So why did they even take the job? If they couldn't tell beforehand that it wouldn't be effective, why didn't the guy stop after he had started and let me know it wasn't working? Then after I called up the estimator to let him know the cleaning wasn't effective, he just blew me off and said well you can't expect it to look new. This company is unprofessional and takes no pride in their work. Do not hire them under any circumstances, they are basically a scam.

The same message then asked me to provide my address, email, and photos so they could prepare an estimate remotely. If an email estimate was possible, I'm not sure why an in-person appointment was necessary in the first place. I did not see the confirmation text that was sent. While I understand businesses have their own procedures, it feels inefficient -- and frankly disappointing -- to ask a customer to set aside time four days in advance, only to have the appointment canceled after the fact with the reason being a missed confirmation text. A simple phone call would have prevented this entire issue. I'm disappointed with how this was handled. If this is the level of communication and reliability before being hired, I'm concerned about what service would look like afterward. I will be looking elsewhere.
