Omg this place is amazing! Everything I've tried here is amazing, sub, mozzarella sticks, pizza, gluten-free pizza, onion rings! The waitress was great! the service was on point! It wasn't too cold in the dining room this time! The table look very patriotic. The decor looks amazing. But I don't come here for the decor. The food speaks for itself! Keep up the good work. Looking forward to coming back again soon! read more

Biscossi's is a small, unassuming, Italian restaurant and pizzeria that serves a nice variety of foods my family likes. The menu has quite a few options, but we've stuck mostly with their entrees and pizzas. It's hard to put down their garlic bread once you've started eating it, it's very light and crispy and flavorful. It's rare to see a dinner salad come with so much topping it that you can't see the lettuce (a mix of grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and sliced bell pepper, red onion, and black olives). The pizzas are also generously topped. The crust is light and crisp. It does get a little soggier as the pizza cools, but it's still firm enough to hold all the toppings. Service is friendly and helpful. A meal here is enjoyable. read more

Biscossi's Pizza Time - Three topping 12" pizza - Pizza Near Me - Ballston Spa, New York

This is where we always get our pizza. We love the New York style. Toppings are generous with just enough marinara- not too little, not too much. Wings are good, too. Staff is always friendly and helpful. That said, not so keen on the dinner entrees. I ordered the eggplant parm for takeout tonight and to say it was disappointing is to put it mildly. The dish itself looked delicious, but the first bite proved differently. The eggplant crust was soggy, to the point of almost being waterlogged. The eggplant was slimy, chewy and undercooked. I wondered if the eggplant was used without first salting and draining it- a novice mistake. Pretty much a waste of money. Inedible. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I was very upset and disappointed. I will say the accompanying salad and bread were fine. read more

First off, we called to order for delivery and we were told they don't deliver to our house (which is 7 min down the road) and to order through DoorDash..... Soooo ordered a pizza and they got it wrong--twice. When we called, instead of fixing it at first, they accused us of lying. We literally had to keep the delivery driver there to show him the second incorrect order so he could confirm it back to the restaurant. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters--and this wasn't it Hannah...They did end up sending a third pizza which was pretty good but the whole ordeal was like 3 hours of waiting for the right pizza. Other than never ordering pizza from here again, the delivery driver was absolutely great and the fried ravioli were decent! read more

Back in November 2025 I ordered as I do every single week from them. This time when I ordered from them and I took the food home it was disgusting! I called them and they were willing to replace it. I brought the order I had taken home back to them. There was a young girl behind the counter that was so rude and upset I had brought the meal back to them! She had a long black hair and she was swearing at me and screaming at me, and there was no manager on site except for the cook, who told her to take a step back and stop yelling and cursing at me. Well, I contacted the Restaurant three times to have someone call me to explain that this lady had no right screaming and yelling at me and no one has ever gotten back to me. Let me tell you I've been going there for a long time and I'm never stepping foot in that place again and how rude for them not to reach out to me I had left my number with them three times! All I can say its probably the owner's daughter but I cannot be sure of that and they're gonna lose a lot of customers if they keep her, she's a rude person. I really didn't want to write a bad review about them because I've been going there as I said for years, but I really had no choice but to write this review. read more

Subs are good BUT the fresh baked bread is cut ( and maybe baked as) really thin so the top of the sub is so thin you are basically just eating the condiments and meat and bread on the bottom. People want to bite into an evenly cut sandwich, how hard it's that? I wish they would be more consistent ( when they have so many diff people making them). Also, the front staff need to smile and say hello more- what a rough bunch- we are the customers- hello!!!! They always seem bothered by helping you and not very friendly as they take your $$$$$$ read more

A run of the mill slice. $3.21 for pepperoni slice. Mine was taken right out of case and put in box without heating so serving lukewarm didn't help. Screen marks on bottom crust. Cornicione mostly browned. Sauce notable taste of basil. read more

I only recently discovered Pizza Time last week, although we've lived in the area for years. Our loss! My mom and I tried it because I read an online recommendation of their gluten free pizza. When I checked out their website, I was happy to see a full menu of options in a sit-down setting (in addition to busy take out traffic), perfect for my elderly mom. We were so pleased! My GF pizza was delicious...a slightly thicker, tasty, crustier crust than some GF versions, and ample toppings. I loved the chunklets of Italian sausage and the generous amount of chopped, fresh mushrooms on my pizza. (I don't know about full GF safety or cross-contamination, however.) My mom always goes for home-made lasagna, and she gave theirs a solid thumbs up. Meaty and cheesy, but not mushy or runny. She raved over the garlic bread (and she often skips bread and rolls). Our waitress was very efficient and friendly, keeping up with several parties of customers yet always attentive. My mom is looking forward to going back. We take her shopping at the nearby Hannaford, so we're thinking of lunch plus shopping trips for her. read more

Boneless wings were okay, ordered mild and it was the right amount of heat. Also ordered a NY style pizza and a calzone. Both of these were disappointIng.... Lady who answered the phone to take my order, Gina, sounded annoyed that she was taking my order. I don't know why businesses allow people with lousy attitudes to be the face of their business, but okay. The young people at the counter, 3, were nice. Overall okay, but I won't be back unless I just want wings. read more

My family goes to this restaurant whenever we are up visiting with my mother and father and I must say it is simply amazing. Their Pizza is absolutely delicious they have fried mushrooms that are out of this world. I have not tried anything so far that I have disliked and I must say that it has been a pleasurable experience every time I've went there. I've been greeted with a smile every time and I have been greeted with friendly staff that knew the menu and that were able to help me with any questions that I may have had with certain type of menu items and made my experience pleasant there. They also offer great delivery options and they offer takeout as well from Stromboli to stubbs to Pizza I have not had anything bad from them I definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like a great experience with just some time out away from the monotony of the world just to sit down and have some good food. Thank you for listening. read more

Let me just say very pleased with my order an extermely satisfied. Ordered the Egg plant Parmigiana was very crispy not soggy not seedy.Dipped in homemade breadcrumbs lightly fried topped w marinara & melted mozxarella served w choice of pasta house salad an small personal loaf of warm buttery and garlicky bread . My son ordered the Blonde Chicken Parmigiana which the chicken was very tender also homemade bread crumbs lightly fried topped w house made Alfredo sauce an melted mozzarella served w fettuccine Alfredo side salad same personal garlic loaf. Was so delicious he actually came out of his room from watching football to tell me how SLAMMING it was in his words. Very impressed for a pizza shop Ive also have tried the Stromboli completely filled an the Calzones hang over your largest dinner plate one will feed 2 ppl I definitely recommend them an will continue to order read more

My family and I get to-go/delivery pizza and wings at least once a week or two and it's always good. Sometimes they don't heed "well done" instructions but still great. I do wish they had more consistency with protein portions on the pizza but overall I will continue to go back! read more

Great food and amazing service. Family of 6 ordered 1 pizza and two orders of wings. We were all stuffed and had to take some home. The best pizza we've had in a long time. The wings were great and the complementary garlic bread was out of this world. We will definitely be going back. read more

Great food! Buffalo chicken subs and mozzarella sticks are great! One of the best ones I have had.

It absolutely pains me to be writing this review because I have been a long time customer..... Unfortunately, This place has been on a suspended nose dive for the last 6 or 7 months and I have forgiven A LOT of sloppy, avoidable mistakes because it was our favorite pizza place..... I had a bug and something slimy in my antipasto salad that was mostly peppers... And this is the second pizza that we've gotten with whatever nasty cheese they started using. My advice: Hire a pro to come show you how you can lower your costs in other areas without cutting corners on the quality food and staff.... So long Pizza Time Best of Luck!! read more

They sold out and upgraded everything. The sub is now double the price with half the meat. Very disappointed. The shop was great the way it was in the old red building but I get it. I wish them well but their sub went from the best ever to one I wont buy anymore. read more

Tried Wings and Stromboli, the Stromboli was undercooked, the dough was raw, however after that both had good taste.

Our post concert ritual is to have pizza ready in our hotel room. I go to SPAC for DMB every year and this year we tried Gennaros for the post concert pizza and the pregame subs to eat in the parking lot. No suspense - it was really good. I asked them to wrap the sandwiches pretty specifically and they did great a few hours later. After being in the fridge after the cooler - they were still fine. Thank you again to whoever did that so well. I ordered a pizza, half pepperoni and half spinach/mushroom. The veg side was really good - not soggy but still fresh veg. The pepperoni side was great too. Overall the food was very good and a good value. I definitely will go back because the post concert pizza was terrific and they really have excellent customer service and it was not an overpriced mob scene, easy in / out I bet you could order on the way to the park and pick it up. read more

Wrong sauce on the pizza , asked for white, got ranch. Salad was absolutely drowned in dressing. Wings were overcooked. Meh.

Life saver for pizza delivery in the crest! The pie is pretty good definitely the best option to deliver warm pizza goodness to your door step. I am a pizza purist so plain cheese is my religion. Their 12 cut cheese is gold compared to their 8 cut pies. Pies seem to be a bit floppy but the 12 cut crust is thick and airy with enough cheese to please and sauce that is not too sweet for my taste buds. Must trys: 12 cut cheese pizza read more

3/28/18 @ 6:30pm Hey Pizza Time, now I understand why your "garlic knots" are only a dollar. These are NOT knots. Disappointing. And your front counter girl needs some customer service. I say thank you and she says nothing. She should be the one thanking me for coming in. read more

I always get their Italian hero sandwich. It's excellent. Everything is fresh and delicious. Their pizza is great too. Must try!!

A hidden gem! We actually stopped in for my son to use the restroom, while visiting a nearby consignment shop and decided to stay for lunch. SO glad we did. We got SO much food for a low price and it was surprisingly delicious, given the low cost. The dining room is a quaint reminder of what I expect the place looked like the day it opened. We will absolutely dine there any time we are in the area!!! read more

Holy moley. Where do I start? Customer service is fantastic. The food, immaculate. I've had pizza (best in t he area of Ballston Spa or Saratoga). I've had the subs which are mind you, better than Roma's. All and all, this place is the real deal. read more

If you're a true pizza person, please don't go here. The pizza is so basic, greasy, only edible as drunk food, really tastes like you bought it as 7-Eleven. I know this is a harsh review but wow, they didn't even try here. One of the worst places to get pizza from around here, most definitely. Also the mozzarella sticks are terrible. Honest opinion from a pizza lover. read more

We love take out from Pizza time, but just with their wings and subs. Not a huge fan of the pizza, and sometimes I order pizza etc from down the road and pick up my wings from pizza time. I wouldn't recommend dining in, as there is absolutely zero ambiance. read more

I don't know what any of these haters are talking about, with any negative garbage about Pizza Time. These guys make THE BEST subs and pizza in B-Spa. My wife and I have been here for almost 4 years and suffered from an epidemic of burnt pizza. Apparently Ballston Spa people like their pizza burned and we've had to ask every place we go, to cook it lightly. If you like a sweet sauce, doughy crust and plenty of cheese, this is your place! Subs are on par if not better than Sanders Meat Market and they always use Hellmann's Mayonnaise, which seems to be a lost art. Don't believe the haters... Love the truth and put some good grub your mouth. read more

The pizza is not awesome but edible at least. The sauce could be better. The subs are big and good - the bread is complimentary to the sandwich and is made on premises. They have few hot slices ready to order and should offer more. Their Buffalo chicken and white broccoli slices are tasty. They don't make regular pies - mainly Sicilian style. They offer specials (pasta, sandwiches, etc) which I have yet to try. The chicken tastes fresh, not frozen, which is often juicy and makes the meal good (pizza/sub). You would think I would have rated this place worse based on my comments. I give this place 4 stars because you can tell they try and sometimes succeed. They don't skimp and their prices are fair. The people are friendly and you know they work hard. I will go to a place like this any day over a place claiming to be premium or upscale but inconsistent, or worse yet - disappointing. read more

Not a fan. We ordered from here being it was a holiday and our go to place was closed. Very disappointed. The subs where by far the worst I've ever had(including quick stop shop subs). The bread was that giant French bread you get at the grocery store that's only really fresh for about 12 hours then hard as a rock. The sub was made upside down meaning my lettuce, onion( they forgot my tomato even tho I ordered it) on the bottom and meat on top. The lettuce was brown and soggy. They also put pickles unwrapped in the box with the sub so the rock hard, chewy bread is soggy in spots. Chicken tenders where just ok,not very good and not terrible but they don't give you blue cheese with them. The sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks was burnt . All and all pricy and disappointing read more

First time and our last time. Ordered a white broccoli pizza that was bland. The worst part was that they cut the pizza with a slicer that was not clean. White broccoli had smears of BBQ sauce which ruined the pizza. The cheese on the Hawaiian pizza was not melted. Also, why does $10.00 fried ravioli not come with marinara?? read more

Gross! Ordered pizza which reminded me of Pizza Hut. Husband ordered a burger with no onion or pickled... They put both on. I ordered eggplant Rolatinie the worst I ever had. It wasn't even rolled basically it was only fried on one side then they plopped ricotta under need the layers. Plus it was under cooked. It was supposed to come with ziti on the side which they did not give. Money wasted. Best thing was the garlic bread. read more

I ordered a veggie pizza and a garden salad the other day... absolutely wonderful!! I highly recommend! The food was great!

Had it before and it was good. I just ordered a pizza and it took 57 MINUTES too arrive. Wow. I'm sure it will taste good though.

I've given them a few chances. And really, I should never have come back. I'd rather eat some "Red Baron" or "Totino's" or whatever brand of crappy do-it-at-home frozen pizza is out there. Pepperoni consistently tastes rancid, the crust waffles between "burnt", "super-burnt", and "so-soaked-in-grease-you-need-an-immediate-bypass. Also, burnt". The plus? They have Boylan's sodas... read more
