Just a continuation of my last post. Paul insisted the tech told him my low tire light came on because there was large variation in temperature. As a reminder the weather was: Sunday 83°/70°; Monday 83°/69°; Tuesday 81°/73°; Wednesday 83°/74° and Thursday 85°/75°. He doesn't use common sense. Paul said the tech took each tire off and examined it and saw no problems. Now I'm not a automotive tech, but I think the issue with the tire was probably caused by the huge nail in my back right tire. Went in for a test drive after having a good conversation with Bill. I felt good coming in and was introduced to Zeeshan. He showed me a couple of passport models and I took one for a spin. After the test drive we spoke numbers and I told him I would consider it with my wife who would probably want to come in to drive it as well as this would be a family purchase, I felt pretty good with how things transpired. The next day was completely different. Zeeshan did not introduce himself to my wife or son. He rarely spoke to anyone other than myself. Very demeaning to my wife. When she asked where the bathroom was for my son, he said "of course, dear". I don't even call her that. When discussing numbers, he called my wife "Mrs. Paul". Seriously?? She has a name. When discussing what model was right for us, he said that my wife would pick out the color and then she would be happy. Sensing a trend here? While they waited in the car because the dealership was a bit too crowded for comfort, I briefly spoke with his manager John who tried to explain why the Honda website is inaccurately reflecting prices. I texted Zeeshan the next day and he said what I was looking for was unrealistic but he would counter with something when he contacted his manager. I never heard back. Zeeshan needs to attend some sensitivity training and learning how to treat the opposite gender as he would his own. We are now proud owners of a new Honda, just not from this dealership! read more

The bad side of Millenium Honda is that when you try to schedule a service for the car you spend the whole day there. Im just going to keep it short because these guys aren't even worthy of a lengthy bad review. Obviously we all know that dealerships try to milk you for as much as they can but man are these guys theives. Bought a 2019 honda civic from them 2 years ago and thankfully its a great car but they scammed me for it big time. saw it in the lot and the sticker said 17,000 miles and they wanted 30k for it which is a little steep but not terrible. i go to take it for a test drive and the odometer said 32,000... so from the very beginning something was wrong but they assured me theyd lower it down to 27,000 dollars. so i went through with it, sat there with their main sales guy i cant remember his name something patel. we sit there for hours him drawing writing out some numbers on a piece of paper and using a calculator.. all just some bullshit tactics car salesmen use. finally comes time to swipe my card and they needed a down payment of 4,000 which i payed. a week later i get the full bill of the car and its 30,000 and my downpayment didnt even go towards the car. after many phone calls and many complaints i ultimately am stuck paying more than agreed apon and they stole my downpayment. this place is crooked. dont make the same mistake that i did. buy a car somewhere else. read more

Went in to the Honda Service Center so they could change ONE tire last week. Waited two hours for a new one, then they said it wasn't in stock. Ok, no problem. Is what it is. Asked when can I come back for it? Come tomorrow and we'll have it for you. I called the next day, they said they had it. Great. My brother goes for them to change the tire. He gets there, they act all stupid and realize no one placed the fuckin order for the tire. Fine whatever. Mind you we live 40 minutes away in Queens and our car is running with a donut on it. Not ideal but can't do shit about it. Wait a week, my parents go back expecting them to have it which they do. They leave the car there at Honda Service Center, come back two hours later which they said it would take two hours, to find the car in the same spot we left it. It NEVER moved. At this point they're like what the fuck? They go in, and are told it's not our fault you didn't go to where we told you to go. Okay, so you're just gonna let the car sit there in the same spot all day and no one is gonna ask anything? This was my parents first time ever there, and they're not young. They got dicked around like idiots and that's not cool. Then some lady came into handle the situation, I assume the manager, and got my parents their tire changed an hour later. At that point I could have CHANGED THE TIRED MYSELF AND CURED CORONA VIRUS. 3 HOURS for a damn tire change bro? Really? I did it myself in 15 minutes, are you dumb? Firstly I've been leasing from this dealership for years. Leasing two cars at a time when a particular salesman was there. After the first couple of deals with him he got to know what I wanted each time and that I didn't want to waste my time with senseless add-ons with a leased car. Every time I would walk in there I felt like my attitude always changed from being happy to hating the fake smiles and "can I help you". I went there to possibly purchase my car since I had very low miles and the new lease and finance rates are insane. Let's cut to the chase it didn't happen because they hike up the prices on everything either way. Long story short I went with the same dealer who I used every time and he beat their prices by a lot. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Shop around and I will bet you that will work out in your favor. Also a little FYI when actually making a deal on the price you are good with. Do your math and remember with a lease you are only paying the depreciation of the vehicle. Another tidbit, when you sit down with the finance manager they will try and tell you that your tier "A" "1" whatever they try and call it was lower then they thought. It's bullshit especially after they ran your credit when making the deal before going onto sitting with finance. They will say to you that you actually had a tier 4 and that they were able to get you to a tier 2. They will then go on to say how they fought for the new tier but you payment went up so you can either put more down lmfao or take the new monthly payment. At that time you get up and say good bye. I took my car there on Tuesday dropped it off at 7:18am had a 7:30 appointment. I informed the advisor of the issue that my struts were leaking oil. He told me that under warranty that they could only change one at time. Because thats the policy. I called at 1pm they said he was on the phone he would call me back at 1:45pm no call back. My husband called at 1:50pm. 10 mins later at 2pm he returned my husbands call. My husband said it's been 7 hours he said I told her it would take-a while. No he didn't tell me that at all. I get there at 2:30 he says they put it in the car bay when your your husband called we need 20 more mins. I asked him what was taking so long I had an appointment he said there were cars from the day before. I sat in the waiting area. I was speaking to my husband on the phone he comes over and says your struts are leaking back passenger rear and driver rear. I ordered the part it will be here Thursday. I said do you think they can do both struts in one day he said I will try. Then I asked do they have a courtesy vehicle he said no we have none. I said how long will it take he said no more then 2 hours. Thursday got there at 6:30am first online they open at 7am they didn't open until 7:10 I pulled in. i went into see the advisor. I said the parts department called yesterday the parts are here He said yes I know. i asked if you had one strut the other day why didn't you change that one he said it wasn't leaking to much and if we change it and send it to Honda and they don't think it was leaking enough we wouldn't get reimbursed. I asked about the shuttle to take me to work he said they come in and say shuttle at 8am. it's 8:10 I go to ask the lady called someone they said 10 mins. Now I'm getting ready to leave work I call at 2:30 he is on a break he will call you back. Three o'clock come he calls I said I will be there by 3:30 he said we will need a little more time. now I'm rrally pissed off another 8 1/2 hours. I get there at 3:30 he is standing in the bay chatting. He saw me saw they me check your car he comes back to say we need 20 more mins. Now it's 3:55 I go to the window sign the papers wait outsode for 10 mins for them to bring my car. A lady drives my car down I asked her to wait so I could look to see if the lock for my wheels was in the car. She asked is it there I said No. She said, go inside and speak to your service advisor Steven. I go inside and said the lock for my wheels is not in my car. He says give me a minute let me go get it. He goes to get it. He brings it to me and says, is this the lock. My response was, I don't know it was in the middle of the car and now it's not there he walks outside. He tries it hand it to me and says OK here it is. Have a good night. Now the other issue with that is, if I didn't ask for it, I wouldn't have been able to take the wheels off my car if I need to change the tires because them being irresponsible by not putting it back to in the car. I would honestly say don't go to millennium Honda. This service sucks. It takes eight hours to do a check to see if something is wrong with the car. All they have is excuses. Oh, there it caused from the night before you know what if you can't finish because from the night before you should find a better system than booking appointments the next day. Looking to trade in my Lexus for a pre owed Pilot, I was recommend to go to Millennium Honda after a horrible experience at the Manhassett Honda. My salesman- Wilber, and the Manager Matt were absolutely amazing. From start to finish they were helpful, supportive, patient, understanding, & ultimately the only reason I stayed with this dealership after the following incident with their GM. I put a $500 deposit to hold the car to pick up the following Sunday. I called the Friday prior to find out how much I owe & was told a number to have my bank check created with. After waiting 5 HOURS- Upon signing my paperwork, that was also all signed by Honda, I was told a different # that I owed. When I questioned, it was realized that Millennium honda had my initial deposit incorrect. This issue was brought to their GM- Mauricio. Instead of taking accountability for their oversight, which wouldn't have been a problem for me- accidents happen & I would have had no problem paying the almost $3500 difference, Mauricio went on a misogynistic tirade in front of my fiance & ultimately expressed that it's my fault and I should have saw the discrepancy. He bullied me, degraded me, and made me feel inferior as he consistently interrupted me while I was speaking, told me I can "pay or I don't get the keys" told me he will cut my registration & not provide a title- & so on & so forth. One discount I had was because my father is a fallen officer, after describing why I thought a number was a certain way due to this discount, Mauricio went on to tell me, (after my fiancé continuously was advocating for me, sticking up for me, questioning the stories were being told- he ultimately questioned him about a customer service standard) that he's a father of 2 which is beyond inappropriate and disheartening to tell a 28 year old woman who just expressed to you her father passed away. All in all, he treated me absolutely disgusting. Made me feel less than, & made my car buying experience horrible. I drove away in my new car crying. I elevated this to corporate but was disappointed to hear that they let all issues be handled in house. After driving from out of state with cash in hand to purchase what was supposed to be a mint condition car the car looked like hell. Awful! Who runs this place? I took my car here to get a noise checked out. The car is only less than 2 months old. I brought it brand new from a different dealership. The only reason I came here was because this place was closer to my house. They said they would call me in couple of days with the diagnostics. I left the car here since I don't have time to come back. That was Thursday morning. Tuesday afternoon and I haven't heard back anything. No updates or communication. I called them. They said they don't know what's wrong since they didn't even check it! I said I want my car back and they gave a vague response saying not sure if the car is in drivable condition since the engineer may have already started working on it and they would call me first thing Wednesday morning with the update. Wednesday morning, still no call. I called them and they still haven't checked my car yet! I went in immediately and took my car back. You kept my car for 4 full days(excluding Sunday), and didn't even bother to check it? I was out of car for four days. You wasted my time and money for nothing. Why keep the car if you don't even care to check it? If you don't wanna help, at least show some respect to your customer's time. I am so happy I didn't buy my car from a place like this and hopefully I never have to interact with this place in future. I promise everyone reading this review that I am not one to give bad reviews or use my personal time to write such reviews. It is just that I do not want anyone to SUFFER the same things I had to go through with Millennium Honda. It started off with me purchasing my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback in June of 2018. The process of purchasing it was a breeze, I try to negotiate but the fact is the car isn't as negotiable as a higher priced car. After purchasing it, I loved my vehicle. Honda engineering is seriously something else. I loved the look of the car, the feel, the speed, honestly the perfect car for me. A car guy starting off buying his first fresh off the lot car. It all started going down hill with the service department. You see, I purchased their third party guarantees which was the tire replacement and their dent and dings guarantees. Fortunately, I was able to use the tire replacement three times. New York roads are the worst. BUT TWO OF THOSE TIMES WERE AT THIS HONDA FACILITY. When I went to change my tire since I had a massive bubble, millennium's service depart would refuse to change it, saying they would charge me EVEN THOUGH BUBBLES ARE PART OF THE CONTRACT. So I took it to Honda City service (not that much of an upgrade from Millennium). As for the dents and dings, I used it once and they couldn't even take the dent full out. After the third month of having my car I notice another small "dime" sized dent which is fully within the size that the contract states AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT FIX DENTS ANYMORE. When, I was having issues with my headlights, even though I was under the 36,000 3-year warranty, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $300 JUST TO LOOK AT THE VEHICLE THAT WAS HAVING A FACTORY ISSUE. All and all, the service is a shame for the amazing engineered vehicles that Honda puts out. EVEN AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL OF THAT I DID NOT GO ON HERE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, THIS IS WHAT PUSHED ME OVER THE EDGE. About 6 weeks ago I get involved into an accident and thanks to Honda engineering, I came out perfectly fine and the car was able to keep me safe. Unfortunately, the car was totalled. After having a terrible experience with Honda, I purchased another vehicle from another manufacturer just because of me not wanting to relive theses experiences. From the time I purchased my vehicle, to the time it was totalled was 18 months or so. I had the two guarantee programs I mentioned earlier for 5 years. So out of the 72 months I paid for I only used 18. Four weeks ago, I go into Honda after speaking to the financial manager to get this resolved and get my refund since I spoke with him over the phone and said it won't be a problem. When I arrive the next morning, THE MANAGER STATES HE DOES NOT REMEMBER SPEAKING TO ME. Even though he stated something so ridiculous, he continued with my process of cancelling my guarantees. After about thirty minutes of him trying to tell me to get another honda so he can transfer these guarantees over to another vehicle, he fills out the paper work and tells me that it should take 4 to 6 weeks and I can check with the third party to see if they have sent out my check by then. 4 weeks go by, I call the third party company, THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF PAPER WORK IN REGARDS TO MY CANCELLATION. This means if I didn't get a copy of my cancellation THAT THE MANAGER SAID "I DIDN'T NEED" I wouldn't have been able to cancel these guarantees. FINALLY, save your hard earned money and find a dealership you can trust wholeheartedly. Please read this and do not go through the same things I went through and don't give these crooks your money. read more

Took my car at 9AM to Millennium Honda for routine oil change and state inspection. I figured it would take 2-2.5 hrs. After 3 hrs, I was told they are not sure how much longer. After 4 hours, lady told me my car is next. Got my oil change and inspection done after 5.5 hrs!!!! RIDICULOUS! I wasn't the only one waiting that long either! At first I had trouble reaching anyone at service dept via main line (despite several tries on different days and connecting with operator) (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but I was able to easily make appointment online and was assigned to service advisor Tom K. Once I called again and asked for advisor by name, I was immediately connected and he was patient and resolved all of my questions. In person he was just as helpful, carefully going through the paperwork and getting my car's recall and oil change/tire rotation done promptly same day. He even helped me get a more reasonable price. Another reviewer mentions the 3% credit add- that's basically par for the course at many businesses these days to afford credit card company fees to the business. There were signs all over making it clear, and I was also advised at cashier and told I could avoid fee by paying debit. Overall a positive experience and I will return for service and specifically ask for Tom. 5 stars for Tom. 4 stars only for the initial attempts to reach general service line without success. read more

Yesterday night, in the evening, a friend of mine was trying to check out SUVs to replace his Camaro, as he's starting a family after his Military discharge along the strip of Franklin Ave. After the Dodge dealership, he decided to head into Millennium Honda to check out the CRV-EX-L, we were helped by a sales rep named Edgar. He showed us the car and thoroughly knew all the details of the car in terms of options, safety features and the new technology. We decided to get a price of the vehicle. After a while, Edgar shows up with finance options and a price before taxes and fees at 39K to almost 40K. We were perplexed at the prices as their website showcases different prices for the models they have at around 36K to 37K. We asked where those numbers were coming from, wondering if they were from included packages, features, options, etc. He calls his sales manager over to go over it with us asking what we would like to do and how to get the price down. We went over military discounts and some other types. But I decided to ask where the price 39k came from, and the Manager stated that it was MSRP. I answered that the website's MSRP is 36kish. He then responded that too was MSRP and that they could charge whatever they want, and that legally they had to write down 36kish on the website by law. He started berating us and ask us if we knew what MSRP meant and then started yelling and questioning who gave us the price of 39k, because the actual price is actually 42k. I stated, why would you guys be changing prices like this as I wanted an answer on where they are coming up with the numbers. The manager stated that we need to check Truecar, that we don't know what we're talking about and then stated that they don't even have any version of the car right now. He said "good luck finding cars, if you don't like it go shop somewhere else online then". After a few back and forth, I decided to tell my friend that we should go. Mind you, that this argument was loud, other customers were looking at us and trying to discern what was happening. In the background, other employees were laughing with each other. As we leave the parking lot, my friend checks the value on True car, and it still reflects what they have on the website, so we still have no idea what the actual price of the car was with all the shenanigans being thrown around. In all, we left really pissed and aggravated, because we were just shopping around, we just wanted to know the price of the car. But they have really lost a customer with that attitude. I do feel bad for our sales rep Edgar as he was just standing there in awe of what was going on. My car's A/C died only blowing warm air and I wanted to bring it in to fix it under the new extended warranty they gave me because most of the 2020 CRV were having issues of leaking compressors . I made any appointment for 9:45 and brought it in on time. They informed me that diagnostics could take 3-4 hours. After 4 hours I asked about my car and no one had an answer. They had no idea if it was looked at or fixed. Another hour went by and still no answer. I went to the "big boss" to ask what the hell is going on (I banged on his glass box of an office). He said he will look into it. By 5 hours and 15 minutes the big boss said that they will now look at my car. WTF really they haven't even looked at my car. Now they wanted me to leave it overnight but I only have one car in my family. I left and now I still have no AC in my car and the temps are around 85. There was another man there that said that he is bringing in his car for tire sensors going off without a change in tire pressure for the 11th time. Finally now that it has been the 11th time Honda is willing to change the sensors. Another woman was there for an oil change which took 3 hours. It is a shit show. It's been one week since Millennium Honda gave me that bogus email address asking me to contact them regarding my issue. It's also been one month of me calling and going up there trying to resolve this $420.00 bill. At this point I'm going to contact the owner of the actual dealership, I got his name from a friend of mine that used to work there, and that's all I need to find his email and other contact information. Started out with a Horrible experience. Waited over an hour and a half just to drop off the car. I made an appointment in advance for a recall on my CR-V and Pilot. I had a 9:30 appointment... I got on line at 9:15, at 10:45 I was still waiting on line. People with appointments should really take priority and should have their own line. They need a better system there. They did do their best to have the recall inspected in a reasonable amount of time. So I do appreciate them trying to make it right. Waiting on that line was an aggravating waste of time, so be prepared, even with an appointment you will wait. read more

Roach motel! You might get in, but you won't get out! This place has gone downhill severely. I'm not even discussing the quality of the service or the friendliness of the staff. Communication is key and time is money. Here, they will take your car in quickly but don't expect to get it back. Several people in the waiting room complaining that their cars have been there for days with no communication from the technicians. NOT GOOD. When I threatened to take my car, then I was told it was next. Why couldn't I be told that before? Was I only next because they didn't want to lose my business and now some other person who came before me has to wait even longer? Why don't they have a system to communicate where you are in the process? They didn't offer a loaner car and there is no shuttle. So YOU might not even get out of this place! Worst dealership ever. I leased a Civic from here and financed a CRV when my lease ended. They told me multiple times I wouldn't owe anything on the Civic when I returned it and then I get a bill for $533 a couple weeks later for various fees including a turn-in fee. I've gone into the dealership and called several times about this problem and NEVER receive a call back from the Used Car Sales Manager Matt Buckvar. I'm always told they'll take care of it and then nothing happens. Furthermore, when I was originally at the dealership to purchase the CRV I caught several mistakes in my contract. They first didn't even include the $500 deposit I gave them and did not finance through the institution I was choosing. Instead, they put that I was financing through Honda financial services, which I told them more than once that I was not due to the high interest rate. If I hadn't caught these mistakes in my paperwork my monthly payments would be much higher than they should've been. This dealership is extremely shady and unreliable. Save yourself the headache and don't go here!!! read more

SCAM!!! Scammers- we just got rid of our car to get something more affordable- came here where we purchased another vehicle previously and had a good experience. We saw three vehicles and was ready to lease one that day. We even called and confirmed the leasing prices on the website, over the phone and via text message. Once we got there we were told this was not the price and found that they marked up the vehicles by 20k and was told this was normal. They do not honor the price on their website or over the phone. A waste of time and money - we had the funds for the taxes and fees ready and paid $120 to travel here. All they care about is a sale- go anywhere else. read more

Complete disregard for customers. Buy anywhere but here! We wanted to buy out our lease since we were told no new cars were available. Given the run around with 3 different prices. It wasn't until I asked for it in writing that they got serious - mire than $2000 higher than original quote. Went to the bank to get a check and waited a further hour for "the manager" was available to finish the paperwork. He/ she never materialized. We left with the check. read more
