Both the sales lady and finance manager Javier told me that if I purchased a car with them anyone I referred would qualify me for their Referral incentive, which was to pay 1 month car note for every referral I made. Needless to say that was an amazing incentive! Moving forward On November 28 a friend of mine said that they had recently purchased a car from this dealership based on my referral. I texted Chris from C rich cars To notify him that I Had referred someone to the dealership. I was excited about the news, especially since Christmas was upcoming, and I could afford to have some flexibility around the holidays because my car payment would be paid! That was a BIG lie! It felt almost as though I had to chase the dealership for this check. I spoke to Chris multiple times regarding my car note being paid and I would keep referring other people if my car note would be paid all in text message I was so excited. He never confirmed that it would be a car note via text message. It smelled like a scam. One week before my car note is actually due, Chris tells me I can come to the dealership for the check or he'll mail it out. Personally, I didn't trust a check the amount of a car note to be mailed to my house so I told him that I would be picking the check up. At that point he told me it would take one week I thought to myself I would be late one day on my car note , however, no big deal as it does not get reported or have any late fees until five days later. The Friday before I had to pick up the check I texted Chris to ask what time should I come and pick up the check because I only have one day off and I was very busy with errands especially with a toddler! Chris never responded to my text messages. I had to get in contact with somebody else to finally get in contact with Chris for me. At that point Chris was rushing me to get to the dealership because he wanted to go home early this Saturday. Once I arrived to the dealership he told me "I don't know what you're talking about this car note payment but we cap it at $500 , so here you go." Chris claims that there is no way of finding out my car note amount.. what???? Sir I have paperwork which I'm certain this establishment has copies of because my version is a copy. Not to mention a simple screen shot of the car note could've helped to confirm the amount. It felt like I had pie on my face because I clearly remember two separate employees telling me about this referral bonus. He went to ask Javier and claimed that Javier said no such thing. Now my car note is officially five days late and this will affect my credit. I called to speak to the manager Kathrine or Yuri and never received a call back regarding this issue. Thank you C rich Cars and Luxury Motor club For the great holiday gift right before Christmas! I followed up with my friend to see whether they also told her about this referral bonus. My friend said that they also told her the same thing even to the point some police officers refer so many people that they do not end up paying their car note. I guess it's a fantasy that they sell to bait more people into their cars. Don't believe the hype..

The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

Was carrying a lot of luggage. Their rental SUV broke down; managed to park at Manorville, NY fire station on Manorville Road. It was hot & humid day. Called Enterprise and they took SUV. Was abandoned by Enterprise to fend on my own, for around 2 or 3 hours. Got water from fireman, otherwise would have fainted. Called an Uber, they stood me up, appears Manorville to Riverhead not profitable route. Eventually got a taxi from a nice cabbie, taken to Enterprise Car Rental Riverhead, NY office, where they eventually gave me another smaller rental vehicle, I then filled empty tank and headed toward Mom in Hampton Bays, NY.

The company advertises on social media. I had never heard of the company and Autolux then came up on a search of Cars.com. I was looking for a specific BMW 5 Series car. Autolux was advertising a BMW on Cars.com as well as their own website https://www.autoluxny.com of a car that I was interested in. It was as plain as day. I had talked to their receptionist and she assured me the car was available. The next day, early in the morning, I make the trek from New Jersey to Elmont NY. This is no small trip, it was a good 90 minute ride. I got to the Autolux storefront. It certainly looked legit as there was perhaps 40-50 European cars on their property. A salesman approached me and I told him I was looking for this specific BMW. He tells me the car is being serviced. I reply "really, i just talked to your receptionist yesterday and she said the car was on the lot." The salesman goes inside and talks to someone, you know that crap when they make you wait around for no reason. He then comes back and says the owner took the car home. I say ok, I am a potential customer you think he can bring the car on to the property. He says the owner does not live nearby. I say ok, well perhaps you might want to call the owner and see when he can get the car here (bear in mind, I do not live nearby and I have literally shot my day) so I can actually see it!! The salesman disappears and then comes back and says he'll be here in an hour. I said are you sure. The guy goes back inside and then returns and he says he'll be here in two hours. I reluctantly tell the salesman I'll stick around. So what can you do for two hours in a town you have no familiarity with? I decide to get an early lunch and go see a movie, F1 (about car racing). Movie is over and I return to Autolux. It's abt 4:00 pm. I track down the salesman. The salesman says to me, I did not know you were coming back, the car is not here and I did not have your cell number. I say WTF! It was a blatant lie! Now it's ~4;00 and if I were to leave to go back to my home, in New Jersey, rush hour would be terrible. It would have taken me well over 2.5 hrs to get home. So i reluctantly tell the salesman, to get in touch with the owner and see when he get the car to the lot. Let's just call the salesman what he is, an idiot, a liar. He makes me wait and then comes back and tells me he'll be here in an hour. I say to Joel, the salesman, are you sure, will it be an hour, will it be 5:00 p.m? He goes back inside and then goes back and tells me the car will be here by 6:30 pm. Like in two and half hours. I agreed to stick and around and told Joel, i'll be back at 6:30. Now I have to find something to do for 2.5 hours. I go to the diner. The I take a walk and as I am walking I pass Joel, the hoax salesman, it's now ~5:00. I think he was getting a bite to eat. So i casually say, will the car be there at 6:30. He says yup. And I basically roam around for another 1.5 hours. Finally it's 6:30 and i go back to Autolux. I'm waiting around for Joel to show his face and at the same time I'm observing a conversation. The conversation is between two men and another Autolux salesman. I mean you can not even make this sh*t up. One of the men was saying "what do you mean I can't pay cash for the car!" He says "I have $35,000+ and I'll write a check from the bank, right now!" The autolux salesman, says "we don't take cash/checks, Autolux is the bank and you have to use autolux to finance your purchase." The two men were arguing with the salesman and I basically could not believe what I was hearing. The guy then gave up got into their car. Before they could drive off I ran over to them and I ask the guys what just happened there. And they tell me the salesman was basically jacking up the price of the purchase for basically no reason. And warned me to watch out. I walk back to the Autolux office and finally Joel shows up. It is now ~6.45 pm. And I sh*t you not -- he says to me, the same BS, I did not have your phone and the car is not here. He says the owner is caught up in traffic. I say what. He says the owner will not be to the store for another hour. I say how long. He goes inside and comes out again and says it's going to be more than an hour. I say how long. He goes inside and he then goes out with a guy who at one point was manning the reception desk and this guy tells me the owners will not be showing up with the car!!! You can imagine my reaction. I had just wasted a day doing absolutely nothing in f'ing Elmont, NY. THIS IS A BOGUS OPERATION. I WOULD BE VERY VERY CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE/BUSINESS. I'M TELLING YOU THESE FOLKS ARE BUNCH OF LIARS. EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM.
