I though dealerships you manufacturer parts but I guess not. They did drop the price after I mentioned it but how many people trust them and are getting screwed. Also, they don't tell you until the end that there is a 2.5% surcharge for using a credit card. I didn't know business charge the surcharge for credit cards. I know businesses get charged by the credit card companies but I have never seen a business pass that to the customer. A little notice ahead of time would have been great. Anyway, I'd watch out for this place, make sure you review line by line what they are charging you for.

Almost a good buying experience…read more My wife and I purchased a brand new car at Murdoch Hyundai last week. Overall, the dealership experience was fine - everybody was friendly and curteous as one would expect them to be and the finance guy was actually decent and didn't try to puch a bunch of extras on us. My problem was with the salesperson, Adah. She was friendly and responsive but was virtually clueless about the options and features of the vehicle we were planning to purchase. She thought the 147 horespower Hyundai Kona had "about 300 horsepower". She said the vehicle we bought (Kona N-Line S) had adaptive cruise control which it didn't on that trim level. She said the navigation works without a phone being paired which it doesn't. She suggested that there is no need to follow the 7500 mile oil change interval specified by Hyundai and instead said "most people just stretch it out to 10,000 miles". WHAT!!! Why would recommend I void my warranty??? She said window Tinting would be done on Tuesday - it was done on Thursday. Basically, I felt everything coming out of her mouth was just a guess that she was comfortable presenting as fact. Overall, I have no problem with the dealership but having a salesperson make so many mistakes misrepresenting / incorrectly representing a vehicle is unacceptable.

I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

Matts were in the car on the lot and sales rep said no extra charge yet not true once again. Full clear bra for $2,285.00. This is a $5.00 piece of plastic put on your hood and on door handles. Absolutely worthless. Would you in your right mind pay that money for all of that? Full standard tint. $614.49 double what you would pay elsewhere and not wanted. Here is my warning. None of these people working there care about you ,your deal or even being honest with their customers. They misrepresented the product to me, and took advantage of my trust in them. Now this is just my opinion and coming from a point I can't prove now and may not be the case, however I believe the I pad was altered after signing or the display just does not give you a full picture of what your signing. My warning to you is this . there not your friends in there. despite the smiling faces and howdy partner You will have to fight for the deal. Do not sign anything you don't understand or sign in a fast manner on the I pad. Make them give you a copy of all paper work you will be signing before the I pad gets put in front of you to do the final signing. That is a must due the actions of this dealership in the past. I pawned my bad deal off to a sales rep that works for my company and went to Car Max and got a better deal on about the same Honda at 150.00 a month less, $8000 less and its a touring with only 5000 miles on it. At least go there first. before going to any young Honda dealership. I,am sure they have classes on how to stick it to you and are incentives . car max sales reps are not on commission.
