The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

Called an Uber, they stood me up, appears Manorville to Riverhead not profitable route. Eventually got a taxi from a nice cabbie, taken to Enterprise Car Rental Riverhead, NY office, where they eventually gave me another smaller rental vehicle, I then filled empty tank and headed toward Mom in Hampton Bays, NY.

When asked for proof that I needed a wheel alignment, they provided the below picture of a sideview of my car and two red tires with no alignment data (not industry standard). I was given a full data sheet from the previous auto repair shop of my alignment done 11 days prior, and asked Cesar Romario and Darius Butler from Millennium Hyundai to provide a data sheet, and after first saying "the printer is not working," they then said "we only take data for when the car is fixed." So, they only measure detailed data after the work has been done, supposedly. I asked for my money back, they evaded my calls for days and then I received a text saying I was getting nothing back. This is a business that certainly runs this scam frequently on unsuspecting customers who don't happen to have the hard data of the service being unnecessary from 11 days prior. I will never be back to this business.

    Stay far away from this dealership…read more I purchased a brand-new 2026 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X, and on the drive home I immediately noticed unusual noises coming from underneath the truck. I brought it back to the dealership, and they kept it for one day, claiming they had tightened some parts on the driveshaft. When I picked the truck up, the noise was still there, and now the airbag warning light had come on. After researching the issue myself, I found numerous Nissan Frontier owners discussing a common problem involving the slip yoke not being properly greased from the factory. I brought this information to the dealership, even showing the mechanic a video. He laughed and dismissed my concerns. The dealership then kept my brand-new truck for another three days. At this point, they had possession of my truck for four days, while I had only owned it for one. When I finally got it back, the mechanic admitted that I was right all along and confirmed they had greased the slip yoke to fix the noise. However, the airbag warning light still needed to be addressed, and they had to order a replacement sensor. To make matters worse, when I returned to pick up my truck, I was informed that they had "lost" the keys to my brand-new vehicle. It's now been three weeks, and I still do not have the replacement airbag sensor or a replacement key. As a gesture of goodwill for all the time, inconvenience, and frustration, I simply asked if they would provide a set of grille accent lights that retail for about $200. They refused. For what is supposedly the largest Nissan dealership on Long Island, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Between the repeated visits, the inability to diagnose the problem correctly the first time, dismissing my concerns, losing my keys, and leaving me waiting weeks for parts, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I also want to make mention of Chris, the Rep that inspected our trade in vehicle. The offer Chris made was fair, and there was no need to try to press him for more. My daughter purchased a 2021 Jeep Cherokee, Slate Blue with 42k on the odometer. Theyre happy, were happy.     I brought my car to this dealership for nothing more than a tire replacement. After the service, my…read morecar suddenly started showing an engine malfunction that had never happened before. I took it to my personal mechanic, who found that the ignition coil cable had been disconnected. As soon as it was reconnected, the problem was completely gone. It's very hard to believe this was just an accident. It left me feeling like my vehicle had been tampered with in an attempt to create a problem that would lead to unnecessary repair costs. Whether it was negligence or intentional, it's completely unacceptable. I trusted this dealership with my car, and instead I left with a problem that shouldn't have existed. I will never return, and I strongly recommend that anyone who brings their vehicle here carefully inspect their car before leaving.

Hempstead Ford was one of the few dealerships on Long Island that had the exact car I wanted, so I reached out. Everything was great and cordial until we got to the details. The deal itself was take or leave it which is thought was odd and cold, especially since car salesman do not like when people leave the showroom. I was lied to about my trade-in, which really bothers me because I heard his managers talking about the trade-in as I was sitting in Thomas's Office. It added insult to injury. After leaving Hempstead Ford I went to another dealership, who had a similar car. The deal was much better than what Thomas had offered me. One caveat, that car was reserved, but the person who reserved is dragging their feet. So rather than waiting to see how this pans out, I went back to Thomas with numbers and got a "Sorry, going to pass". I was very surprised to not have received a counteroffer from Thomas, even if it didn't match what was offered from the other dealership. I don't know if the deal was ever presented to management at the dealership either. I am not sure if its Thomas or his manager, but I won't be going to Hempstead Ford again, and I wont recommend them to anyone who mentions them either.

I entrusted them with the task of diagnosing and rectifying the problem, and I had expected to receive timely and satisfactory service in return since I have been a loyal repeat customer of theirs. 1) Incomplete Repairs. Despite the assurances the repair performed on my vehicle was incomplete, malfunctioning and still is not complete, making it unreliable and unsafe for my family for use. The vehicle is still in their facility. 2) Lack of Communication. Throughout the ongoing repair process, I have experienced a lack of communication from the service advisor John Lydon. Refusing to provide my service records in full detail. I was never informed about the progress of the repairs or the status of backed up parts. Vague responses from the gentleman who sold me the vehicle and the service manager, service associate was outright ignored. Considering these major issues, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to your esteemed office. I believe that the conduct of Hempstead Ford Lincoln not only VIOLATES my CONSUMER RIGHT but also reflects a pattern of unethical business practices that may be affecting other unsuspecting customers and their safety.
