forgot the dressing! For both salad!!! I was not the one picking up these salad or else I would of look!! They also gave us a cheeseburger to be stupid or for no reason!! I haven't went to this place for 4 years and I found out my bf went to order from these clowns!! Smh read more

I usually give them the benefit of the doubt when they're short and the lines are long. I do not like going inside because its never a good experience, but I am glad they're open late in the middle of the night when I haven't eaten all day and they're the best option in the area over the burger King and McDonald's nearby. I usually always use their drive thru and save money by getting their 4 for $4 deal with fresh lemonade as my drink. I rarely ever went when they did away with the deal for a few month. It's serviceable and like I said, best thing that isn't the other crummy fast foods and if I'm not feeling Chinese at 10pm to midnight closing shifts... read more

I am a DoorDash driver... never had to wait more than 10 minutes in line to 1) Order/Pick Up food and 2) wait forever to GET the food. read more

So i had to bump it up a star because a few nights after I got the worst service/product ever.. the manager (or maybe owner?) called me up and apologized and said he'd "Take care of me" if I wanted to go back and give me two salads free of charge. I ended up not taking him up on his offer since I wouldn't really trust them not to spit on my salads (that's just me being paranoid).. but still the gesture was all the mattered. He also said he'd give the guy in charge that night some harsh words which was also good. So two stars now.. hoo-rah! read more

Easily the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Me and my friends got to the drive thru around 11:30PM, and waited for about 5 minutes. When we asked if anyone was there, a worker very rudely told us that she would not serve us for "being rude", and proceeded to berate us through the drive thru wallow talkie. Absolutely horrible. Do not recommend. read more

There customer service skills sucks cause sometimes the food can be ok but idk sometimes they can be careless

I got Wendy's breakfast for the first time this morning. I'm not a huge fan of meat in the morning so I went with the seasoned potatoes and honey butter biscuit. The biscuit was absolute perfection. Better than I could make at home! The honey butter spread on it has just the right amount of honey to butter taste ratio. The seasoned potatoes were super flavorful, but definitely could've been a little more crispy. Although for fast food breakfast I would give them a 7/10. The customer service was great too, which unfortunately is very hard to come by now a days. Thanks Wendy's read more

Food is way to gross customer service went to shit and employees rather flirt we each other rather than fill my order in drive thru then completely sped off you guy are the worst food in lowell breakfast food taste like crap and I work at Macdonald's in westford to viewer of this post it's worth the money to go to Macdonald's apparently professionalism is not a skill with Wendy's employees they rasist discussing and raw meat and expired meat is a factor here at this location of wendys read more

So far the workers are treating me well, although its taking a while but I don't mind, some of my fries are crunchy like chips but not all my food is warm and i think they did a amazing job!!! read more

Awful service. The employees are completely rude through drive thru. The service keeps getting worse. If u like to go to a drive Thru wendys where you have rude service, wrong food, cold fries and funny tasting chicken, and flat soda, you have Ur place. This place is awful and don't recommend it to anyone. I will be contacting the board of health for unsanitary practices. read more

I don't know why I returned. The meat tastes poor and the flavor shots in the soda machine create a disgusting taste. I'd go for a 6 piece nugget or ice cream if you need a $2 snack - that's the most you should get out of this place. read more

Why is it every time I order nuggets.... they never remember to give me my honey mustard sauce!?! What the point in asking me what sauce I want if you going to forget the sauce? read more

Great drive through Wendy's, clunky dine in. Coke freestyle machines. Unlike most fast food places, the burgers (value menu that is, as I eat here every day) look EXACTLY like the pictures. They consistently use both windows for payment and pickup which helps keep the drive thru moving. I'm hoping the negative reviews are from before a remodel or staff change. read more

Went through the drive through and was greeted so nicely by a lovely lady named Ashley!! She was so sweet and so welcoming, unlike other fast food drive thru's at this time, late at night! We appreciate your attitude and you. read more

Their recipe "no cutting corners" but when i got my burger, they were out of Tomato. Please give my money back.

Honestly, Wendy's has a great slogan and great prices, but this location is a bad representation of them. The service is so poor it's baffling. I've came here when in college at Umass Lowell and after when in the area. But the fries are 85% of the time cold.. and the big reason I'm writing a review is just the poor attitude and hospitality given by their workers for years. Really unfriendly and a turn away at this point. Will definitely go to McDonald's or Burger King when possible and in the area again. And they didn't have chili last two times I've came.. which is surprising since it's supposed to be in bulk there. read more

idk what it is about this ghetto a** street but the customer service is sh*t and this sh*t wendy's is no exception. either your order is on point or it's just a NO. if you have low expectations great but other than that it's crap. i guess id be mad too if i worked that drive thru also don't even try going past 11pm they don't give a f about your order read more

Fast friendly service. All the workers are polite and work attentively in getting what is needed done effectively.

Great staff on tonight. Order was modified and still came out quickly and nice and hot and ready. Was helped by two different employees because they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Haven't experienced the drive through but I'm sure the staff is just as accommodating on that side. Jose was very friendly and even though they were out of the spicy chicken nuggets he still presented it very professionally and I was happy with the regular nuggets. Thanks to the pm staff at the local Wendy's in Lowell!!!! read more
