well I had transmission issues and needed a local mechanic shop to Inspect my transmission. Well…read morethey ended up saying they needed to replace the transmission. after getting the car back, I inspected the work they did and my steering wheel was completely crooked, they lost a center cap to one of my rims, and when they reattached the subframe it wasn't aligned properly and missing two transmission bolts. I do not recommend this shop at all. with the cost of what I had to pay, everything should have been put together correctly and no bolts or center caps should have been missing. Do not take your vehicle here. Plus it was in the shop for a little over a month. the owner was very nice but his technicians need to go back to school.

I stopped by Wilson Used Cars Thursday late afternoon, and my wife walked the lot for 30 minutes and nobody came out to greet us. We thought about going to the new car lot but decided if they didn't have time for us @ one lot why would it be different. We try to see him on Saturday, but didn't get responses, came into town, got a message just prior to our arrival, We decided after three different poor experiences here with different dealerships in the valley, we decided to try in Salt Lake City. Here is what I expected: be treated like a valued customer (I mean I'm wasn't going to spend a lot of money but work with me). Just because I wasn't going to buy a $60,000 car treat me like I was. Take the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Give me options. Don't expect me to pay MSRP. Two of the three dealerships here, must be doing well enough to gouge customers and have customers pay full price but I didn't. The third, could not be bothered because we wondered the lot for 30 minutes and not one salesperson came out to talk to us. I really, really wanted to support local businesses and be treat me like a Family Member. It just didn't happen. Thank You Miller Toyota in Murray

They told us we needed to replace the ignition coil and spark plugs and that would solve the problem. After charging almost $900 the code came back in less than a month. We took our car back in and they told us they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and to come pick it up. We asked for a list of tests they ran and the results. We got a small list but no results. A simple search from chat gpt told us what the problem could be and easy tests that could be run to confirm it. Two other mechanics confirmed that they could have run a simple test to confirm the head gasket was bad as well. Now we get to pay another mechanic to diagnose it and replace the head gasket after already wasting $900 with carsmart.

Very disappointing experience -- buyers beware…read more I purchased a truck from this dealership less than a month ago and put fewer than 1,000 miles on it before the engine failed. The engine was ultimately found to have a bolt inside cylinder #1. Based on the evidence and the vehicle's service history, we believe the bolt was left in the engine during previous maintenance performed by the dealership service department. That foreign object ultimately caused catastrophic engine damage, leaving me facing the cost and hassle of replacing the engine shortly after purchasing the truck. What has been even more disappointing is how this dealership handled the situation. I reached out to them expecting them to at least take the situation seriously and work with me toward a reasonable solution. Instead, they were essentially unwilling to help. Not offering to take a look at the truck or report the only thing they offered was a $50 gift card, which is completely inadequate considering the circumstances and the $6,000 cost of the engine replacement. I understand that used vehicles can have problems, but having an engine fail less than a month after purchase and after fewer than 1,000 miles is extremely frustrating. What makes it worse is feeling like the dealership has no interest in standing behind the vehicle or helping resolve the situation. They only seem to care about profit and margins rather than current and future customers. Future buyers should be aware of this experience before purchasing a vehicle here.

My point here is the fact that they brought the repair in almost $200 less than what was originally quoted. Thank you to the dealership for being honest, efficient and trustworthy.
