The inside of the store was nice and clean and had good decor and ambiance. The service people were nice and I had a basic experience. I ordered a large water and a small fry a pretty simple order. The stood and waited for what seemed like 7 minutes so a little long but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that the drive thru was busy. read more

What an absolute joke. Let me tell you that I have had issue here for over 3 years and have finally decided that the "im sorry" just doesn't cut it anymore. Not once. Not a single time have I gone here and gotten the correct order. And I'm saying drivethru, in store, and through uber eats. NOT A SINGLE TIME. I have worked fast food. I don't understand how a group of people over years is incapable of getting a single order correct. Obviously the problem is management and they can not Train their employees to put cheese on a burger correctly. It's honestly the absolute worst service you can ever experience. What a horrible place. Can't get simple order right 3 times. I was told by a big dude " shame on you ' for just asking to give me what I payed for. Same big guy in a very dirty clothes told me to go to another restaurant if I want my order right. I see him over there all the time, probably manager. Awful, filthy place, staff is rude, food is cold and most of the time just raw and uncooked. Place shold be shot down by City Hall. Why is the owner does not care that his staff is rude, food is disgusting and customers are told to go away if they ask for a correct order. I am going to copy this to Nashua City Hall website. My wife and I went through the drive-in and ordered a double cheeseburger, 6-piece McNuggets and fries. We specifically asked them to make sure the fries were hot. When we got to the pickup window they asked us to wait a moment while they made the fries "well done". When we got the order everything was barely Luke warm. The nuggets were especially cold. We went in to ask for a new order of McNuggets. They quickly replaced the McNuggets order ... with another order of cold nuggets. Avoid this McDonalds at all cost; it is just not worth it. read more

Stopped in for a quick breakfast with my wife before the mall and Costco. Stood at the counter while an individual worked on equipment with no acknowledgment or smile for too long. Eventually our order was taken by one of the cooks who was apologetic about his lack of experience with the process. He did a very nice job in spite of that. We ordered coffees and egg mcmuffins. Coffee was quick, sandwiches weren't. At the table we found our coffee was hot and tasty. Sandwiches....not so much. They were cold, the cheese wasnt even remotely warm, eggs and ham cold. My wife ordered a fish sandwich tonight. When she got it, it was cold. She brought it back in and told the manager and asked for a fresh one. When the manager told the girl to make another one, the girl started screaming at the manager and making comments about my wife. The manager did absolutely nothing to calm this girl down. We order from this McDonald's at least once a week. We will not be back until that girl is gone and the manager gets some guts to handle her staff. This girl should have been fired on the spot for treating a customer like that. That was no way to treat a long time customer. I've gone to this McDonald's very few times & every time it just gets worse.. Tonight we decided to grab some super late dinner (Midnight) since my pregnant self was hungry.. not only did my 2 cheeseburger meal come up on the screen as EIGHT cheeseburgers & we had to wait for them to completely delete the screen & re-enter but then with my meal already including a drink, she still charged me for an extra drink I didn't get. When I asked about it she said that's how it comes up. Whatever it was only $1.. so we finally got home, my boyfriend ordered a McDouble, mind you that's what we paid for, & one patty was Missing, and to make this whole thing better, in all of our burgers we had the big onions (which I hate). This McDonald's is absolutely terrible. Avoid coming here at all costs. The food is absolutely amazing, as it is at nearly every single McDonald's, but the service is downright putrid. The quality of service can be best exemplified on two separate occasions: once on a Friday night going their with my friends, we waited close to AN HOUR before all of us got our food, and the place wasn't even that busy. Another time, my friend and I were ordering through the drive thru and it took at least ten minutes for someone to even take our order, and then another twenty minutes in a line with, wait for it, TWO CARS before we actually got our food. Whether this specific chain is always undermanned or if the workers are just lazy, I don't know, but something needs to be done or this place will start losing lots of customers, myself and my friends included. read more

Yeah, I am reviewing a McDonald's. I know it sounds pretty weird, but follow me on this. I am really reviewing just the breakfast at McDonalds, well even more specific than that, it's the biscuits they use for their breakfasts. It's amazing that the very definition of fast food in this country is capable of making one of the best, home style, just a bit crunchy on the outside, light and soft on the inside, honest to goodness, southerner tasting biscuit! I first got sucked into this amazing item when I decided to see if the two for $3 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits were a good value for a quick breakfast. The eggs where just okay, the bacon was good but there wasn't near enough of it. The cheese, well it's American cheese and if it wasn't on the sandwich I wouldn't make the sandwich any less of a sandwich. But the biscuit was amazing! I have no idea how they do it, but those things are just amazing! Grab a couple of them for breakfast in the morning, toss in a coffee, or one of their new Sweet Teas, and you got more than enough food to keep your satisfied till lunch time. I don't have to remind you that going back later in the day for lunch or dinner isn't a good idea. We all know that they still have just gobs of gunk on the menu, and even the salad, something that on the surface looks healthy, seems to be loaded with grease and just a few chemicals. So just do the biscuits for breakfast, and find something better for lunch and dinner! read more

I've never rated a fast-food restaurant until now--this place is disgusting. I happened on to this place once we saw the kids play place. The food was fine (as far as we know). However, there was trash on the floor, the fish tank has maybe a YEAR of grime and algae on the inside of the tank, and the tables were not wiped down. There were maybe 8 people working there, three of which were on break. No one picking up the trash on the floor or shutting the door on the trash container. Run, run away... Obviously a management issue. I go by this place all the time and will NEVER stop. I'm afraid the kids play place has never been cleaned.... read more

I visit this location typically twice or three times a week for breakfast on my way to work. I have a very specific order with add ons and i remove meat from all my sandwiches, and Jamie (i hope thats how she spells it) is always so friendly and even remembered me and my order today in the drive thru and specified my preferences before i even had to say them. She always goes above and beyond and makes me want to continue coming to this location purely because of how great she is. She's got excellent customer service and is always a highlight of my coworker and I's morning!! read more

Super friendly and no line, but when the cashier went over the drive through order she would speak so fast I could not understand, asked her to repeat and again! So we proceed to pick up, friendly guy, our hamburgers are all there but once we leave we realize there are none of the sauces asked for, missing a fry and no napkins! Never go to this place, stopped into get a quick burger and shake. The shake came with whip cream which I was not aware of. The rude lady at the drive thru said I had to tell them no whip cream I told her I was not aware it came with that and would like another one. She stormed off and scooped the whip cream out into the trash and filled my cup with more shake. When I asked her if that was the same she started to say no bit I told her I saw her scoop out the whip cream and didn't want that one and would like my money back. She stormed off again and came back with a new shake which I told her I wanted my money back. She stormed off again to have the manager give me a refund. I was at the drive-thru on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at about 1:00 PM. Getting into the parking lot is tricky when you enter by Silver Drive . It's a small lot with twists and turns. I needed a GPS just to find the drive-thru window. Perhaps, they could get a traffic cop to direct me right to the window? Entering by DWH side is a little easier. The gals at the drive-thru were nice. You know the type, "Have a great day". Personality is appreciated. I mean, you are paying for it. Literally. The drive-thru wasn't that busy and moved along adequately. I ordered my usual, of course, cheeseburger, fries and a diet coke. I am not on a diet. I just like the taste of diet coke. And, even if I was the burger and fries would definitely blow that diet out the window. I speak from experience. The food was hot and fresh. I even received a napkin and a straw without asking. Imagine, that? Trick-or-treat! I did have to ask for the ketchup and salt. If you don't ask, you will not receive. I guess they ration the ketchup and salt? Once you drive away if you don't have your condiments, you will have to be without. Boo-hoo. Or, maybe you are really, really smart and have extra ketchup, salt, straws and napkins stashed in your vehicle. If you have all these things you may be a drive-thru addict. It's okay if you are a drive-thru addict. It happens. I am an "undercover" drive-thru addict. I don't carry all the extras in my vehicle. We visited this place the other day as we were in the mood for McDonald's and just so happen to be in Nashua to visit some other stores. Parking was easy and ordering was efficient. I didn't have to wait long for our sandwiches to come out. It was pretty average compared to the other McDonald's that we have visited. read more
