EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!! I was currently renting a vehicle from Enterprise when I started to look into purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales. A former employee recommended Enterpise Car Sales and a current employee (Amir) recommended that I contact Leon. About two weeks after my first call to Leon, I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry with low miles and a good price...I LOVE IT!!! I initially had my heart set on purchasing an SUV but that wasn't the best vehicle for my current situation. I was so blessed that I was able to get approved with little down!!! The office is a very kid friendly environment especially when my two energetic toddlers were there. Carline was such a great help as well and super, super patient with my children and I. She was an active listener and made sure that I had everything that I had wanted in a vehicle. Leon, Carline, & Pedro are always there to answer any questions. They took care of all the paperwork and I also received the carax as I requested. My car was transported from Huntington, NY so I was unable to drive it home that night but that was ok. The website had stated a lesser mileage amount than what the car had so I received an oil change as well (Thank you Pedro). I wish it came with a full tank of gas but a half tank is better than the quarter tank I received it with. I wasn't satisfied with the detail that was done on the car but Leon made sure that it was done again and to my liking...EXCELLENT DETAIL!!! Having spoken to us for about five minutes he figured out our need and went out of his way to ensure that we were fully satisfied in acquiring what we had set our sights on. Mr. Ferraro displays a unique ability to be outgoing, maintain a high level of integrity, and is very personable in all his dealings. He is a hard working (not hardly :) working), caring, and respectable young man. His experience coupled with his job knowledge are valuable tools of his trade that he possesses. His diligence and commitment enabled us to close on the deal on the car without any snags or delays, as a matter of fact, he went beyond his work schedule to help us out. I have no second thoughts on recommending him and his services to family and friends. On an another note, I would also like to make a special mention of Miss Lori Henry, who too was very pleasant and helped us through the financial aspect of the deal with no strings attached. I LOOOVE these guys! Carline is great. She's knowledgeable about her inventory and cars in general. She really wants to help. She wasn't shoving cars down my throat and trying to make me buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford. And because they have a no haggle policy, you really don't feel like you are buying something you can't afford. Plus, most people go in prequalified and if you are like me and are going through your credit union, you probably aren't spending more than you can afford anyway. I like the team there because they are strongly represented by women and I didn't feel like I had been dipped in a bath of testosterone. Ladies, you know what I mean if you have ever gone car shopping. A sales force full of men can overwhelm you and make you feel as though you don't know your own mind and you should just trust them.....just because they have certain genitalia that we don't possess. ;o) But these women...they are smart, educated and trustworthy. Between them I think they speak, English, French and Spanish and who knows what else. Carline, Belle, Heidy and Alessandra are the best of our sex. The guys there are fabulous too! Evan, Gavin and Vito helped make my experience there a memorable one also. Carline and Heidy were on my sales team. They were always available to answer questions and found me and my husband just the car we wanted with no muss or fuss. They will always return your calls. My wife wanted to get a new car and had done a lot of pre-shopping on the internet. Saturday morning she told me that she applied on-line for a car loan at the credit union and we were pre-approved. I let her know that Enterprise has a relationship with the credit union and she went on-line to look at their stock. She found a Lexus Hybrid in our price range and I called up and made an appointment with Carlos H to see the car later in the afternoon as we were meeting friends for dinner in Queens. On our way to see the car, my credit union rep called to follow up on our approval and when I told them we were headed to Enterprise he informed me that there was a promotion where the financing would only be .72% for 5 years! They sent an email to Enterprise letting them know which car we were interested in seeing and that we were pre-approved. Carlos was the perfect salesman, informative but not pushy, He was helpful and sincere. Pedro the floor manager came to say hello and make sure we were happy with the sales process and when we decided to close the deal we met with Tanisha who finished up the DMV paperwork, discussed extra options. A completely satisfactory experience! Overall I can not think how Carlos and the whole Enterprise staff could have made this a better experience. If you want a no-hassle buying experience I recommend Enterprise of Hempstead completely and without reservation! I am still stunned at how great my experience was at Enterprise Car Sales in Hempstead. Everyone my fiancee and I encountered was so friendly and helpful. We were offered water and coffee several times and we were made to feel at home. Tom helped us and he was very patent with us. We were not sure of the car we wanted but Tom worked through his lunch to help us find what we wanted. We fell in love with a black 2013 Altima sport vehicle. At this point we met Vito and we began the credit approval process. This is where it gets even stranger. We were not happy initially with the down payment or the monthly car note. We expressed our concerns and Tom and Vito were UNDERSTANDING. I fully expected them to say there was nothing else they could do because we've experienced this at other dealerships. That did NOT happen here. We sat at Tom's desk trying to figure out how we could afford this increased rate. We sat there for what seemed like forever. Suddenly Vito came down with a huge smile. He said we were going to love the news he had. He told us we got approved for the amount we wanted to pay, and when her showed me the monthly car note I wanted to jump through the WINDOW!!! It was way better than we expected!!! I told him I thought he had stopped looking. His words to me was, "I don't stop". When I told my friends that I was going to buy a car from Enterprise they said to me "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!?!?" I was referred by family who recently bought a car from Tom Ferraro. The spoke highly of their experience and I thought I would give them a try....I am so glad I did! After getting a better understanding of my needs, Tom showed me a car that far exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process all my questions have been answered....In fact because it was so late when I finished all the paperwork, Tom offered to deliver the vehicle to my house. When he arrived he put a ribbon on the car and we took pictures. After taking pictures he said he would call a cab to get back to his office however I insisted giving him a ride back for I appreciated the service he and Enterprise provided! Typically when you buy a car you get "hugs and kisses" until you leave with the vehicle. After that it's as if you are not even acknowledged any more. Even after I purchased my car with Enterprise I have been in contact with Tom on the phone on multiple occasions and never have I felt uncomfortable asking questions. Every so often I drop by the office since purchasing the car and I still get a feeling I'm a part of the Enterprise family! Prior to purchasing my car at Enterprise I went to other Hyundai dealerships. Enterprise was so different in so many ways. My salesman, Leon Nurse, was an absolute professional. He spent a lot of time searching the various inventory sites looking for a vehicle that would not only fit my budget, but satisfy my personal preferences; color/model/interior/mileage, etc. Once he found the car, Pedro (the finance expert) took over. Pedro was diligent in findng various banks with rates that were, unfortunately, a bit over my budget. I walked away sad and disappointed. This would not deter Pedro. He asked Vito (another finance expert) to assist and Vito called me a day later to let me know that he could negotiate with me on my trade-in and down-payment to allow me to drive away the next day with the exact vehicle that I wanted. I have never had a more pleasant experience in any dealership in my entire life. These three guys made me feel like I was their most important customer. I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! I went car shopping with my father and found Enterprise Car Sales... Let me say I had no idea Enterprise had an actual car sales branch, but also found out that this branch is brand new and has only been in the neighborhood for a few months.... Fast forward... The first thing I noticed when we walked in was that it was simple, clean, and a quiet environment. Not crazy busy and disorganized like many other dealerships near by... so we were able to almost immediately be seen... also loved the fact that when I looked at the vehicle's Monroney sales sticker in the window, the price was listed in BOLD letters! Didn't have to look for it! Gavin was my car dealer and he was absolutely pleasant upfront and helpful. He was personable and didn't force me to make a choice like other places I've been.. I loved that he was straight to the point about the cars and their process of getting the car that I purchased... it was a better choice compared to other dealers... all the staff made the process so pleasant and smooth. Needing a replacement car for our 21 year old Corolla I had shopped around and prices were pretty high. Taking my son's advice I emailed Enterprise Sales in Hempstead describing my needs. Levar got right back to me and said he had several that fit the bill. Being older and experienced I went in "on guard". But I found working with Levar extremely satisfying. He understood what I wanted. Most importantly there was no pressure, no tricks, no hidden fees, no unwelcome surprises at all. The experience couldn't have been nicer. After seeing the mint car and test driving it, and seeing the price I knew this was a good deal and the car for me. Finishing the sale Levar went the extra mile, getting my car insured, showing us all the features of the car and taking the time to top off the almost full tank. His concern for us was much appreciated. I must add that the pleasure of working with Levar extended to Lori the finance person and Vito the manager. Again no pressure.They all make a great team. I went to other dealers but the inventory at Enterprise was a lot larger and budget friendly. The fact that they do an 109 point inspection (which includes an oil change) made the process a lot easier. It was tough trying to get my mechanic to follow me around NYC to see different cars in different boroughs. My representative was Malcolm Brewer and I can honestly say that he's very hard working. I went to their location and they allowed me to test drive about 5 cars in one visit. They have a sign and drive policy but the vehicle that I wanted wasn't there. I was able to work with their location to get a Mazda 6 in a color that I wanted with a reasonable amount of mileage AND for a GREAT price. When it comes to their customer service, they actually put their all into it. From Malcolm, to Mr. Del Rosario, to Mike T., the whole staff worked very hard to make sure that I got my car. In fact, the APR that they got for me was basically the same rate that I got from my own bank whose financing I applied for by myself. My boyfriend had no intentions of purchasing a car yesterday. He had a 2003 Honda Mini Van that has seen its last day but he was trying to fixed it but in actuality he needed to replace the engine - yikesss. Now by the time he purchase a used engine which may not be capable with the van and the cost to install the engine and the cost for a rental it would've run him over 1k. My experience with enterprise was a long and amazing one... I just got my 3rd car today.. And all were from enterprise.. Heidi was my car saleswoman and she's one of the best she will tell exactly what's what and not bullshit you.. First car was a Volkswagen Jetta 2015 and it was amazing mileage was a bit high for the year of the car but as we know rentals will get driven more than a personal car. Sorry to say my baby was totaled in a accident so I came back and Heidi got me in another car $0 down same car but in black after a couple days I really didn't like it the black just wasn't for me so I came back and told Heidi I wasn't feeling the car needed a better one wanted a white car back so bad so I did some research and seen a white 2015 Nissan Altima on their website and fell in love and today I'm walking out with that baby thanks to Heidi again she's great and so are all the other salespersons they really work out the best they can for you and they never let me down truly appreciate and am more than satisfied with them GO THERE NOOOWW!!! read more

The team is great at this Facility.Gavin and Vito work like a well oiled machine. These guys make buying a car EASY! We were not really clear on the car we wanted to buy, but we were not pushed into anything that we did not want and we were able to drive a lot of different cars and made an informed choice without pressure. The end result was a 2016 Toyota Corolla. The team was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. The only thing we had to do was come in and pay for the car, they do it all. I recently purchased a 2015 Santa Fe at Enterprise Car Sales in Hempstead, NY. I had been searching for a vehicle for weeks and decided to check out Enterprise as I had received great feedback from friends. I worked with Leon and Carlene as well as there supervisor Vito.
