I honestly believe in customer service. I feel it's what makes any business great. Let's just say, I've never been so unhappy with any business place. I went to the shop because it was close to my house. I was having problems closing my Hood. I went there and a mechanic looked at my car and said I needed a latch. He gave me an estimate. He said once I leave a deposit he would order the part. I went back a week later and left the deposit. REMEMBER this is all in OCTOBER. I left my deposit $40, since part was only $60 I left my address phone number was told I would get a call when the part arrives. I forgot all about it because my Hood isn't something I open all the time. Now December comes and I'm like Ooooo Yea. So I stopped by the shop. I see the manager Anthony and the same mechanic. They are telling me a deposit was never left. They where never told are giving anything. Now I'm baffled. So a entire receipt and $40 is no where to be found. Ironic I thought to myself. I had misplaced my receipt. But still I thought to myself there must be some record. So I left the shop confused and unhappy. I returned a week later and saw the girl there that I gave my money to. She found the receipt and that I left $40. She looked at Anthony and told him that she is sorry she didn't tell him. The saddest part about this is that Anthony couldn't even get himself to apologize about the inconvenience. I said to myself okay she found it, order the part. That's fine with me. When I went in October the part cost quoted to me was $60 and $20 to install. Yet, they ordered a part. No one ever called me to say it came. Actually no one even bother to call and say. We quoted you $60 in October now the part was $80 and we will charge you $40 to install the part plus tax. This is my FIRST and VERY last time going back to this place. It's APPARENT that communication isn't their best. Within their workers and customers. I just honestly wish things could have went better. Or that they even pretended that they cared. Anthony his mannerism needs working on. I got to the shop this morning. I said let me go and see if anything would change. I walked in. I was practically ignored. Took Anthony 2 minutes before he even addressed me. He took the key and I took a seat. David the owner walked in... said hello. At this point I wasn't sure who he was. Anthony motioned to me 45 min later that my car was ready. Total was $138.50 I handed him my card. He put it back on the counter. For me that's bad manners. I got my receipt and before I walked out. I addressed Anthony. I said thank you but for the future communication is key. I said the least you could have said was sorry, or even tried to work something out. I didn't mind spending the money. It could have been $300 I would spend it if the service was good. David the owner hears me talking to Anthony. I explained to him the ordeal and all he said is "We are working on it". I told them Happy New Years thank you and I walked out. I had them open my hood and close it back just to make sure it was fine. I got in the car and was driving off then I heard a tap on my car. I stopped checked my mirror and I see David calling me back. I reversed wind my window down to see why he had to say. He put his hand out to me and introduce himself and said he was David and the manager. I said nice to meet you. He said he would like to offer me a coupon for a free oil change, and see what he can do. I simply told him thank you. But I solved the problem. I fixed my hood. I don't need a coupon for free oil change. I said to him. He had the chance while I was in the shop speaking to him to redeem his business. Instead he waited until I almost drove off the lot to try and Work things out. Overall, I wish I had a better experience. I hate being the person to give a bad review. I just hope this is something they will look into. It would have been great to have a nice mechanic close to home.

The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

I probably should have researched this "business" before hand, but I couldn't find information online about them, which leads me to believe that they have much to hide and I would venture are probably quite shady. That should have been a big enough red flag to run the other way, but I didn't rely on my instincts, unfortunately - so, caveat emptor my friends ! We made a deal FOR THE ASKING PRICE on a vehicle, and I was assured that the deal would be honored and was told that I would receive the vehicle after some repairs were completed. With their full knowledge, I moved money out of a retirement account to make the purchase, and subsequently now have to pay taxes on that amount. I also instituted an insurance policy for the vehicle so I could drive it off the lot, at great expense. I receive a call form these untrustworthy people (the salesperson had someone else make the phone call, probably because he didn't want to receive my wrath) the day before I'm supposed to pick up the vehicle, informing me that they sold the vehicle out from under me, leaving me with costs, aggravation, and wasted time. The sales person, "Jake" (if that's his real name, they don't even put their names on their business card) and his "father" run this "business", I was told, but now I have my doubts about everything that transpired. It also appears that they are doing business under the "Car Guru" name I would STRONGLY suggest that you do business ANYWHERE BUT WITH THIS, I BELIEVE TO BE UNRELIABLE, UNTRUTHFUL, BAND OF SHADOWY & DUPLICITOUS PHONIES !!! Also, according to them, they own a couple other auto related businesses nearby, so I'd be very careful who you're dealing with near here.

I returned the third day having obtained insurance and other records. When I arrived the female manager told me they were "giving" me the extended warranty. When I read the contracts there was a line item for $2,000 for the extended warranty and the price of the vehicle was now $10,800 making my $7,995 car $12,800. I said "who asked for the extended warranty?" She told me "The finance company requires it because it's an older vehicle, and they find that when people are paying for repairs, they don't make payments" I said "Ok that's the most absurd thing I've ever heard, but let's table that for the moment, let's move to the price". They looked confused, they said "the price was $11,500 we knocked it down to $10,800 for you" They showed me on online listing for $11,500. I pointed to the salesman who I had seen 2 days earlier and confirmed the price with and he looked like a deer in the headlights and kept his head down mostly. I went outside to clear my head. I went into my email and found the actual listing for $7995. Then I called the finance company who told me that they would not require someone to purchase an extended warranty. I put the finance company on speakerphone and went back into the dealership. "The manager went into the bosses glass walled office for 2 seconds and came back out and said to me "Oh, you're right they don't require the extended warranty on THAT vehicle". I said "no, no.... They don't require it on ANY vehicle so let's not do that". Then I pulled up the actual listing on my phone for $7,995 and presented that. I really needed the vehicle or else I would have just walked out in the first 2 minutes. Finally, they removed the $2000 extended warranty and changed the price back to $7,995. I'd say if you wanna buy a car here, just be careful and don't let them bully you. If you want to buy a car there, let me know and I'll go with you. This place is why car lots will soon be a thing of the past and online models like Carvana, and Carmax, along with independent car brokers will be the norm sooner rather than later. One star here is ok, because I do like the car. The front headlight is out which they offered to fix, but, how do you sell a car with a headlight out ? Whacky stuff. At the end of the day I got what I wanted. Here's the thing though, which they will never understand unfortunately, I brought someone with me that day, who is looking to purchase a used car for their 16 year old son. When we walked in, he picked up a business card, when All this was going down, he put the business card back!! See, if you just operate honestly, your business will grow, when you don't, it shrinks... that's just the facts. They effectively turned 2 repeat customers into 0 repeat customers in one hour. I hope someone there learns this lesson at some point. Also, if you just put the price of the car on the vehicle while it's on the lot... but they don't so they can manipulate the price whenever they feel like it.

I use to come here a lot when I lived in the area but decided to go today when my guy out East was to busy to do my oil change and I couldn't leave my car with him. You pull up front but go around the back of the building. They guaranteed 10 minute oil changes and believe me they delivered. Unfortunately I pay $100 per oil change because my car uses synthetic oil. So I'm not reviewing about price, I'm reviewing about after the oil change. They give you a ticket to go next door for a car wash. That's great. You get a fresh clean car inside and outside. I like this place. I would come here again if I was in a bind, but I like my regular guy even if he doesn't offer a car wash because he includes the filter. However there was an up-charge for oil filters for specific car models which I wasn't quite aware of. So I wouldn't expect the groupon deal to cover all of the costs if I were you. The mechanic does seem pretty knowledgeable however and did end up filling up the fluids especially brake fluids that I neglected to check was low at the time when I went in. Although their quick in-and-out model isn't no replacement for a good and qualified dedicated mechanic to look after your car if you're not maintaining it yourself, they serve their purpose of quick oil changes well and really as advertises. I would recommend the place if you have some basic car maintain knowledge and is just looking for a quick oil change so you wouldn't have to do it yourself.
