Amazing service! I walked in and they immediately took care of me. I had Anna and she was so nice and didn't rush one bit. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. She gave me exactly what I wanted! Will defiantly be coming back!

Overall this is a great nail salon IMO! I've only had one time where the gel mani didn't last over two weeks and that was I believe because it was an inexperienced nail technician that didn't cover the edges of my nails, but every other time I have had great experiences here. It's also fast and efficient so they get you in and out if you're in a rush, etc. They have a pretty good selection and I really like the colors and nail art they can. Update: my first dip with shellac glitter over the top and they did a great job!

The woman who did my nails is very nice and very patient and very precessional. This is my first time to get nails done. And the color is exactly what I had in mind. I had great experience there and will definitely come back again.

Still the same after I get it fixed

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I did a walk in, I get that I don't have an appointment but I don't mind waiting for a bit. But instead I had three tech worked on my hands. Nails was uneven in size, length, amount of acrylic, and shape. What upset and frustrated me the most was the acrylic started to loose bonding in the corners of literally every single nails. I asked to come back and get it fix the next day. And when I'm there I told them what I'm seeing but they don't see the same issue that I'm seeing. All she did was file and smooth down the gel finish and a thin layer of acrylic. After that applied a new coat of gel all that while hurting my cuticles in the process. She should've redo the whole set, but too lazy to do so. Don't waste your money and time here.

This is the same container that I just watched them use the same tools for several individuals.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Let's start with picking out a nail color. I had to wait to get the color options for gel polish because they only had one sample ring. After getting the sample for a very short time (and obviously still looking at them), one of the ladies who worked at the salon approached me and told me she was taking it for her customer. After I said no, she told me she is bringing it back. I am unsure why I needed to wait but her customer needed it right then and there, but she took it unapologetically and was very rude the entire time. This ridiculous experience isn't the worst part. They reuse all of their equipment. ALL OF IT. I have pictures in case you had doubt. At the end of the manicure, before the lady even finished putting oil on my cuticles, a different lady was literally hovering waiting for me to pay. I ignored her, I would hand her my card when I have gathered my belongings and went to the front desk where you are supposed to pay. She stood right next to me and followed me to the front desk while I grabbed my phone, wallet, and coat. When I did get to the desk, without telling me a price, she charged my card. I'm lucky I don't have an infection from their disgusting tools, and unfortunately it's been less than a week and my nails look awful.

I can't speak for the entire establishment, because this was my first time, but Gwen did a fabulous job! This was my first time getting nail extensions and dipping powder. She did a great job explaining when I had questions, and she clearly cared a lot about the work she was producing. I left loving my nails! At $47 for both the powder and extensions, I think this was a great deal! Gwen was friendly, but not too chatty, which worked great for me! I look forward to going back.

Great shellac selection. Lots of great good brand colors

I really like this location because of the closeness to my house. Mimi did my shellac and did an excellent job $30 is what i paid which is every reasonable. I had a pedicure done the day before For a basic pedi it was $25. The only was that the girl that initially started doing my pedi switch to someone else and the girl that did my polish was rushed and didn't take time for detail. I will definitely be coming back

Mimi's Nails is one of the best pedicure places I have ever been to. The shop is bright and immaculately clean. Chairs are comfortable. I have been 4 times now and always see Linda. She is so friendly and warm- she remembers my name (even though she must see tons of people between my random visits) and greets me with a smile. There are numerous services to choose from, but I always get the $45 pedi with paraffin wax and a hot stone massage. This pampering is divine and worth every penny! My feet feel and look wonderful when the pedi is complete. I also can't believe how long the polish lasts- it hardly ever seems to chip. I highly recommend this salon for reasonably priced high quality nail services!

Was a little weary about coming in here from the past reviews but I was a walk-in, they took me within 5 minutes, and out in less than an hour! Got a $35 gel fill which is pretty standard and had the man manicurist (forget his name sorry!!) he was awesome did such a great job on my nails, definitely recommend!

They always do a great job on my nails. I do the dip powder manicure and my nails have been growing strong and beautiful! I'm always happy when I leave there. I've Been going here for a few months now and will continue to go here. They also have a few different options for pedicures if you want a fancier option. They offer scrubs and special waxes to make your feet super smooth.

Just stopped here Friday morning for my first dip powder! Anna was so very sweet and helpful!!! She helped me decide on weather or not I wanted extensions (which I went with) with no pressure at all. The salon was very cute and clean. I will definitely be heading back to MiMi! Thank you Anna!

Love the redo Mimi's nail was able to get me what I wanted :)

Great job and place! I came here to get my nails redone from the place I had gone earlier because the other place had done a horrible job and put nail polish on when I wanted white . They were able to get me ASAP and re do the nails too what I wanted and know I love 'em! I will for sure be back

This used to be a clean and nice nail salon. I can't call it a salon any longer. Dirty and not accommodating. Won't be back.

I think the owner is quite direct and blunt but she was still professional to customers and to her employees while I was there. I am usually very organized, but this year I missed the clue boat for holiday manicure appointments…read moreand my party is tomorrow. Nails 2000 is near my work, so I decided to take my chances as a walk-in. Today, I walked in around lunch, during holiday season. I fully expected to be turned away, or have a ridiculous wait because all the pedi chairs were full, and all the techs were busy. However, I didn't see anyone else waiting, and I asked if a walk-in was okay (if it's my own dumb-@$$ fault, I always ask, and never get mad if I'm turned away - lack of planning on my part does not constitute an emergency on someone else's!). Happily, I was told to sign in, and did. After a few minutes' wait, had a tech take me to her station for a shellac manicure. A quick look around showed a modern, very clean, very quiet salon. Everything looked spotless. I did not see the tools come out of an autoclave but they were boxed, and when the mani was done, they were carried to the back room (presumably to be autoclaved). My regular salon brings out tools sealed in the autoclave pack, but I wasn't really bothered. If you are squeamish or have concerns, keep this in mind. I thought it was interesting that I didn't get to pick the nail polish bottle myself - the tech asked what color I was looking for and when I told her blue, she handed me a color ring of blues. Interesting way to do it. I noticed all the rings were arranged by color. They were out of the color I wanted (the tech searched high and low for the bottle) but they informed me of before beginning, so I could pick another if I wanted. First though, the tech showed a mix of two polishes, which was almost dead on to what I wanted, which was nice. SPOILER WARNING (lol) the "custom mix" actually turned out prettier than my original choice. I noticed that all the bottles were very clean -- some places I've been the bottles, especially around the openings, start to look a little raggedy and I've seen more than a few that should have either been thoroughly wiped and some that should been tossed outright. The bottles of various polished all looked very new and fresh. The technician was very kind and sweet. All my life I have had issues with horrifically dry hands and gawd-awful cuticles. Moving to Colorado AND being a compulsive hand-washer doesn't help, either! She was very careful and kind, ensuring that nothing in the cleanup process was painful. She was very, very thorough. VERY. Didn't hurt me once, and unlike some other places, managed to get my cuticles whipped into shape without any bloodshed. She also offered some helpful advice on how to keep my cuticles soft (almond or cuticle oil on all the fingers, overnight. Wear gloves!). I am also recovering from a bad shellac job, so my nails were clipped very short to get rid the unhealthy nails, so she also made sure that when she was filing them for shape, it wasn't uncomfortable. All in all, very thoughtful. And cute "They are so short! But that is ok! Short is beautiful!" Got a chuckle out of me, because I am also not very tall, either. Careful application of shellac, one base coat, two coats of the main color, two coats of shimmer and one coat of clear. My cuticles and nailbeds look so much better, and the polish job is first-class. Very nice job for 35 bucks. Five stars because of the tech taking the time to custom mix polishes for me to get me what I wanted, five for the price, too. Otherwise, it would have been 4 stars because I couldn't be certain the tools were sterilized.
