    A very good burger.

This location was Loui's Texas hots, and is now under new ownership with a new name. The menu is essentially the same, and the food quality is still very good. There's a traditional diner breakfast menu available all day. Hot dogs and hamburgers with a few Greek items are the order of the day here. Nothing fancy, just dependably good. There's a very nice sauce that goes with just about everything here. The French fries and onion rings are excellent. There's no rice pudding. It's mostly take-out, but there is a small counter. Wheel chair access involves negotiating two doors. You'll need help getting in and out. There's no wheel chair seating, so consider this a take-out place if you're limited physically. This restaurant is at the corner of Delaware Ave and Hertel Ave and is on metro bus routes 11, 23 and 25.

Good food fast ! Service was prompt seating is counter service , love the vibe here Greek family that actually states " we are never out of anything " you can call the owner is someone says they are . Fries are amazing ! Not at all greasy salted to perfection ! Loganberry is totally buffalo !! They even make a loganberry shake !!!!! Skin on hotdogs are the bomb ! Looks like a 1950's diner ! Fast in and fast out . Hits the spot !

I used to go in there all the time when it was Louie's, but I haven't been in there until yesterday since it's been Jimmy's..

So weird...I was excited to try breakfast here this morning. I arrived around 8:30am but the…read more"closed" sign was up on the door. (Also- the hours online and Yelp/Google Maps are different than what's posted on the door.) I decided to see if the door was open in case the sign just wasn't flipped to "open". It was UNLOCKED, and so was the second door! I was able to go INSIDE the cafe, even though it was clearly empty and no one was there...no food in the display case either. I even called out "hello??" a couple times to no response. Why were both doors unlocked if the cafe was clearly closed (even though according to the hours on the door it should be open...)

The first thing I appreciated was, the Owners and staff members. They are genuinely, a very happy group of people. They are super friendly and engaging. I also like the fact you can dine in or even do takeout. Today I decided on takeout.. the serving sizes are very decent, and the prices are more than fair. I strongly recommend checking them out. Breakfast sandwich- choice of bacon or sausage. Really nice satisfying sandwich. I really like the type of roll that was used. Plus the sandwich wasn't greasy or sloppy at all. Breakfast bowl- For me, I was able to share with my wife. The to-go container was pack. Every bite full had meat, cheese potatoes, and eggs. The ingredient ratio was spot on. You didn't have to much of this and not enough of that. Chicken and waffle- breast was moist and seasoned well for my liking. I loved the waffle flavor. Whatever waffle mix they are using. They need to keep using it and never change up.

Something I noticed is none of the staff in the kitchen wears hats or hair nets and some of the females hair is a little crazy... Steak benny 8/10 Not bad. Potatoes were very plain. Nutella and banana crepe 7/10 Had a hair in it (which brings me back to my hair net point above...) Kyle still ate it though. Dulce de leche crepe 9/10 Caramel sauce was really good. Whipped crepe was delicious and perfectly sweet. The walnuts were good, but I would prefer them to be chopped up a little smaller to be more bite sized. The apples were warm, and cooked to a perfect al dente.

It has no more than 12 tables, no booths, and the entrance is a mess. It's tiny and the hostess is not at the entrance, but further inside the restaurant and it causes a lot of congestion. The service was quick and our waitress was nice, but the food was not great. We ordered the strawberry crepe, local eggs breakfast special, and the seafood crepe. The local egg breakfast was good and basic so it's hard to mess that up, but the crepes were not good, especially the seafood, but the side salad that came with it was delicious. I don't plan on coming back here and wouldn't recommend it to friends/family.
