I wasn't disappointed with the service, taste, price of this restaurant. I order a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich for 5.5$ which was a fair price I thought. The spicy chicken was fresh, not really spicy, but had good flavor and was not over cooked along with a good touch of pickles, tomatoes and lettuce. The cheese was not needed on it and was just a cold slice slapped on the chicken without it even melting beforehand. I have to take off a star because the bun is very generic and taste even worse than McDonald's. They gotta revamp their buns or make them homemade. Never a complaint about this place. CFA is still a bit of a novelty to this New Englander, but they're just as they advertise- sunny and cheery, always on point. Food is Chick-Fil-A and therefore delicious, and they manage to have table service even on the ridiculous days at the food court where there are a bajillion people. The hostess lady has been there for forever and is always ready with a smile and a sample or a refill. Fast food with a smile. Don't eat here often but whenever we do - No complaints. read more

You see it was my first time at a CF and I was HUNGRY and really thirsty. Driving all day in a beat up small truck that the Windows did not go down. So I broke my passages side window. (I don't want to rain on me, yes I put a bag over it when it rained.) For got what I was reviewing- Oh CF this location is in a mall but don't let that scary you. This CF is really good!!! They have a great staff that is quick and friendly. They some time give FREE samples of sandwiches or frozen coffee. Way better then free samples of "chicken teriyaki, free sample chicken teriyaki" This is the only place you want to eat at in the mall!! Don't got else were every other place is your: old, boring, flavorless, way to salty, why did I eat here typical mall place. The lemonade is good in fact that why I went into the one in FL. I decided to stop in for the Chick-fil-a grand opening and have a go at my first experience with this chain. I ordered the Number 4- spicy chicken sandwhich with pepper jack cheese and waffle fries. I didn't know what to pick and Mariellen graciously recommended it and took my order with outstanding focus. She was very confident, very friendly and made sure that I was welcomed for my first experience at the restaurant. Several staff that walked around asked if I needed anything and they all were very respectful of my space, timing between eating so as not to catch me mid bite. Location/interior- I'll admit I couldn't figure out how to get into the parking lot or where the drive thru was. That could surely use better signing. But this whole location was impeccably clean, balanced in color and functionality. I very much felt like I was in the right place for the right meal. On a personal note, I have never reviewed a fast food chain before. But like many among us I have had my fair share of ups/downs and outright baffling moments with other chains. Whilst I watched the lunch rush begin I noticed this team do something I've never seen done in this food industry...they had a coherent system, structured team work and a mode to serve guests efficiently when with the what other "stores" would toss aside as chaos. I can say that my meal was amazing, hands down the best spicey chicken ever, my half n half Arnold Palmer was thirst quenching and my experience was one I shall never forget... Placed between a butter toasted buns with a kiss from a fresh dill pickle slice. "Mmmm, I say....mmmm." Crisp and perfectly salted waffle fries are paired with a thirst satiating iced tea. So I'm biased and would eat a Chjic-fil-a sandwich off the mens room floor at Fenway, this is how good this thing is. New England you need more of these, this is southern fast food cooking at its best. Typically Chick-Fil-A has good food. This is the first chick-fil-a, in a Mall Food Court, where the staff has left the counter and come by the table (more than once in my visits there), and asked if you wanted anything else, drinks, ... They have asked "How was the food?" "Anything we can get you?", ... very friendly, very good service at the counter, and then follow up with you at the table. If you can overlook the corporate policy on imposing religion on their stores, or their publicly voiced opinions on topics not affecting serving chicken sandwiches, then this place is pretty good. The chicken served, although clearly not low fat, appears to be real chicken. And better than that new store off Amherst St. in Nashua (owned by the same as the mall store) has the most cheerful drive through staff ever. Let me preface this by saying that in general I do not support Chick-fil-a's corporate homophobic agenda, but love the staff at this location so much that they entice me to visit more often than I would normally care to based on my personal values. Mariellen is incredible. She always has a smile, is incredibly friendly, and most important of all - remembers my name! On our most recent visit very early in the morning, I was waiting for my food and she said, "Julia - why don't you go have a seat? We make everything very fresh this early in the day so it takes an extra minute. I will bring it out to you." Indeed, she did. She also asked how I was doing and if she could grab anything else for me. What service!! You don't normally encounter that in New England, let alone a fast food restaurant where employees are notoriously disengaged. I really like CFA here (I'm a red member) because the people were always so friendly and nice, but I noticed there are a lot of new workers lately and my experience today was terrible. I did mobile ordered and requested forks and placemats, they never gave me any. That's fine, whatever. However as I sat down and begin to set up my kids food I noticed my order was missing a large fries. I went back and showed my receipt and the cashier went and told the girl that was preparing my food and she said with an attitude "I know I gave her the fries." I was thinking, you didn't even give me forks or placemats I requested. It was written on the receipt (had to request it in front of her.) She really think she's perfect and did not made a mistake. I got my fries (it wasn't even fresh, looks soggy like it's been sitting under the heating lamp.) that I PAID for but the nasty attitude from the girl bagging the food made this once perfect establishment a place I'd no longer want to revisit. The last time, my kids apple juice box were leaking and the bottom was about to bust open. This is not a bad place to go for a chicken sandwich. It's different than the regular fare that you get from most Fast Food joints. That said, is it the greatest thing since sliced chicken? I was very surprised by this Chick-fil-A in the mall. Just like at a stand alone location, they had someone check on us during our meal. The lady was super nice and polite. Their breakfast is where this place shines. The Chicken Biscuit sandwich is amazing. Fresh filet of chicken breast that is hot, moist and juicy... sandwiched in a warm buttered fresh biscuit! Pure Bliss!!!! They need to advertise that they do breakfast badly.... many people have no idea they offer breakfast and it's much better than the place across the street. My boyfriend was shocked when I told him I'd never tried Chick-fil-A before, and so the next time we were at the mall and hungry he insisted we go there. He suggested the plain chicken sandwich with the waffle fries, and I was skeptical. The sandwich is just chicken and pickles on bread. But it was very good! The chicken is a piece of chicken instead of a lump of processed chicken pieces. It was hot and juicy and well seasoned. The pickles added a great flavor, and I was glad he talked me out of spending another dollar for lettuce, tomato, and cheese. They serve this sandwich so plainly because they know it's awesome just like it is. The fries were not crispy enough for my liking, though. Just plain fries, IMO. The young gentleman who took my order was VERY nice! Like, sweetly/awkwardly nice. He even informed me that they offer one free refill on their drinks!
