A black man, wearing all black (there was another black gentleman wearing a maroon shirt like the ladies and a blue knit hat, poor guy was also overwhelmed) started getting very rude and said I'm sure the website said 45 minutes. I said actually it said 30 AND it shows my order is ready. He kept jacking his jaw and I told him to back it on up because THEY are the ones that don't have my order ready. He kept going and I said I'm cancelling the order. He said you can see we're busy. That has nothing to do with my order saying it's ready and it's not. It wasn't even being prepared! HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME!!! I wasn't the problem, HE IS!! I am not one to back down from someone being rude. I will NEVER return to Marco's pizza again. To be threatened like that and then he would be wasting police resources for something HE caused is outrageous. I promptly left when my refund was processed.
