Ham sub (half)

My last review was in 2014, so the prices have changed since then. They no longer have the 2 hot dog, fries, and pop for $4.99. It's now $6.99, and it is only valid after 2pm. This time we got ham sub, onion rings, fries, chicken finger kids meal, and a "buffalo grilled cheese" special.... which was chicken fingers, blue cheese and hot sauce. This sandwich was kinda small but got a thumbs up. We got cheese on the side for the fries . Everything was very good. We spent $35 for a family of 4 . On the way out, we got 2 milkshakes, which were around $3.50 each. I would recommend. Good food, reasonable prices.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch yesterday and I got really confused after looking at long list of menu. At first I ordered philli chicken pita wrap for myself .. then changed it to mediterranean chicken.. I changed it to buffalo chicken after that and finally ended up ordering chicken souvlaki pita wrap (The girl at the counter gave me a weird expression because of how confused I was). My husband ordered philly chicken pita wrap for himself (he is not confused as I am :D ). The souvlaki wrap was really great. I loved it right from the first bite itself. Philly chicken wrap was good too but not as good as souvlaki wrap. I must say milton offers delicious food with great price. I wonder how come I never visited this place even though I stay so close. Food - Great. Souvlaki wrap is a must try. Ambience - okay Price - Reasonable Service - good

More than just the usual burger and fries fare Wraps, beef on weck and more Fast service, fairly priced and good food One big negative according to me ; roast beef was served with a pickle despite there being no mention of it on menu board I HATE PICKLES ! Pickles cannot simply be set aside, their juice ruins the roll and the fries Other than that, Milton's will be hihg on my list of places to get a quick bite

Gyro wrap with French fries

Had lunch there for my first time today. Ordered a gyro wrap with fries and it was delicious. Quick and easy, nice relaxing setting for what I assume to be a fast food restaurant, they bring your food out to you. They have oil on the table ready for whenever you need it. It was very nice I enjoyed it and will probably return!

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon, not sure what to expect. It reminds me of a Subway for Greek food and other charred items from the grill. They have a good menu selection with some daily specials written on a board. The prices were good $7.99 for Souvlaki, The special burgers were 8.99 and came with an option of a side. there were sausage, hotdogs fries and onion rings and some salads too. i wanted to to stick Greek so I opted for a chicken Souvlaki with extra dill sauce, You order at a counter, pay and wait. We grabbed a seat in the big dining room. There is also an outdoor patio but it was too windy this day. Although there is a sign to pick up orders ours was brought to our table, I thought that was nice but it was not crowded so I don't know if that is normal. For the price I got a nice size salad topped with a nice portion of chicken all the fixings and a half pita. I was surprised it came out so quick, then I understood why. The salad was little wilty standard mix from a bag and the chicken cold. I was hungry so I didn't complain, it tasted good because the oil dressing and the dill sauce made it flavorful. My friend ordered fries it was a good size portion, I ended u eating half of those and gave him my pita! Interesting first time experience, I wonder if I had gotten a burger if I could rate this higher? I had much better Souvlaki experiences elsewhere,

Always quick and fresh. No pretentiousness here. One of my favorite places in the Buffalo area.

The protein choices are: 4 flavors of chicken, 2 flavors of tri-tip steak, Korean BBQ pork or tofu. The protein is served on purple rice with a side of Cole slaw. For our additional sides( choices were sweet potatoes, rosemary potatoes, Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese. I picked both of the potato sides. The Cole slaw seemed watery, and the steak, which had nice flavor, was a bit chewy. I think tri-tip tends to be tougher as it has little or no fat on it. The potatoes and rice were nice and flavorful. I have had very good bowl meals here in the past. I think the bowls, with more ingredients served together, is a better flavor boost than "the Box".

It's been some time since I came last but we always pick up where we left off. My go-to-bowl is the Steak Bacon Blue salad. I usually substitute the tomatoes for picked onions and add potatoes (the potatoes are a new thing I been trying lately bc of the new steakhouse bowl they offer and wanting to try them) Always 10 out of 10 when they don't skimp on the vinaigrette. The regular size bowl always gives me enough. I'm actually not convinced hoarder size comes with a significant amount more than the regular. I shall return CoreLife!

Cafe 59 - Turkey burgundy sandwich with a bag of Lay's. $17.25 before tax and tip. Definitely not worth it.

We started with the polenta wings in a honey sesame sauce. So so good. Hot and crunchy! They had a dinner specials menu available 5-10 so we both ordered off of that to take advantage. My boyfriend got the spicy duck stir fry and I got the 4 cheese grilled cheese with bacon and tomato soup. (There were 4 soup options to chose from!) everything was hot, tasty and well done. We also got cocktails from the bar that were delicious. Low key vibes. Definitely will be back.

I miss Cafe 59...and used to overlook the fact that potato wedges aren't included with the sandwiches, the falafel burger is always mushy in the middle, they don't include enough dressing with their salads...and things are sloppily prepared. I overlooked all of that because they use whole foods and the taste was decent. Fast forward to 2025, I've included a photo of a turkey burgundy sandwich with a small bag of Lay's (weird choice, but ok) and a pickle spear, which costs $17.25 before you even add tax or tip. What?? I totally get that costs are rising for everyone including restaurants, but this isn't in line with what you can get at other places, even on the same street. If you can't sell your original menu at reasonable prices anymore, then you need to adjust it. We won't be back.

Buffalo State/Museums

I have had some good experiences with great food here before but this most recent time was…read moredisappointing. I tried the Caesar Salad, the fish taste overwhelmed the dish in an unappetizing way. I couldn't taste the parmesan or lemon or any other flavors. The croutons were tough and tasteless. The menu listed orange as an additional ingredient, which sounded interesting, but it was nowhere to be found when the dish arrived. I also got the French Onion Hummus to share, absolutely delicious, we've had it before. Unfortunately a lot of tables were dirty and the floor was covered in pretzels crumbs, some other crumbs as well. Really not conducive to dining. I do hope that these issues are improved upon because as I have said, my previous experiences have been much better!

Wow, fantastic evening here last night on a double date. We made reservations for 7pm for 4 of us…read more(they only do dinner Thursdays and Fridays). And we ended up being the last table there! The restaurant is located just inside the center of the museum, and there was live music in the middle courtyard just outside the restaurant. The ambience was a cool vibe - there is this huge mural on one wall, and the opposite wall is glass from floor to ceiling looking out (to where the live music was). The tables were so simple but had flowers and cool table lamps. I started with a glass of wine, and we split the whipped feta as an appetizer. They also brought some fresh bread with balsamic olive oil. Both fantastic and warmed my soul. I ordered the Filet, and it was so perfectly seasoned and cooked - I mean, can't really go wrong with steak that's drizzled with bacon butter! The others ordered the salmon with squid ink pasta and the scallops. All were so beautifully plated and delicious. And we ended with the Ube Creme Brulee which was a great way to end the night. We ended up being there for about 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend dinner if you just looking for a quick bite. I'd go for more of an experience. Not that the service was slow, but I think the kitchen and wait staff were just thoughtful with their creating, plating, and serving. Hoping that they change their menu up every so often so we can try more creations!
