Overall, the dealership experience was fine - everybody was friendly and curteous as one would expect them to be and the finance guy was actually decent and didn't try to puch a bunch of extras on us. My problem was with the salesperson, Adah. She was friendly and responsive but was virtually clueless about the options and features of the vehicle we were planning to purchase. She thought the 147 horespower Hyundai Kona had "about 300 horsepower". She said the vehicle we bought (Kona N-Line S) had adaptive cruise control which it didn't on that trim level. She said the navigation works without a phone being paired which it doesn't. She suggested that there is no need to follow the 7500 mile oil change interval specified by Hyundai and instead said "most people just stretch it out to 10,000 miles". WHAT!!! Why would recommend I void my warranty??? She said window Tinting would be done on Tuesday - it was done on Thursday. Basically, I felt everything coming out of her mouth was just a guess that she was comfortable presenting as fact. Overall, I have no problem with the dealership but having a salesperson make so many mistakes misrepresenting / incorrectly representing a vehicle is unacceptable.

I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

When I removed it, it downs work as a stand alone key fob and the key fob I was given no longer works. Shady, shady, shady....

The vehicle is personally owned by a manager, not the business. I was told this along with since it's his personal vehicle he doesn't need to sell it. Note that I am not unhappy my offer wasn't taken, what is wrong is to sell a personal vehicle and represent it as dealer owned. Then on top of it, they want a dealer doc fee. In CO when you buy a vehicle from a person there is nothing needed but a signed title, the seller doesn't collect taxes, or do any other paperwork. What kind of scam is this place running. I have to say the salesman was doing good, for a used car salesman, but these businesses practices of selling personal vehicles not even owned by the dealership and charging doc fees, etc. is extremely sus. I'd avoid this dealer at all costs, nothing different or better or worse than any other dealer.....sad.

I think my Dr. calls them a "Wellness Visit" when I see him but I think that saying works well for making sure my car is in good shape too! I had a young man named Kelten Christensen as my service advisor and thought he did a great job making sure my cars needs were taken care of. I'd gladly have him help me again next time. To top things off after the service part was done they washed my car and did a really good job. Not just a hose it off wash but actually made my car look nice! I also had a 3 year warranty of which the bank that owns my car told me that the warranty should cover the transmission. Rich's cars n credit has lied and told me that it doesn't cover it. I've been way too nice holding back my review and honest opinion, but I just simply can't anymore. Save yourself and buy from someone else!

I stopped by Wilson Used Cars Thursday late afternoon, and my wife walked the lot for 30 minutes and nobody came out to greet us. We thought about going to the new car lot but decided if they didn't have time for us @ one lot why would it be different. We try to see him on Saturday, but didn't get responses, came into town, got a message just prior to our arrival, We decided after three different poor experiences here with different dealerships in the valley, we decided to try in Salt Lake City. Here is what I expected: be treated like a valued customer (I mean I'm wasn't going to spend a lot of money but work with me). Just because I wasn't going to buy a $60,000 car treat me like I was. Take the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Give me options. Don't expect me to pay MSRP. Two of the three dealerships here, must be doing well enough to gouge customers and have customers pay full price but I didn't. The third, could not be bothered because we wondered the lot for 30 minutes and not one salesperson came out to talk to us. I waited in the waiting room for about 45 minutes and my car came around for pickup. Oil was changed, car was washed and a tech inspect was completed. They found a loose battery cable on the tech inspection and tightened it up probably saving me a dead battery later. They only charged me for the oil change, but went above and beyond to look out for me and my car. Business was clean and friendly. Will definitely go back. Great service! Hard to find.
