Every bite tasted fresh, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. The arugula was crisp and flavorful, making it a light meal that still felt satisfying. The atmosphere was welcoming, the menu offered plenty of choices, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The Tennessee whiskey was different, but those flavors came together so well with a hint of sweet and savory. The hot parm and the other wing flavors all were really good. It was a large group of us, so we also ordered a cheese pizza and a caveman pizza. Both of those were really good as well. It was so hard not to overstuff myself. A black man, wearing all black (there was another black gentleman wearing a maroon shirt like the ladies and a blue knit hat, poor guy was also overwhelmed) started getting very rude and said I'm sure the website said 45 minutes. I said actually it said 30 AND it shows my order is ready. He kept jacking his jaw and I told him to back it on up because THEY are the ones that don't have my order ready. He kept going and I said I'm cancelling the order. He said you can see we're busy. That has nothing to do with my order saying it's ready and it's not. It wasn't even being prepared! HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME!!! I wasn't the problem, HE IS!! I am not one to back down from someone being rude. I will NEVER return to Marco's pizza again. To be threatened like that and then he would be wasting police resources for something HE caused is outrageous. I promptly left when my refund was processed. As for the "ambiance", the "bar" area is a cluttered mess and it's not very welcoming at all. Walked into this quaint little abode (yep) disguised as a restaurant. It's tucked into a quiet neighborhood of homes. Unassuming. The smell of a hot fajitas sizzling soon as we walked through the door. it looked and smelled delicious. There was no need to look at the menu. I was sold. Ordered texas fajitas, water and sweet tea and 1 coca cola. Canned drinks are sold individually, $1.80 per can. fresh salsa! delicious. The owner, Ms. Lorena was nice upon check-out. She asked to write a Google review, but this visit called for a Yelp! I'll be back again.
