Purchase a truck for them recently caught a price by the time I was done it was almost $3000 more. I came with a bank certified check for the amount that they told me two days before called the following day and it was the same amount of bank check when I got there the invoice was $300 more then they would not negotiate the 300. So I walked out came back one hour later still not interested I asked if we could split the difference sales and said well let me go talk to my manager come back no nothing we can do. They really didn't care if they sold the car or not they would actually lose a sale for $300 would not recommend this business. I would not go back to this business. read more

This was the first time I brought my Corvette to them for service. All I can saw is that everyone was fantastic. They actually have a mechanic that knows Corvettes. The service people were very helpful and the cashier was very friendly. The place is clean with a nice waiting room and it's in a good location. One of the things I got was a new battery. When they changed the battery I lost a lot of my personal settings. Having a little trouble restoring one particular feature I went back and the mechanic spent 15 minutes fixing the problem. After having problems with Chevy dealers in the past I can't say enough good things about this place. Thanks folks. read more

Do not be fooled, this dealership is a joke. Drove a couple hours to get there since the prices looked so good and it was the end of "a slow month". It was about $4k in just dealer discounts. I was texting with someone (Meaghan or Mike) confirming the vehicle would be available for me to see when I got there. They were aware of how far I was driving and that I was interested in taking the car. We arrive and talk to a cocky salesman (Steve) and learn the car is not on lot but instead 45mins away in a storage facility. After going back and forth they agree to give us more of a discount since the car is not on the lot after being promised it was available to see. He talked to the manager and comes back with $200 extra off the car. We told them we wanted to see the monthly payments but beforehand tell him around what my credit score is (He asked 1-10, 10 being best, I said a 9-10) and that I would like a 60mnth term. At the time, GM was offering 3.9% APR for 60-months. He comes back with $590-600 a month, I'm putting 10k down on a $33k car. We ask him to explain how the payment is so high, he says they gave me a 8.99% apr... They refused to honor GM's 3.9% apr for 60 months. Said they would be happy to sell me the car at MSRP for the 3.9%. I would have paid less overall if I do it that way. Ended up walking aware since they clearly would rather sit there and gaslight me instead of selling me a car at a good price. Do not waste your time at this dealership. Failure at Millennium Chevrolet We purchased a vehicle about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, we were in a terrible accident, and the car was totaled. We have since satisfied the loan and have been reaching out to get a refund on our extended warranty that we were forced into purchasing for over six months without a phone call back. We've taken all the appropriate steps needed but have continued being ignored by their finance office. This whole experience has been terrible from the beginning since we were pressured into receiving a loan that we did not really want, but because of our extenuating circumstances, we ended up accepting the loan and paying more than we wanted to. Now that the loan has been satisfied, they can't even update their records with this information and continue to call us to sell us a new car or refinance, but when we address that we request our refund back for the extended warranty, we continue to be ignored. We will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau, and we really hope to deter anyone from shopping at this facility since they are insensitive, rude, and pushy and still have not contacted us back after repeated phone calls and emails. read more

Noted no communication from service without begging - my car was out for over 2 months to have an engine replaced at 18k miles then it took 74 days to repair what turned out to be a real wheel hub replacement. No loaner no communication had to get GM in detroit to intervene. At one point they told me I need to get my broken car off teh lot while they waited for a back ordered part, and that they wouldn't be responsible. Make sure you make notes on all that is discussed at your lease negotiation. Wehn from a 2020 Equinox lease to a 2024 Equinox lease. Had only one lease payment left. Salesperson told me not to worry, being a loyal returning customer, they would credit the one remaining payment. Got a bill from GM finance for the month remaining and I reached out to the salesperson. He claims he has no record of our conversation. He said he will get back to me later, the GM was too busy then to discuss. Haven't heard back from him. A month later, received a reminder about the open bill. Reached out to the salesperson to see what they are doing. He texted that since the new car was leased in Dec and the year was over and the 'books were already closed for 2023', there is nothing they can do. Amazing how they will screw up a relationship with a returning loyal customer, all for one payment. Can't trust them and will not go back after the end of this lease. They kept the car for 6 days and we were told they had no loaner car for us! The told us to rent a car and we would be reimbursed from GM. As of today, April 8, 2025, we still have not received payment. We have gone to the dealership and have called the dealership with no answers! We have left messages and no one returns our calls. My parents went to look at cars since their lease was up in a little under a year from now. One of the sales associates (who was very nice and did nothing wrong) told my parents he could get them into the new model for around the same monthly payment they have now. The associate told the store manager about it, and then they started the process. Fast forward a couple of hours, through most of the paperwork, getting approval from the bank, taking their credit card info, signing papers, etc. When it gets time to finalize everything, the store manager runs out and says "Wait their car only has X months left, We can't do this deal, they have to pay out the rest of their term". Even though the associate told him about the deal and got approval beforehand. Now before the store manager ran out to stop the deal, they announced to the store they were getting a new car, as some 'congratulations' thing. So now that they aren't getting the car, my mother is embarrassed, and my dad is upset they had their time wasted. My father has been a loyal customer of this location for years, as long as I can remember he's only gone here. I can think of at least 5 cars he has bought from here over the years. I doubt he will be going back after this debacle. I want to make sure it is super clear, the car salesman they dealt with was the nicest guy. It is the store manager who lost my parent's business and needs to learn how to pay better attention to detail earlier on. When I asked my salesperson about my refund, she stopped communicating with me. "I will get back to you by tomorrow," she said to me on October 17th, then ignored my messages. I called the dealership to ask them to speak to her or her manager; they had me on hold for around 10 minutes, but they didn't give me that parson. Brought my Traverse on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m., with an appointment, to fix a distended seatbelt and a middle row that would not slide forward. Received a call from Bobby in Service round 3:00 p.m. that same day saying everything is fixed and the reason the middle row wouldn't slide forward is because a tissue box was blocking it. I found this hard to believe, and said as much, because the first thing I checked when the row stopped sliding forward was whether there is something blocking it. The tracks were clear. Around 5:30 p.m., I went to pick up my car. The service folks were gone, so I took my keys and I double checked that everything had, in fact, been fixed. The seat belt was fixed, but the middle row would still not slide forward. I walked back to the receptionist and told her they need to fix my car. I left it overnight. At 8:30 in the morning, this is Wednesday now, I received a call from Bobby saying that he is looking at the car right now and the middle row is working just fine. I told him both my husband and I tried it the previous evening and when we lifted the latch, the middle row would not slide forward. Bobby told me I was using it incorrectly, that that latch on the seat that had been moving the seat forward for us for the last year, is not meant to do that function. Instead, we need to go under the seat to lift the bar. I explained that this wouldn't make any sense because how could the people in the third row get out if they don't have access to that latch. Additionally, why was the last working for us for the last year if it wasn't designed for that function? Bobby was adamant that I didn't know how to use the car and that the latch on the seat was not there for that purpose. I immediately Ggoogled the functions for this car and found evidence that the latch on the seat is called a smart slide feature and it most definitely is meant to be used in the way that I knew it was. I dialed back to speak to millennium Chevy and was told that Bobby was speaking to a sales associate about the functions of my car. This put my mind at ease because I knew for sure the sales associate would inform him of the functionality of that latch. I asked for a call back and hung up. I never received a call back. At noon I called again and was told everyone's out to lunch and to call back after 1:00. I called at 1:20 p.m. and was told that Bobby left for the day and I would have to wait until he returned tomorrow to find out the status of my car. When I pressed the associate harder, she said she'd ask another service person to find out the status of the car. She returned to the phone and told me that they would start working on my car now. Bobby and I spoke at 8:30, and it was now 1:30, and no one had begun on my car yet. At this point, Chevy has had my car for a day and a half, and had not started working on my car. I called them again around 3:00 p.m. to find out if my car would be returned it to me today. I was told I would have to leave it overnight. This means Chevy is going on three days to fix a seat issue and no one's been in contact with me about the error or the status. I've had to chase them down. Currently there is no resolution, but I will update my review with the details of that resolution once it is resolved. read more

I never write reviews but I felt the need to inform any future buyers of my awful experience at Millennium Chevrolet. I had confirmed with a sales rep of a test drive of the 2021 Trailblazer. After driving over an hour to the dealership, I was informed they couldn't accommodate my request because they "didn't have any trailblazers available", mind you, there were at least five trailblazers outside the office and one in front of the entrance. Prior to my arrival to the dealer, I had seen a lease deal on their website for the new 2021 trail blazer for a monthly rate of $219 and $1049 due at signing. This ad was the reason of my decision to drive all the way to Hempstead and hopefully leasing a car today. However, the sales rep quickly stated this deal was NOT for me as I was not one to have a 800 credit. I am not sure if it was my age or my color skin that created the assumption but it was insulting and discriminatory. What a horrible experience! Hello, I sent this email to John Staluppi after no response, I wanted to bring something to your attention,  I purchased a 2024 Chevy Malibu RS from the Millennium Chevrolet dealership Friday 4/5.  Abdul the salesperson was great and we were able to close the deal. As I was home looking over the paperwork; finance, warranty, sticker. I noticed that the sticker had leather appointed seats on it but my car came with cloth. The sticker and car's VIN# match and I brought it to Abduls attention and he took it to his "manager" several times. After some back and forth Abduls manager was going to escalate it to his management. I took it upon myself to reach out to Ronald Detommaso the GM and his reply was that it was a GM issue and tried giving me car service and points. He said he was going to discuss my issue with GM today but we know nothing will happen. She had a good idea of what she wants and we were prepared to pay cash. First of all, the guy at the desk did NOT have a mask on!!! Hello COVID!! Ever hear of regulations for operating a retail business? He waved in the general direction of a guy and said that he was the used car guy and would be with us as soon as he finished up with the customers he was with. Imagine our surprise when he started helping the three people who walked in AFTER us. It seemed as if he might know them but that isn't the way businesses should work. I approached the desk and asked if there were any other salespeople who could discuss used cars since the used car guy took the people after us. He was very unapologetic and said they were slammed. They actually weren't. So, I pointed out that it's nit good business to take other customers when someone was already waiting. He said that's just how it is sometimes. So we left. The car was listed as Certified Pre-owned with a warranty on the page and the sales associate kept yelling that there is no warranty, after talking to someone in the background. She was extremely pushy and told me she didn't want to waste her time. I asked if I could speak to another sales associate or someone in finance to talk about the warranty options and she said she couldn't do that over the phone. They market their vehicles as "Certified pre-owned" however, they are not outright and you have to pay extra for that which will be talked about with finance when you come in. This seems to be the worst dealership I have ever come across with out stepping foot inside as it relates to customer service. Krissy so called (internet specialist) has the attitude of someone how is entirely overwhelmed or hates her job. I inquired about a car over the weekend. Sunday she called me back. When I asked a question about the ad that offered two discounts to see if I qualified. Asking a questions was like "Oh My God". She kept huffing and puffing and said I'm the only one here with the worst attitude. In other words speed this up because she had other calls. Not my issue. Maybe I should have been called Monday when it was more convenient. Secondly, she never called me back after saying she would. On Sunday, after she called me, I answered and she hung up. I called back and left message saying I'm sorry I missed your call if she could call me back. Nothing! I called back the next day in the afternoon and left a message and finally she called back. No sense of urgency. I was driving when she called so I had no pen to write down the information. I asked her if she could email it to me and no response. I said hello and she said I heard you sir I'm sending it. With the condescending attitude and responses. I said thanks and she hung up. No good bye or have a good day. She sent me the stock number and price. Never answered any of my questions. Lastly, I had a appointment to test drive a car today. She called me and I answered by saying hello. I had no idea who's on the other side of the call. The 1st thing she said was are you still coming? No good morning, no greeting... Come on, my wife answers sometimes. I had to think fast and say oh this is the dealership. I said it's snowing out and the weather is bad maybe I will have to reschedule. She said what time. I said I'll call you back so we can schedule something that works for both so we don't cancel again. She said ok and hung up. Again no good bye have a nice day etc... True lack of customer and professionalism. It's a a shame, because I'm in search of a new car not used. To think I was treated this way without stepping foot makes be wonder. I recently just left the dealership today. I was in the market for the new Chevy Blazer EV. I was met at the door by a salesman named Dylan. I told him what I wanted and told him that I was going to trade in my existing car as wel. He took my keys to give them to his appraiser and my license so I could test drive the car. After the test drive I asked him to run the numbers 3 ways (lease, finance, cash) to see what would work best for me. He went to his supervisor and came back with two of the 3. I next went over the numbers with him because they was a big difference between what I ran on there website calculator and what he presented to me. He told me the difference was since that suv is in demand he had to raise the price over sticker By $4000. He then told me he did me a favor because his manager wanted to raise it $7000 but he talked him down on my behalf. I politely told him no and asked for my keys back since I wasn't interested. He then went back to his and came back with a price reflecting the sticker price but no keys. I once again told him politely no and asked for my keys again. He left to go get them and once again returned with a different price and no keys. 15 minutes have now passed and no keys. I now asked him again to get my keys. He left and now returned with his manage And still no keys. At this point I'm furious. I look over on his desk and he left the keys to the new blazer so I grabbed them and told his manager II asked for my keys 3 times. If don't get them back in the next ten seconds I'm driving off the lot with the new truck and they can keep mine. 5 seconds later my keys appeared and I left. After this long winded review I just wanted to say I will be purchasing the new blazer ev but never ever from this dealership or any other one owned by them.
