So why did they even take the job? If they couldn't tell beforehand that it wouldn't be effective, why didn't the guy stop after he had started and let me know it wasn't working? Then after I called up the estimator to let him know the cleaning wasn't effective, he just blew me off and said well you can't expect it to look new. This company is unprofessional and takes no pride in their work. Do not hire them under any circumstances, they are basically a scam.

Instead, I received a follow up message from someone that did not provide their name less than 10min later stating that they cannot offer the service I need and I should look elsewhere. I requested clarification on what service they thought I was requesting or if in fact they are not equipped to offer it, they replied that they don't do one time cleanings. Which is not what I stated ever. This rating is based simply on poor communication and poor customer service practices.
