Made a reservation in the afternoon for a party of 8 at 7PM When we arrived at 7 there was no table ready We agreed to sit outside as it was a nice evening and much quieter than inside We received drinks in a reasonable time and placed our food order 1 and 1/2 hour later we had not received any food and were told they were just getting caught up with the inside and would have our orders ready in another 10 minutes When the food came out 7 orders were delivered at near the same time however a simple hamburger for our 8th member was not delivered until the rest of us were near done The servers were friendly and attentive but the rest of the house was hopelessly inept The food was mediocre at best with the corned beef brisket in the Rubin's tough and fatty, over dressed and lacking sufficient Swiss cheese I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for anyand will never return read more

Well worth the price of the sandwich for the portions, quality of ingredients, prep, and presentation. Tots were crispy on the outside and perfect temperature on the inside, which is usually very hard to accomplish with take out especially! The meal was very good - perfect for a hot summer day. Where to even start- can't give a negative star review. Food came out hard as a rock- they offered new ones but zero chance I'll try them again. Food has gone downhill. Had high hopes for this place. My parents have recently become fans of this place, so while in town for the holidays they brought me here as well for dinner. It was half empty, but that can be expected for a rainy Thursday night; the crowd of what seemed to be regulars definitely kept the place lively. One server sat us and took our drink and food orders, but after bringing our drinks we had a different server for the rest of the evening; might've just been the way the sections were split, but it did leave a bit of a wait between drink refills and checking in on how we were doing as food came out. We did a round of drinks including a mule for my mom and drafts for myself and my dad including the Downeast cider winter blend and Labatt Blue beer. For our appetizers we each got something a bit different: I went with the pretzel, which came sliced into nugget-sized dippers; my mom got the fried mozzarella which has the option to get Melba sauce with it; my dad went for the calamari. The pretzel and calamari both were large portions and could easily be split between 2-3 people, but the mozzarella portion was more suited to one person. The pretzel was unsalted but a quick dash from the shakers on the table fixed that. For our meals, my dad got the tavern sandwich with fries, my mom opted for the buffalo chicken salad, and I went with the Asian seared tuna salad. Everything was quite tasty & very filling; my dad brought home half his sandwich and fries, and my mom & I couldn't quite clear our salad bowls. The tuna was seasoned and seared well, though maybe a touch peppery for some people's tastes, and the Asian dressing was quite similar in flavor profile to eel sauce frequently paired with sushi. The receipt prints with a QR code to pay, so if you're not tech-savvy I can see how that can be a little confusing/frustrating to pay, but it worked fine for us. We've been going there for 4 years. It has steadily been going downhill. The past 2 times that we went there, they ran out of the Special! Not sure who is ordering the food for the restaurant but obviously isn't ordering enough. Not enough cooks in the kitchen! We had to wait an hour for our food. The wait staff is just 2 women, who really work very hard to please the customers, but are sidelined by management and the cooks. Would not recommend this place and won't be going back any time soon! Open floor plan many tables low an hi top along w seating at bar available. 14 tvs but no pool table or music box. Seem trying make it a restaurant within a bar yet they don't the bar atmosphere. I stopped at the Milton Tavern for the second time in the past month for lunch with my elderly parents. Plenty of parking in the front. They again had a nice lunch crowd for a Friday in early June. This being my return visit with my parents I wanted to see if they had consistency in their good service and food. On my first visit I was greeted by the new owner Micah. We had excellent service and sandwiches. I was thinking that maybe being a new restaurant that they were going all out to try to get repeat customers. I told Micah I would be coming back. This second visit was a repeat performance 5 stars excellent crispy wings and perfectly made French Onion Soup. Service was again top notch even without the owner being present. I recommend Milton Tavern whenever you are looking for a local sports oriented tavern bar. read more

Absolutely love this place, its the perfect vibe and so much fun! Food and service is absolutely fantastic!

After a day at the Saratoga track, we headed to Milton's, which was a stone throw from our Airbnd. Great, newly renovated space, with a REALLY wonderfully, friendly staff. And while we didn't spend anytime in their outdoor space, due to the humidity, it looks like a great space to meet up with friends, on a nice afternoon/ evening. The good: The inside of this establishment is much better than the prior business. The bad: The wait staff spends more time drinking while on the clock or smoking outside than waiting on their customers. The male bartender is very unhinged. I've witnessed his temper with employees AND customers. It seems he prefers to wait on his friends vs new customers. The food is very inconsistent. Having unstable employees will do that. Absolutely most miserable bartenders of any place I go in this area. I thought once the other owner left to his new restaurant things would get better. So I gave them another shot. I thought Joey was a nice guy but obviously the pressure of trying to be a decent bartender has gotten to him. Food? Never got our food. We were seated at 550 pm our order taken at 555 pm. At 620 pm our server said our food would be out soon. By 640 pm still no food and out server told us our order wasn't even up! I have never done this but we walked out. Also one server to a full dining room. We were a group of seven adults and two kids trying this place for the first time. Definitely recommend. The service was very good. The French Onion soup -- yum, yum. We also had the boneless wings, bacon horseradish dip with homemade chips, salads, and various sandwiches. All were great. Prices were very reasonable. I decided to stop in around 8:30pm. I came in by myself (female) I took a seat at the bar as I wanted a drink and something to eat. I sat there and watched them talk and wait on "other people". I was never acknowledged I was even there. After 10 minutes I decided that this place didn't deserved my presence or money. It wasn't even busy to use that excuse. So I left... My recommendation are: 1. Acknowledge anyone coming into your establishment right away. 2. Let them know you'll be with them ASAP. 3. Turn down those spot lights in the ceiling, they hurt my eyes and did not give this place any bar atmosphere what so ever. A group of us went there last week. A few of us had the fish and chips meal. I would suggest you use the menu for something else. The fish was over cooked and dry. It tasted more like a fish stick and I cut off haddock or cod. They need to work on this. Other than that I felt the place was OK. read more

This is a nice family-friendly addition to the Geyser Rd area. The service is quick and friendly. Decent menu and food but the atmosphere needs a little sprucing up. It still seems like a big open barn. A wood type floor would be a big help along with some kind of booths or partitions to make it feel more homey. I got a laugh from a couple other reviews-trust me, the lack of a pool table or smoking area are definite plusses for most. read more

We went there for the Dolphins - Bills game. The service was very friendly and efficient. The food was decent but came out very slow. Need more help in the back of the house. The prices were very reasonable! We are Dolphin fans surrounded by Bills fans. Despite being outmatched by Bills fans, we all had a great time together. Everyone was very cool! Went there last night. The place is changed from the old ownership. It's a little loud when a lot of people get in the place the food was typical bar food nothing fancy the onion rings, and the sandwich I ordered were very greasy they don't wanna bar atmosphere.
