Would take to long to list all the amazing things about this dealer but here are a few... His prices are the best, reason your reading this is because you saw a car that was the lowest you have seen while shopping around. Keep in mind its low so dont expect to talk him down 2000 dollars. Once you finally meet the sales agent he is super nice and right to the point. He had me out of there in an hour. I had some trouble with the car after i purchased and it had a check engine light with major bottom end engine failure. He took the truck back fixed everything detailed the whole car inside and out and even the engine bay. I was the annoying customer calling everyday to ask if it was ready, he was never rude, angry or upset. He handled it like a true professional. The mechanics he has working for him are top notch. Everything worked flawlessly and i checked every inch of the truck before and after dropping it off. I would highly recommend this dealer! This was by far the worst car "buying" experience I have ever dealt with. I made plans with the salesman to look and test drive a Hyundai Sante Fe that I had hopes of purchasing. I make arrangements to travel to Queens, NY, spending a lot of money out of my pocket as I had to pay high tolls, rent a car and miss work, in addition I had already had a loan taken out for this specifically as the deal seemed very promising. I get there and I am shown a car that is completely dirty. They did not even have the courtesy to clean the vehicle out, not even a quick vacuum. The salesman did not even know simple functions were not working. The window did not work, so I had to sit there while the dealership sent the car to go get fixed. Why was this not taken care of BEFORE I had got there, when they had more than 24 hours to know I was comping. These people did not even look over the vehicle before I came. I was there for over 3 hours before I was finally able to discuss and negotiate pricing, for them to try to let me know indirectly (they spoke to my father on the phone) that there was no title for the car available. They wanted me to finance and purchase the vehicle and THEN they would deliver the car to me the next day with the title. It was the most unprofessional, unrealistic, shady car-purchasing experience. It was a COMPLETE waste of time. I don't know if they were trying to get over on me because I was a female, but luckily I have knowledge of cars and lack the stupidity to make a big purchase without having a title to what seemed to be a stolen car. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this company in the future. Complete waste of time and hard earned money. read more
