Arrived on time Were professional and started working…read moreimmediately. No time wasted Excellent installation; we are so pleased No mess and left the place in its original condition; Left is so neat and tidy No damages anywhere whatsoever Finished the job well within time - in just one day (we were told it could take up to 2 days) Quality of work is outstanding; Well worth the money! The entire team coordinated the work so well - starting from doing an assessment to dropping off the material to completing the job - it was so seamless. They are so proficient and provided excellent service. A pleasure dealing with them. They are top notch! So proud they are local . Thank you for a job well done and making our family room and 2 master closets look great!!

The person who came out babbled for half an hour before he got to measuring. We want to have almost our whole house redone, about 2400 sq ft., so a large project. He didn't have a sample we specifically requested be brought to the appointment. That was the first strike. After I received the quote, I emailed twice asking for additional quotes as we chose a different carpet. No response for 3 days. That is not acceptable. They lost our business. How could we trust the rest of the process after the bad start? We did decide on Mohawk products for both carpet and laminate flooring so they had the opportunity to install flooring for most of our house. We went with another family owned business.

It all starts with great customer service and Bryan definitely met that criteria from the onset…read more Easy to work with, very knowledgeable, came prepared with some great samples and the estimate was very reasonable estimate. It wasn't inflated like some businesses like to do. The workmanship was excellent. You can have confidence that Jose knows what he's doing and it was extra nice that he was able to move my bed and dresser which is important for many people if they can't do it themselves. My new LVP flooring in my bedroom elevated the aesthetics and the vibe. I am so pleased with how it all turned out and the whole experience was smooth and well communicated. If I ever get the chance to upgrade my floors in other rooms, I will be contacting Premier Flooring and Design.

We needed our kitchen and half bathroom floors redone as the tile was cracked and grout coming out in sharp pieces. Bryan was phenomenal in helping us pick the flooring for the kitchen. Answered all our questions and recommended flooring based on our budget. Went with an LVT in the kitchen and used leftover wood laminate from a previous job. Jose and his partner came out and installed all the flooring. You could tell they want it done right. They didn't rush. They adjusted, measured carefully. The floors look amazing! Highly recommend premier flooring!

Since then, we've run into multiple problems, and honestly, it's been incredibly frustrating. Problem 1: Promised One Thing, Got Another We chose a more expensive floor than we originally planned because we were told it had a flush stair cap trim piece. That was important to us because we wanted a seamless, flush transition at the top of the stairs -- no overlap. The flush pieces were on our order and we paid for them. But when the installers showed up, they used an L-shaped piece that created a noticeable lip. When we asked about it, they told us a flush piece didn't actually exist for that floor. So basically, we paid more based on bad information, and there's nothing they could (or would) do to fix it once the floor was already being installed. Problem 2: Boards With Permanent Marker Some of the boards that were installed have purple marker lines under the clear coating. We were told it happened during manufacturing and couldn't be cleaned. The installers admitted they should have caught it and not used those planks. They offered us a few hundred dollars off or said they could replace them, but doing so would require ripping up a large section of flooring, which could cause more damage. They planned to reuse the removed boards, even if they were damaged in the process. Since there wasn't enough extra material to replace them all we'd have to pay for additional boards ourselves if we didn't want them to reuse what they ripped out. We decided not to risk it, covered those boards with furniture and rugs, and took the discount. Problem 3: Gaps in the Hallway In the hallway, 4 boards were cut too short. So now, when the humidity changes, they shift, leaving a 1/2" gap between the floor and the shoe molding, exposing the subfloor. That's about two feet of wall with subfloor showing for half the year. They tried to fix it by gluing and nailing the boards down, but that only worked temporarily. Again, the solution offered was to tear up a big section of the floor, but with the usual warning that it might cause more damage. So once again, we left it alone. Looking back, we probably should have taken the risk of further damage and let them replace those 4 boards. It looks awful. Problem 4: Boards Separating in the Bonus Room In our large bonus room, about 20'x24', some of the boards have started separating, leaving visible gaps. At this point, I haven't even contacted them about this issue, based on how the other problems were handled, I'm not optimistic that anything helpful will come from it. So this one is on me. This year, when we replaced the floor on the main level, we went with a completely different company. When we showed them photos of the upstairs install, they were shocked and told us we should have filed formal complaints and probably could have taken it even further. Honestly, the whole process took so much time, stress, and energy that we just didn't have it in us to keep pushing. If you're considering working with them, be careful, make sure you can actually get what they promise, and keep a close eye on the installation. After reading other reviews, I'm really hoping this was just a bad install crew and that they're no longer around.
