Dated decor, loud patrons in large groups, food quality and serving sizes have dropped. This place needs a revamped menu, and stop offering the free birthday meal and much of your offensive patrons will vanish leaving room for people that don't mind paying for a good meal / experience and will tip your wait staff. Milanos used to be so good, but ever since the first time they changed owners it's been downhill. There's flys everywhere inside the food just isn't good and there's cinnamon in the marinara sauce. They apparently don't even sing for birthdays anymore all they did was bring a very tiny piece of cake. read more

I come to this restaurant often and this go round the customer service was great. The food was fresh and it took no time for us to receive our order. The only thing that was wrong this visit was that the rolls were burnt and the fountain drinks were flat. Over than that we had a good time. read more

Out of 5 Service--2.5 very slow waitstaff bit friendly Ambience- 3 but seats are pretty dated Food--2.5 Salad was fresh and tasted good. Calamari had more tentacle pieces than normal. Rolls were soaked in garlic butter so that should help your cholesterol. Chicken piccata was ok but nothing to write home about. This place has reportedly gone downhill over the years. read more

I have eaten here twice. The portions are super generous. The ambiance is fine. The service is OK, but probably they are understaffed. I ordered a Greek salad, and I split the spaghetti with meat sauce adding meatballs and mushrooms with my mother. We had the Butterfinger Chocolate cake for dessert. The salad was good--not great. Too much feta on the salad. It was nice that the dressing is served on the side. Everything was crisp and fresh. What frustrated me is that the main dish was spaghetti noodles served with sauce on top of the naked pasta. I like my pasta cooked with the sauce. It allows for the noodles to incorporate the flavors of the sauce. Mother and I ate our dish, but I imagined while eating it, how much better it would have been if they had gone to the trouble of cooking the noodles with the sauce for a couple of minutes. My mother and her friends LOVED the cake. I am pretty sure the restaurant orders their desserts from a company in Atlanta. This is not a bad thing. The company that makes the cakes produces really yummy desserts. I have eaten at other establishments that use the company. read more

The broiled or fried seafood platter is excellent! Chicken palermos, lasagna, pretty much anything you want to order Is delicious! The portions are very large for the price that you pay. And do not forget the desserts California Dreaming and the carrot cake are our favorites! The only downside there is they did cut the portions down on the dessert and they should have left the portion the same size as before due to the price of dessert. Still 5 stars overall! This place has gone way down hill. They seem to take it out on their black customers. The new management has proven they do not appreciate black business! They have went as far as calling the police on black kids for dancing (doing a tiktok) after dining for a birthday. The food isn't good anymore and the ceiling leaks on certain tables. We eat there at least once a month and have observed the transition after the management/ownership change. The food and service have returned to the high level after several months of " struggle". We are glad that Milano's is BACK!!! It is the only good restaurant in the area and best Italian restaurant within 50 mile radius. The food is good, portions are huge and prices are reasonable. The only thing that could be improved is cleanliness, especially the ceiling and air conditioner vents. read more

I have seen a lot of negative reviews lately and its all from the same group they asked to leave for being such bad guests. Dont believe the negative reviews from prople who were held accountabke for their behaivior. Milanos is the best food in the valley and now since they don't allow those big parties to get out of control it's even better! We love that milanos makes sure everyone has a good time and not just loud and obnoxious parties who think the whole restaurant should excuse their bad behavior because its their birthday. Milanos is my favorite place and I'm glad to see them stand up to bullies who try to ruin everyone else's evening by shouting and trying to fight each other outside! read more

Highly recommended by locals, and service was fantastic. They had a huge crowd for midweek and they efficiently moved through them. However, the service was the highlight since the food was mediocre at best. Bread - drenched in butter and garlic, but really lacked the fresh bread taste you expect from a non-chain. Greek salad - the highlight for me. Side salad - good with fresh ingredients and homemade dressing. Chicken Parmesan - my son rated this a 3 out of 5. Grouper Parmesan - should be called Grouper Mozzarella as it was so loaded with cheese you could not see the fish. I never did find the mozzarella. Overall, the service and atmosphere made the night a win. I am sure there are other items on the menu we would have enjoyed more, but on the first visit we missed on our dishes. I am going to give them a second chance and will look further on the menu. read more

The customer service is very great, as well as the food. The ambience in the restaurant made me feel like I was really in Italy! I also really enjoyed the music options that they provide in the restaurant. My personal favorite is the chicken marsala, but I also do enjoy the beef linguine. read more

Food was excellent-service was terrible. No plates with appetizers, bread was not brought out early and no salad was even offered. We ordered takeout. When we returned home we seen that they had given us the wrong food. When I called to notify them the manager blamed my boyfriend because she called it out to him when he left and he agreed. (He gave her a name and she gave him the order) while returning our food we had still had to wait on them to cook the correct food and witnessed another customer with the same issue. Long post..... One thing I don't play about is my mom. Period‼ Around 4pm my mom, my aunt/uncle & 3 of their friends when to Milano's Grille for a bday dinner.(6 total) 1st off, the manager didn't acknowledge them for a good 10 mins. Once they got a table, in the back corner, the TV was so loud they asked for another table. Manager said they didn't have any . While the waiter was taking orders, my aunt found a dead roach on the table(under menu). They asked for a Mgr, she came over with an attitude, no apology, no offering to move to another table...nothing. She continued to say the other tables were "reserved". Once they insisted to be moved, she said they would have to be gone by 6:30.(with a nasty tone) Keep in mind they got there at 4! I wasn't there so I assume she's the manager for that shift. I don't tolerate disrespect especially when it comes to my food. I need to know who the owner of Milano's. We had our annual Christmas party there on Saturday night. We had reserved the back room and requested Byron as our server. We had over 20 people and everything was Excellent, from the food to the service. We had drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts. All the food came out at the same time for each person, that's just unbelievable, everything was Hot. I just cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Food is mediocre. The manager racially profiles blacks and thinks we all look the same. Recently racially profiled a group of blacks celebrating a birthday and asked them not to come back after collecting hundreds of dollars from them. Manager was not finished she then called the pol on them for making a tik tok video dancing in the parking lot. Lives could have been lost.
